Quality - quality, bandsaw
This is a great item, the variable speed control lets you cut even the hardest metals with ease. The LED is very bright and a very nice touch since the saw often blocks the light from your cutting path.
The cutting table is a good size and made of solid steel allowing you to securely press agaisnt the metal to make a fine cut.
The saw is surprisingly quiet, ergonomically comfortable to use despite the weight and the rubber end-bumpers help protect it during use and storage.
This is the same saw as the one sold in the kit, only the case is not included, if you plan to use this often, just setup a mount on a stud and hang it for easy accessibility. Once you get one of these, you might as well throw out your old hacksaw.
Like most of my other Dewalt tools, I'm sure this will provide years and years of reliable use. DEWALT DWM120 10 Amp 5-Inch Deep Cut Portable Band Saw - Bandsaw - Quality'

Schlage Problem
Unlike a previous reviewer, I have not ecountered problems with my handleset - installation was fairly easy (although somehow I missed the critical bottom bolt/attachment initially, but didn't really notice it as the handle worked fine...until I found the bottom portion of the handle was "moving" - an easy fix - and avoidable had I taken the time to read the installation instructions - which I generally skim).
Regardless, I've had this handleset on my entry door for about 3 years - the exterior portion of the handleset is routinely exposed to brutal Sacramento summer heat/direct sun and a bit of rain - nary a flake to be found on the finish and overall, the quality remains as if it were new. So pleased I have been with this particular model/version, I am here to order another set for my backyard entry/exit door which is exposed to more wet weather and the front door, but given the how well the front set has held up, I'm not concerned.
I've paired this set with the Schlage keypad deadbolt (post locking myself out of the house one too many times) and am planning the same set-up for the door to the backyard (I've converted the garage and kitchen doors to the Schlage keypad, from the standard "key required" deadbolt - the latter of which works fine, but for a "where are my keys?" challenge person - like me, the conversion has been worthwhile).
The Camelot handleset combined with the keypad makes for a professional and "quality" entrance - IMHO that is :) No regrets here, perhaps the other reviewer received a "lemon"? Schlage FE285 CAM 619 ACC LH Camelot Front Entry Handleset with Interior Accent Lever for Left Handed Door, Satin Nickel
This handleset has been a problem that keeps getting worse. Schlage won't respond. The outside thumb button gets jammed up and you have to tap on it to free up. It was a little stiff since the day it was put in and kept getting worse. After everyone continually complaining about the problem and the fact that it is getting worse, I must buy a new one. Guess what? At the local Lowes the Schlage thumb button sets on display are the stiffest ones there... Be forewarned!!
A left-handed door has HINGES on the right and the HANDLE on the left when viewed from INSIDE. Be aware of this when you order; I have seen the pictures on this site get it backwards with regard to the lever.
Had this for over 6 months now and this is not only great looking but it's very smooth and a pleasure to use. It has a solid feel like it will last a million cycles. We have this paired with the keypad deadbolt and we could not be happier. Highly recommended.
The handset was installed professionally (along with a new door) but failed within the first week. Failure is not being able to get the door unlatched; the knob goes limp and won't turn the inner cam. Had to enter house thru 2nd story window 10pm--too dangerous! Won't open from the inside either.
Went to Home Depot and asked for help, they produced a new door jamb set. Took apart and used new jamb, reassembled, seemed to fix but then a week later, broken again. No visible broken components inside. Seems the tolerances are just too loose and allows for just enough internal slippage to prevent opening. Make sure you have another way into (and out of) your home!
I have removed the Schlage handset and replaced with Kwickset. Not quite as heavy or sturdy, but no problems so far with operation. I kept the Schlage deadbolt supplied with the handet kit as I did not want to make many new keys and have to change garage door knob too. It does not match 100%, but beats being locked out and having to make multiple new keys, buy more locking door knobs, etc.
There is something wrong with the design or manufacure. I have not attempted to contact Schlage customer service or Home Depot, but I will.
Excellent quality and very easy to install. I would definitely buy it again. I also installed their keyless door locks and deadbolts and love them. The best in the keyless category and I have used many different ones.
I had this installed in under 20 minutes. i did need to drill 1 hold for the bottom part of the handle. the design of this is made for really really simple installation. even if you drilled the hole too high or too low, the bottom bolt actually adjusts up and down so you dont even need to be precise. very simple and it has a solid feel to the handle. it doesn't feel cheep at all and looks wonderful. i recommend this with the deadbolt Schlage BE365VCAM619 Camelot Keypad Deadbolt. This is what i installed together. the Digital keypad is fantastic!
So- I did not realize that their are left and right door handles. I bought this "left handed handle" and it totally works for right handed doors. Super high quality. Gives doors a rich and strong feel.
I first purchased the keypad deadbolt thinking it would match my existing oiled bronze handleset but the were different enough I decided to spring for the matching handleset. Installation was simple and there is enough adjustment in this set that it should fit any door without issue. The set has been installed for about three months now and I have no complaints or problems.
DIY Tip: If you want to preserve the aged bronze looks for years to come you can rub a small amount of vegetable oil on the set.'

Conspiracy
This game has merits that make it worth playing, but it's still vastly inferior to the first game (Which I gave five stars). This game has a lot of good ideas, but they are largely negated by some really bad design decisions. There are two HUGE faults that keep this from being a great game. First: the role-playing system is bad. Plain and simple. It's not very useful, flexible, robust, or strategic. The skills system that helped make the first game so great is gone, and that was a huge mistake. The replacement, a carved up biomod system and a weak weapons mod system, requires little planning or thought. There are only five biomod slots now, and the weapons mod system is cheap and underpowered. The system in the first game was so wonderful, because it was loaded with choices and tradeoffs. You could spend your skills system to become a tank, a hacker, a ninja, a frogman, or any combination that you wanted. It's nonexistent here. There is no sense of power development like what you get in a good RPG, where you start off as a complete wimp and end up the game as a demigod. That is why "Deus Ex: Invisible War" is very shallow as an RPG. The other major fault of this game is the size of the maps. They are ridiculously tiny. Most of the areas are tight, indoor cramped spaces. You have to get to the end of the game before you encounter any big open outdoor areas. Exploring an area to find the alternate "secret" entrance to a well-guarded facility is laughably easy. Part of the fun of the first game was wandering around the huge open maps and maybe sneaking into a huge building through the roof. In this game, the front door and the air vent that takes you around it are only five feet away. What's the point? Small maps also mean frequent (and long) loading times. One welcome change from the first game is a big improvement in the voice acting. Both the male and female Alex voice actors sound very good. Except for voice acting though, the rest of the sound in this game takes a big step backwards. Alex Brandon's music is scaled way back. Forget about hearing another great soundtrack like the first game. The weapons sound like toys, and the noises in the game don't do a good job of letting you know how stealthy are your being. That's part of stealth just not being very useful in this game. The riot prod is useless and the tranquilizer dart gun takes two shots now instead of one to take down an enemy. Silent takedowns are too hard, but you don't need them anyways, since most enemies aren't much of a threat to you. You can take most of them out easily with the overpowered sniper rifle.Deus Ex: Invisible War has some saving graces that make it worth playing. The storyline is still excellent. I think that it would have helped to make the game longer and give it more character development, but it's still great. The story has one or two very surprising twists in it, and it gets you to think philosophically, just like the first one. It all makes for a good legitimate sequel story, instead of just a thrown-together rehash of the first one (which is common for sequels). Warning: if you did not play the first game, then you will be totally lost, since the plot for "Invisible War" is pretty convoluted too.The developers had some good creative ideas too. Some of the "black market" biomod canisters that you find are wicked, like one that lets you control bots, and one that imparts EMP to your melee attacks. The rocket launcher has a guided missile mode that puts you into the first-person view of the missile. I also got a lot of amusement out of the NG Resonance character, a holographic AI that provides some comic relief, as well as some hints and side quests. And, even with the scaled-back role-playing system, "Invisible" still has tons of good dialog and lots of open-ended problem-solving. Plus, there's nothing else like it out there as far as action/RPG games go. It's too bad though, that there was so much removed for this game. If it had been a full-fledged sequel instead of "Deus Ex Lite", then it could have been as good as the first one. I would love to see a third Deus Ex game that combines the best elements of the first two. Deus Ex: Invisible War
Veteran hardcore FPS fans will have fond memories of the original Deus Ex - a game which has easily stood the test of time. It's successful combination of Role-playing and First-Person elements won many admirers, and its labryinthe anti-terrorism storyline is extremely relevant to modern events. So when a sequel to this classic PC game was to be produced by Warren Spector and the developers at Ion Storm, what could possibly go wrong?
Unfortunately, the answer is - almost everything. The biggest innovation in the original game were the modifications you could make to both your players skills and his physical abilities. This was implemented using a point system - the points were acrued as you successfully accomplished mission objectives. Another cool innovation was the use of biomods, which you could use to add deadly new abilities to your character. The second game has an inferior dumbed-down version of this system - the points system has been completely eliminated, which effectively destroys the role-playing element which made Deus Ex such a huge success. Unlike the original game, the sequel doesn't allow the player to adopt different gameplaying styles to accomplish the same goal. In general, it seems that sneaking and sniping enemies is more rewarding than outright combat. This essentially limits the number of useful biomods that a player should use during the game - hacking and bot domination being compulsory.
Music is also another big letdown - it'd be hard for any player to forget the wonderfully thunderous bombastic theme that played over the menu of the original game. It seemed that every single map and situation in the original Deus Ex had a piece of music composed for it. It's fair to say that music in the sequel is either non-existent or played so softly it virtually becomes background noise. The only time it's allowed to come to the fore is during the NG Resonance sequences.
Apart from the lack of a points and sophisticated biomod system, the biggest fault is the level design. The opening map of the original Deus Ex was absolutely huge - it comprised the Statue of Liberty, the interior of the Statue, the Harbour, and the entire surrounding environs of Staten Island. And that was just for starters. In the sequel, we're expected to believe that the entire German city of Trier consists of only four blocks of streets - which is patently ridiculous. The sequel's storyline demands big levels - especially during the latter half of the game. I suspect this design decision was possibly due to the perception that the XBox would not have the required processing power. Anyone who has seen the massive levels in Knights of the Old Republic or Halo will realise this is simply not the case.
The biggest mistake Ion Storm made was to simplify the game for the X-Box. As both Bioware and Bungie have proven so successfully with both Knights of the Old Republic and Halo, it isn't necessary to remove or simplify gameplay elements, simply because it's being ported to a gaming console. The result is an insult to the old fans of Deus Ex, who expected the same sophisticated user interface and role-playing elements. It's also an insult to the X-Box crowd as well, who have been lumped with a diluted gameplay experience.'

Sustainability - eating, healthy eating
I purchased this textbook for a basic nutrition class I am currently taking. It was significantly cheaper than one at the school bookstore(I find a lot of my textbooks on Amazon for huge savings!) I find the book wonderful as an introductory book! The information is clear and easy to understand. Even items that pertain to chemistry are presented in a way that you can actually understand them. I think the pictures are beautiful and I even love the fact that they give you some recipes in each chapter. I love this textbook. Even if you are not a student, one might be just trying to get healthier, it's a great tool to start!! Nutrition for Healthy Living
I needed this for class. I was surprised to find it a pleasant book to have to study from. There is a lot of good information and it's well organized and easy to follow. If you wanted to learn about nutrition basics this would be a good place to start.
Book was brand new -as advertised. In excellent conditions. Well packaged, without any bending, and delivered before the estimated date (I received it within a week and it was supposed to take about 12-14 days). As of the book itself, it is very useful, and interesting. I learned a lot! I took a Nutrition class as a General Ed in college as part of the curriculum of my program, but it was amazing how much I learn about healthy and unhealthy diets, vitamins, antioxidants, food labeling, food marketing, etc etc. You don't need to have a lot of background knowledge in science to be able to understand the concepts. The author gives you tips and recipes at the end of each chapter as well as chapter tests.
I am very happy and satisfied with this purchased. I definitely recommend buying this book and from this seller.
I absolutely love this book. I used it for my nutrition class in college, but it is simply a lovely book! I recommend it to anyone interested in nutrition, whether you are taking a class, raising a family or just interested in bettering your lifestyle. I found the pages beautifully laid out and the information worthwhile and informative.
This book has a lot of false information in it, such as the cancer rate in U.S is declining and that it is safe to eat GMO foods. This is absolutely false and made me really pissed off. I believe that the woman who wrote this book was paid by a bunch of big corporations to feed junior college students a bunch of lies. I've done a lot of my own research on health and nutrition over the past ten years and the fact is that cancer in the U.S is increasing and GMO food is bad for you. This book is filled with lies including the lie that the pharmaceutical companies are your friends, HA! If that isn't the biggest lie of them all. Don't waste your money unless you want to be lied to. - Eating - Healthy Eating - Food - Health'
