Nail Gun - nail gun

worked fine installing 1/2" plywood in attic space. make sure you wear eye protection as plastic collating does fly in all directions

and is sharp (as you will find out when you inadvertently kneel on a piece). gave it four stars instead of five because of price. a 5,000 pack of similar nails is around $44.00 at home depot. Trading Card Sleeves - coupon organizer, trading card sleeves

I needed these to put in my coupon binder and divide my coupons by department/product type. I didn't want paper dividers because they would rip too easily. I needed them to be plastic so that I wouldn't have to worry about that. When I got them, I thought, nice!! 8 multi colored plastic dividers. I put them in along with my baseball page protectors to put the coupons in (for easier organization and easy finding). But I realized that the dividers are a little short next to the baseball protectors. Not much, just a little shorter than what I was hoping for. I really wanted the tabs to stick out just a little more than they do. But it's fine, I can still see most of the tab, the plastic is very sturdy and I can easily switch between departments without any issues or worries about the dividers ripping or tearing. I've had them now for over one month with some heavy duty flipping between pages and so far, so good. I'm very happy with them. Avery Big Tab Insertable Plastic Dividers, 8-Tab Set, 1 Set (11901)

The 8 binder dividers are made of sturdy, see through, colored plastic, with each divider being a different color. They come packaged with a set of Avery labels that can be used in a printer w/instructions for finding/getting a Word template for the labels. Nice. I plan on using them in a 3-ring binder to file recipes and the plastic will be a bonus for me because they can be wiped clean and/or reused when necessary. I will buy these again.

I use this for my business and personal binders. I really like the ability to see through the dividers to look at the first page. Of course it helps to look at the tabs too which if you use the printer, makes everything professional-like. The colors are pretty too. Recommended. - Trading Card Sleeves - 3 Ring Binder - Coupon Organizer - Avery'

Arch Support

I have been suffering from plantar fascitis for the past couple of years and things got even worse when I started playing tennis. Feet were really sore through the day and stepping out of bed was a nightmare. Visited a podiatrist and he recommended custom orthotics which I have been using for the past year and a half. I started looking for alternate options when they began to wear out and I did not want to shell out hundreds for the custom ones.

From my research on the internet, I shortlisted rigid orthotics from two brands - Moszkito and Spenco

I use both of them currently and have had good results, same as what I have got from my custom orthotics. I use the Moszkito on my dress shoes and Spenco on my sports shoes.

Spenco feels extremely comfortable and it fit in the shoes rightaway without any modifications. They feel less rigid than the Moszkito ones which hardly bend. The cost factor is defintely in favor of Spenco since they are way more affordable. For about $15.00, this is a gamble you defintely would not avoid to get rid of your foot/heel pain and if it works, you could fit all your shoes with a pair so that you do not have to move them around shoes.

Final take - If you are in pain, do not hesitate to give this a try. They work well for me. They may work well for you too! Spenco Rx Orthotic (3/4 Length), Women's 9-10 / Men's 8-9

Having worn custom orthotics, I was interested in trying the Spenco orthotic because it had a rigid base and was adjustable. The instructions for adjustment were very sparse, stating to place them in boiling water for 2 minutes and to then adjust as desired. This did not work for me, as I would have hoped that the plastic base would have been more malleable, and it was difficult to hold in position while waiting for it to cool. Customer service said to place it in a shallow pan of boiling water, turn the heat off and wait for 2 minutes and then adjust. This did not work for me either. Finally, I placed the orthotic in my bench vise to hold it in the adjustment that I wanted and used a heat gun to heat the plastic bottom of the orthotic. After leaving it in the vise for a few minutes to cool, it held the shape the I desired and they are very satisfactory to me.

I love the WARRANTY--one year UNCONDITIONAL warranty--if they do not help you or you are dissatisfied, return them to the manufacturer for a full refund--now that is confidence in their product!

The orthotics seem of good quality and their adjustability is a big selling point for me, though it is a little bit of a hassle to do the adjustment. If there is another brand that is adjustable, I would like to know it. I am considering buying a couple of more of these orthotics to have for each pair of shoes.'

Flat Panel Wall Mount - wire concealer, cable organizer

If you are still averting your eyes from the rat's nest of cables, cords, and wires that ascends vine-like from your surround sound system, cable box, DVD player, and power outlet to the flat screen TV elegantly floats halfway up the wall, despair not. The Wiremold Flat Screen TV Cord Cover can bring serenity and order to this chaos of cords without requiring you to hide the mess inside your wall.

With some help from my son, we installed this cord cover in about 15 minutes. Take time to measure the cover and base, leaving a few inches of room from the floor to the base, and make sure that the top end is hidden behind your TV. If you need to trim the base and cover, keep them snapped together and use a bit of tape to keep them from moving as you make a quick cut with a hacksaw or power saw. Use a level to make sure the base is plumb, and once you have it in place, start routing cables, wires, and cords down the base, using tape to hold them in place in the confines of the channel.

Once everything is positioned, snap the cover in place. You can opt to paint the cover as well to help it blend it if you wish. I do wish that Wiremold would not be so miserly with the screws for the base (I had to find a few extra ones in my workshop) and wondered if a version of this cover that allowed folks to snap a few inches off either end without sawing might be a convenient feature to include. Wiremold CMK30 Flat Screen Television Cord Cover Kit, White

The product looks great. It painted very easily to match my wall and was a very fast and easy project. My only complaint is that you have to drill it into the wall...which is a bit unnecessary. I didn't want to drill 6 holes in my wall for something so small and light. I was hoping it would come with something to stick it to the wall...but it didn't. So I went to the store and bought some sticky picture hangers and that did the trick. Finished product looks great.

The item does what it claims to do, i.e, provides a cover to hide cables going from the A/V receiver to the rear of the wall mounted TV. The cover is sized so that it is fairly easy to include a large number of cables. Two coats of the same paint as my walls makes the cover near imperceptible. Total cost of $25 including shipping seems a bit on the stiff side for what amounts to a $0.20 piece of plastic.

I bought this to cover wires on our bedroom 42" flatscreen that I had mounted on the wall. This is extremely simple to install and looks great. Great price too.

I bought another cord cover for our family room TV about a year ago. It was a more expensive kit, but now I am thinking about replace that one with this one. The easy to remove cover makes it great for adding more wires. Highly recommeneded!

Needing to hide ugly wires under my TV, I purchased this cord cover kit. Screwing the plastic plugs into the dry wall was a bit hard because I did it with just a screwdriver instead of a drill, but that's what the instructions said to do. The plastic piece is secure to the wall and feels rather sturdy. The area looks much neater now and I'm happy with the outcome, but I'm giving this 4 stars because the price seems a bit high for such a simple product.

I found this product to be GREAT! Not hard to install. Holds a TON of cords. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't hold all of mine- but it did & with plenty of room of spare. (I have sat, surround sound, cable, dvd, wii)

The hardest part was holding the cords & sliding the cover on, but I got my kid to help. My wall is a white color & it blends in fantastically as it, but is a bit textured & looks like it could be painted nicely (as advertised). WELL worth the $17 I paid for it.

If you are looking to hide your cables going to and coming from your wall mounted HDTV, look no further, this is the kit for you!

Let's make 1 thing clear, you will still be able to tell there's something there to cover up your cables. If you think this will bother you, then you better start thinking about running your wires behind your drywall because that is the best way to conceal your wires.

Now for those of us who do not want to be bothered with cutting holes on your drywall and all that work, then this is your best alternative. This kit takes about 5 minutes to install and it is paintable. All you need to do is cut it to size, screw in the drywall anchors and mount the base plate with the provided screws, put your cables in there and snap on the cover. There you go, simple. I'm happy with how it looks on my wall and would recommend it to those who's looking for an alternative to routing wires behind your drywall.

I ran many cords behind this for my entertainment setup. Goes up quick and easy, if installing into sheetrock make sure you use wall anchors. Paint chips off fairly easy so make sure that it is in place and nothing scratches it

This was an excellent buy to cover cables when you don't want to cut into drywall. Three coats of paint covered it perfectly. If you don't want to cut into the drywall to hide your cables this is the answer. - Wire Organizer - Wire Concealer - Speaker Wire - Cable Organizer'

Yoga For Beginners

I think I would have to describe myself as an optimist. And a skeptic. A skeptical optimist. In other words, I really do "want to believe" but you may to have to spend some time convincing me why I should.

Especially when it comes to yoga blocks. There's something so friendly and familiar about rectangular yoga blocks. Like my best gal pals, they support me, they stretch me and they encourage me. And then they stack neatly away (the blocks - not the gal pals.)

So why on earth mess with something so time-tested and functional? Because Jason Scholder has a better idea.

I discovered Jason's Three Minute Eggs at the San Francisco Yoga Journal Conference held at the Hyatt Regency in January, and they stopped me in my tracks. This may have been partially due to the pair of size 14 boots attached to six feet of inquiring mind blocking my path. Sure, the guy lying on the floor in front of me looked happy - but really - an egg shaped yoga block? Give me a break. The thing is, Three Minute Eggs cannot be sold on looks alone - they have to be experienced. In the case of the Three Minute Egg, feeling is believing. Jason and his assistant Megan were making sure that every curious George and Georgette had an opportunity to sample the future of yoga blocks first hand. I didn't have time for that so I had a quick chat with Jason, sort of half promised I'd be back, and then moved on.

But that night I couldn't stop thinking about the possibilities. Sometimes it's difficult to tell a gimmick from a true, forward-thinking innovation. I had to find out for myself. And that's how, the next day, I returned with my inquiring mind and had my own little lie-down on Jason's floor.

Megan set me up in a chest opening back bend, followed by a neck roll and finished with a wrist-supporting downward dog. And if that wasn't enough to convince me, Jason showed me how to use my body weight and the corner of the egg to massage deep into my hips and shoulders.

I was sold, and one month later my clients love how the Three Minute Egg gently encourages a deeper and safer expression of their poses. I use them in all the ways that were shown and more - that's the thing about the Three Minute Eggs - you just keep coming up with new ways to incorporate them into a practice. I use them with my clients to support stronger alignment but I also use them for simple warm-up stretches. For students with shoulder impingement and poor range of motion, they stack beautifully and offer confidence-building support. Their ergonomic shape makes holding onto them easy - they literally become extensions of the arms during flow sequences.

As far as I'm concerned -- and as far as my clients are concerned - the Three Minute Egg is true innovation.

The Three Minute Egg comes packaged in a mesh drawstring backpack for easy transport and storage. I found the bags a bit frustrating at first but that was easily remedied by shortening the straps and retying the knots - just be sure to burn the ends so the strings don't fray. Presto, chango - no more frustration.

The Three Minute Egg has endless possibilities and benefits for everyone's yoga practice. Two separate DVD's are available to further encourage your "cre-egg-tivity." I encourage you to check out the website: [...] Eggs-ecutive Travel Pack (Ergonomic Yoga Block from Three Minute Egg)'
