Mobil1 - full synthetic, lubricants
Have used many grades, especially the extended wear, in many cars older and brand new for many years now. All of them run much more smoothly than with natural oil and I can often go as long as 10-12 months between oil changes. This is wonderful for performance and gas mileage, and a real help for someone who changes their own oil. Saves a lot of money as well. Mobil 1 44978 Extended Performance 10W-30 Motor Oil - 1 Quart, Pack of 6
It must be the best oil available at a lower price than that of Amsoil brand etc.
I started using 10W-30 last month. My car is an older one, I hope it does not cause any leaks/burns. So far no problems. It says 'guaranteed for 15K miles' but I think I will change the oil and filter half at that mileage since it is the car's first synthetic after 124K miles.
I agree, most autoparts stores sell these for $ 29.99 for 5 Qts of M1 EP and a fitting Mobil 1 E.P. oil filter.
Amazon needs to ask Exxon Mobil for lower prices. It is not competitive...
I have used Mobil 1 in my 2003 Chev Tahoe since the first oil change and was considering the additional expense for the "extended performance" Mobil 1 oil. I sell industrial machinery and met up with a Mobil Engineer at a paper mill. This engineer swears by the stuff and was emphatic that it will perform to 15,000 miles under highway conditions. I have been using it for the last two oil changes, but I only run it 8-10,000 miles because I change my oil twice a year regardless. The filter needs to be considered as much as the oil and as long as I am going to be under the truck changing the filter, I'm going to dump the oil and grease the chassis. I use $10 Mobil 1 oil filters and the Mobil 1 synthetic grease. I found this oil much less expensive at my local Blain's Farm And Fleet store. They have it for $6.96 per quart. - Full Synthetic - Lubricants'

The reversible razor pendant seems very straight forward. The size seems accurate to the old style razor blades it's fashioned after. For some reason the product image appears to be a lot thicker than it actually is. It seems to be the perfect mass of not too flimsy, but not uncomfortably thick. If this is the style you're looking for, I recommend it. Razor Blade Stainless Steel Pendant - FREE chain - Razor Blade'

Homeopathic - teen, natural
I don't have horrible acne but my forehead has always been oily and I get flair ups and get some natsty ones once in a while. The last couple of years it's gotten slightly worse. I've tried numerous things over the years. Clearasil cream, pads, various 3 part systems, washing my face numerous times a day, etc. Nothing worked. I stumbled on this on sale tucked away in a bottom shelf at the store. Thought I'd try it. Taking the pills alone my skin has totally cleared up and I haven't had any blemishes. This is one of the best homeopathic products I've ever used. Nature's Cure Two Part Acne Treatment System for Males (1 Month Supply)
I was skeptical at first. The only way I found out about this product was at Rite-Aid with 1 bottle of the Body spray. It seemed to be working ok, and I did a search on Amazon.com for it, and seen all the great reviews. So for $10, I was like why not? Man am I glad I did. Amazing stuff, I noticed a difference after 2 or 3 days, then 1 week was even better, 2 weeks was more and going a month strong, almost completely clear, if I do get any breakouts, gone in a day almost. Strongly recommended for anybody who has gone to a Dermatoligist for years (i'm 28, been going since I was 13). Tried Retina, tretinoin, differin, all topicals, oral prescripts. Proactiv and others over the counter. I use Neutrogena Adavanced Solutions facewash and spf15 lotion, the acne lotion worked, but not as good as natures cure lotion.(almost the same, but natures cure has twice the benzoyl peroxide and additional aloe for cooling) with Natures Cure 2 step process. I'm sold.
Thanks!
There are several acne treatment solutions out there and I've tried almost all of them...murad, proactiv, klear action, clearasil, stridex, retin-a, etc. All of them left my skin oily or dry or irritated and none stopped future breakouts from happening plus they were quite expensive. I think I'm the minority in which months of proactiv did not help stop future breakouts.
The problem with all of these treatments is that they're all topical and don't correct the imbalances within the body due stress, etc. When I first saw this product, I thought I had nothing to lose and it was cheap. I've been using this product for months. Using a popular off-the-shelf skin moisturizer, it's stopped major breakouts and limited ones that were going to appear. The results I had with this product compared to the ones above were the difference between night and day. I believe the tablets helped cure the body's internal imbalances, which were ultimately leading to breakouts that topical creams could not stop. I encourage anyone to try this product as a cheaper alternative to the above acne solutions and recommend it to the minority of people that haven't had success with the big names.
I was looking for something to help my 15 year old son with his acne and read the reviews on this product. Knowing that hormones and genetic makeup have a lot to do with persistent skin problems, it only made sense to use a product that worked on both the inside (where they start) and the outside. The ingredients in the product were all perfectly harmless and the reviews were positive, but I also know that if something sounds too good to be true-it often isn't true. But the price was minimal and worth the risk.
We marked my son's "start date" on the calendar and tomorrow it will be two full weeks since that day. He and I both are totally AMAZED.
BEFORE Nature's Cure(NC):no matter what we tried topically, his skin was fairly "bumpy" even where no pimples had erupted, he would get 4 or 5 new ones a day, and at any given time he'd have 4 or 5 previous ones that he was trying to heal/dry out/deal with too.
AFTER NC:The first thing we both noticed was that the rate of new ones dropped drastically, I'd say about an 80% drop. The second thing we noticed was that the ones he was getting were FAR less severe and were healing much faster. After the first couple of days watching him (just in case he had any negative side effects from the tablets, which he did not)I forgot all about it. A couple of days ago he was talking to me face to face when I suddenly realized how GREAT his skin looked! My eyes widened and he stopped in the middle of a sentence and asked "What?" I grinned and said "Can I touch your face?" He grinned and said "Yeah! It's cool huh?" and I couldn't believe it! The "bumps" on the surface were totally gone and his skin was so SOFT and healthy looking.
Now, he STILL has some pimples, but they are random and small, and it hadn't even been two full weeks before there was a visible difference to others. (He had noticed long before I did because he obsesses about his face every day) And maybe I'm just imagining this part-but I'd SWEAR that the tablets, which are supposed to help counteract the stressful hormones that cause acne, have improved his moodiness! Not a whole lot mind you, and maybe it's just that his self-confidence is improving as his skin does, but he's been more easy going and less snippy at his siblings than usual. Either way I'm SO thankful for this product and my son has already asked me to reorder it so he doesn't run out.
VERY impressed, and VERY satisfied.
UPDATE- 2/18/2011
My son ran out of this and literally pestered me into ordering him some more. It came quickly and he is enjoying the same results as before. He did say that he noticed much better results when he used both products together rather than when he forgot to take the pills but used the cream alone. Not only that, but upon re-reading my first review, I'm seeing the same improvement in his moodiness (when he's using the product)that I noted before. Could be entirely coincidental or self-esteem related-but either way-it's a good thing.
I am 18 years old, and a freshman in college. I saw Nature's cure at my local wal-mart while trying to decide on what acne treatment product to try next (None of them ever work). When I saw this, I was intrigued by the fact that it's a pill, not a topical cream or wash. So, on a whim, I bought it. I expected it to be some bogus treatment just like everything else I've ever tried (I've been experimenting with acne treatment for years). I started taking the pills as directed, twice daily, and WOW. In only a few days I notice my skin clearing up. I've been using this for approximately two weeks now, and I am totally clear!! I haven't been acne free for YEARS! All that's left on my face are the scars from years of pimple popping. This product is the real deal. I'll be using this for many years to come. - Face - Natural - Acne - Teen'

Nintendo Ds - video games, mario
If you love Mario 64 you of course are going to love having your old game back in a handheld version. The game, however, is even better now that it is on the DS!
You start out as Yoshi but get to unlock doors to become Mario, Luigi and Wario! Having the map on the bottom screen is a wonderful feature and the plethora of mini-games is very exciting. You get to unlock them the more you play. The mini-games themselves are worth the purchase. You will really get a chance to use the stylus and the new touch screen capabilities.
This is a game for everyone. Parents will even enjoy several of the mini-games which are even accessible to those of us who are game-play challenged.
A must have for the DS. Super Mario 64 DS
Just bought this game to play with my new DS. The original 64 version made me nauseous (from the graphics), so I stopped playing it after a few weeks.
This game is a lot of fun. You start playing as Yoshi, and must rescue other characters throughout the game (including Mario) who then become playable. The levels are very well-rendered, and feature the fun characters that have made Nintendo famous (Princess Peach, Toad, etc.)
As well as a slightly revamped Mario 64, the game also includes several unlockabl mini-games that are a lot of fun. Making ample use of the touch screen, these games are quick and fun time wasters that I've actually spent as much time playing as Mario64 DS itself!
All in all, unless you really hated Mario 64 or dislike platformers, this is a good game. For any fans of Nintendo's Mario games, this is a must own.
Mario 64 for the DS is quite a bit of fun. I bought it because of all of the DS games available during the release, this was the only one that was interesting looking. I didn't really like the game that much when it was on the N64 due to the very blocky graphics, rough camera control, and really frustrating movement controls. Now however the controls are a bit easier to use and the graphics are much better but the camera control is still a bit rough.
Overall this DS version is much more interesting than the original game. Having 4 characters to work with and all of their individual styles and moves really adds to the fun. There is quite a bit of depth, freedom, and replay value in the game and i just keep coming back for more.
When i bought the game i was hoping that it would be something that my wife would be interested in playing as there aren't many videogames that she even tolerates to play. However, between the game itself and all of the minigames, she plays it almost as much as i do. In fact the one day that i took it to work with me to see if it would use the wi-fi network there, she IM'd me and gave me a hard time because she couldn't play it.
There are a few things that i don't like so much about the game. First, the camera control is still really annoying, especially in tight places. Secondly, while the control scheme is a little easier to use, it can still be really frustrating at times especially paired with the camera. Third and most important to me is the lack of respect. I'm refering to the lack of respect towards Luigi. Historically in the Super Mario series, games that did have Luigi tended to not give him credit for his work. For example Super Mario Brothers 3 if you beat the game with Luigi the princess says "Thank you Mario...". In the original game Luigi wasn't even a playable character. Now in the DS he is playable but he gets mocked by Toad (on multiple occasions), act's like a screaming girl, and is refered to and treated as an overly sensitive, sickly, and weak character. Doesn't the guy deserve some respect.
Well, enough of my ranting and raving. Overall, this is a really great game and i'm glad that i invested in it, and i'm guessing you probably will too.
Wow. this is an awesome game. It really keeps you interested and wanting do get more stars and beat bowser! This is definatly the best game out there for DS, and like I said, it will be for a long time. The graphics are amazing. The 3D characters just will blow you away. Heres the main story line:
Oh yeah u guessed it. Bowser steals Princes peach and blah blah blah. Well yeah, thats pretty much the story line. But, this time Yoshi, Luigi, and even Wario are along to help rescue the princess. You start of as Yoshi, and earn power stars as you go along in different levels, and you can enter new rooms when you get the needed stars. ( for example, the room with an 8 on it reqires 8 stars to enter.) There are 150 stars in all, and a whole bunch of "secret stars" that are a lot of fun to find and get. All together there are 15 levels and I know that seemes like nothing, but it really doesnt seem like it.
The levels each have 7 main power stars, and one other star that you can retrieve from it by getting 100 coins. ( those little yellow things that heal you.) Hmmm, lets see that only makes .... the 15 levels times 8 stars... 120 stars in the levels. So as you see, there are 30 "secret stars" that Ill leave you to find on your own.
The multiplayer in this game is not one of its best parts, but hey at least it has multiplayer right? Ok, the multiplayer is baisicly up to four people can play, and you always start out as Yoshi, but wherever you go there are hats of Mario Luigi and Wario. ( if you pick up a hat of a different character than who you are, you turn into that character)
There are mini games that you can unlock by finding rabbits around the castle and catching them. Each rabbit will give you a key that unlockes new minigames. In the "rec room" on the main menu, the minigames that you have unlocked will be displayed. Each character has their own unique set of minigame of which to coose from. Sure its kind of cheesey with catching the rabbits and all, but the minigames are pretty entertaining.
This game is not one of those games like Wario Ware Touched that you can beat in less than 24 hours. Oh no, this is the kind like when you were little and you played Pokemon for like 100 hours before you beat it kind of games. Ok, maybe not 100 hours, but it took me about two months of hard work all the time to get 80 stars and beat bowser for the last time. If you liked any preveous Mario games, you will like this one twice as much grarenteed! * Heres how I rate it:
Graphics - 9/10
Gameplay - 9/10
Story line - 4/10 Yeah, its all the same!
Replay Value after you beat it - 5/10 while still working - 8/10
Sound - 6/10 The same music and noises but its not bad.
Multiplayer - 6/10
Mini games - 7/10
Overall - 8/10
I hope that you enjoyed this reveiw and that it will help you!

Smart Charger - battery charger, battery chargers
As my title states, this charger handles all four main types of large batteries: Lead Acid Auto Starter batteries, Deep Cycle Marine, AGM and Gel Cell. You select battery type and size and it takes care of the rest. When you first hook up the clips to the battery and plug in the charger, selecting battery type, it tests the battery and gives you the volts available as well as the percentage that battery is currently charged! Many times I've wanted to know that. You then select battery size and it starts charging. If you select 15 or 10 amps, when the battery is fully charged it goes into a maintenance mode automatically! You can leave the charger running forever - and it won't over charge the battery. Also - if your battery is damaged by sulfide build up, it detects that and runs a cycle to clean the battery and give it life again if it can. Wow. I wonder how many batteries I've replaced that could have been revived or kept alive by this charger?! This is going to save me a lot of money.
I purchased a new 850 cc amp deep cycle battery to use as an emergency power source for my amateur radio equipment (I'm a net control storm spotter for the National Weather Service Skywarn network). This brand new battery tested at 95% charged - so I fully charged it (while using the radio) and it worked fine. Charged up to 100% and went into maintenance mode automatically. Took the charger to the farm and connected it to a dead tractor battery. Showed 11% charged and began building the charge immediately. Was up to 15% in about 7 minutes when I had to leave. I'll have to update this review later to let you know if it was able to salvage that poor battery.
I know of no other chargers that test the battery, charge all types of batteries and can safely be left on to maintain them as well. Go check out the cost of Gel Cell battery chargers - and you'll find this is a deal.
BTW, if you forget to turn it from 'test' to 'charge', after 10 minutes or so this charger will automatically charge up the battery and keep it maintained for you! How easy is that? Schumacher SSC-1500A Ship 'n Shore SpeedCharge Charger with included 75-amp battery clamps
As others have noted, the percent-charged reading can be grossly misleading. My experience is that when it shows 100%, you can expect to continue charging for another couple of hours before reaching full charge. Other than that, this charger works well. The biggest consideration with this product, however, is life expectancy. While this charger comes with a five year warranty, you are unlikely to get anywhere near that before it dies. This has been my experience with several Schumacher battery chargers. Unfortunately, there is almost nothing in the way of comparable items by other makers to choose from.
I bought this charger to replace a 15yr. old manual charger that finally gave up the ghost. All I can say is that chargers have come a long way over the last decade and a half. This charger was about 1/3 the price of the one it replaced. It's easy to use and does a great job. I would prefer metal construction rather than the plastic, but given the price, that's a minor complaint. The fan is a bit loud, but I don't sleep in my garage so I don't see that as an issue either.
I've used this charger several times. Most recently to revive the battery in my wife's mini van. It was drained to less than 6v when my kids left the interior lights on. In the past, this would have been a death sentence for the battery, but the SSC-1500A was able to recharge it without any problems. It's been over 2 months and her car starts just fine. Considering it's winter in Alaska, that's no small feet for a battery that was drained as far as her's was.
The SSC-1500A was also able to breathe new life into a portable jump start battery that had recently started refusing to accept more than a 50% charge with it's included wall wart. I hooked the SSC-1500A's clamps to the portable batteries clamps, started the charge and left it overnight. The next morning the portable battery was back to full capacity.
I'll say it again, great charger for the price.
Purchased through Amazon the SSC 1500A charger arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion, as promised. My car battery was almost out of juice, having only enough to dimly illuminate the interior lights. Easy to hook up and get started at a "medium" size battery setting . The blinking yellow light came on, indicating that the battery was being desulfated. Left it on overnight and the next morning the "BAD" message was on the indicator panel. Car wouldn't start. Disconnected the charger for a few minutes, reconnected it and started over with same setting. Same yellow blinking light. came on. Left it for 24 hours and came back to find yellow blinking light still on. Checked the 'percent charged' indicator and it was at 19%. Car wouldn't start. Disconnected and reconnected again, this time increasing the charge rate to 15 amps by selecting the "large" battery setting. Came back 8 hours later and the "BAD" message was again on, and the percent charge was still 19 %. "
Highly annoyed and ready to send it back at this point, decided to keep trying as felt no way the battery could be bad. Reconnected, at the same "large setting and sat down to watch. Yellow blinking light stayed on for about 15 minutes and then went steady (unblinking). Percent charged started moving up and I was elated. Left and came back 6 hours later. The % charged indicator showed 60%, but the "BAD" indicator was on, along with the red light which indicated the same thing. Decided to try to start the car anyway. Started on the first crank with a strong burst from the starter motor. Left the engine running and got out of the car to find the % charged indicator moving steadily upward until it stopped at 72% about 5 minutes later. Turned of the car and left to let the battery become completely charged. Came back an hour later, " "BAD " message on again and battery 60% charged. Now totally peeved, disconnected the charger, vowing to return it. Opened the car door to put some stuff inside and noticed the interior lights were shining brightly. Car started up immediately and did so several times in a row. Two weeks later and it still starts up immediately. Problem solved---but obviously after a big hassle.
I think the issue must be in the microchip sensor or the circuitry of the charger. Probably does not effect every unit sold but definitely a good sign of poor quality control. I will still return the unit and if there is a hassle, I will let you know. - Battery Charger - Battery Chargers - Schumacher - Automatic Battery Charger'

Baby Nail Clippers - baby, child care
This little gem can easily file down the nails of your newborn. After hearing my brother-in-laws story about drawing blood from his newborn using an infant clipper my wife and I got this little device. This can safely file down my newborns nails and it won't injure her skin at all, it's amazing! The other reviewer may have had a problem with baby pulling away, I didn't have the problem at all. The little oscillation of the head seemed to be enjoyed by my little one. This is going to be a must-have nail file for all new parents, i'm going to buy a few as baby-shower gifts. Zo-li Buzz B. Baby Nail Trimmer
This is the best way to cut a newborn's nails and stop them from scratching themselves. Like many new moms, I was totally paranoid of hurting my baby when cutting his nails. However, he was born with sharp nails which needed to go. This nail filer was perfect. It comes with different filing pads for different baby ages and it worked like a charm. I tested it out on my own finger first and there was no way it would hurt baby. So much better than a regular file or nail clippers because it not only shortened the nail but it also buffed it so it wasn't sharp. I would recommend this to all new mommies/daddies.
As a 1st time parent, I was really afraid of filing my baby's nails. I had heard from older and younger parents how easily you can clip the tips of your baby's fingers with baby nail clippers. Almost every one of these parents admitted that it had happened to them, at least once. There, obviously, had been a huge need for a better alternative for generations. The Buzz B is the better alternative. It protected my daughter's delicate skin while filing her nails safely and quickly. The different colored file grades and well organized container helped me quickly and easily find the right file, every time. Over all, the Buzz-B gave me confidence and piece of mind, which are both hard to come by when you're a first time parent. I recommend the Buzz B to all new parents. I consider the Zo-li Buzz B Electric Nail Trimmer to be the best baby product ever invented, hands down!
I got this mail trimmer after cutting my newborns nails too short and getting her skin instead. This is so much easier and does not hurt her at all. The only draw back is it takes a little more time. Overall this is much easier and safer and makes me much happier!
I have a 2 1/2 year old, and the buzzb is great for him. He always wanted to try to trim his nails himself, but of course I couldn't trust him with nail clippers. Now I can give him the trimmer so that he can have a turn, then I take a turn to finish shortening his nails myself. I use the stronger pad for him, and it turns out great. Plus when he gets distracted and moves his hand suddenly, I don't panic thinking I have cut him the way I used to with nail clippers. Love it!
I am very happy that I purchased this item. It was very useful for my baby the first 3 or 4 months. I could do all of her nails w/o having to clip them. Now that she is 6 months old her nails are a lot harder and the Buzz-B is only good to smooth out the sharp edges of her nails. Which is fine as I am more comfortable with cutting her nails as she no longer screams or pulls away when I cut.
It's great if you're "filing" your baby's nails but I would not call it a nail trimmer. I tried it on both of my kids (7 months & 2 years) and the only thing it did was smooth the edges. I made sure I was using the correct colored file. I was so excited to get this & ended up being disappointed. - Child Care - Baby - Nail Care - Baby Nail Clippers'

I bought this game because my 3 1/2 year old craves knowledge and loves games. While the first level is geared for Grade 1, she has been able to answer 85% of all the questions without difficulty. I have played at grade 6 and found myself forgetting some of the answers. This game is just fantastic for aged 3-100 I would say. The game is even larger than I thought it would be. Included are a large spinner with all of the categories including Science, Math, Arts, Reading & The World. There is even a space of choose your category which is the most fun. I don't think anyone would be bored playing this game.

Fishing Lures Fresh Water - crankbait, tackle box
I used this out in a pond and i caught two monstrous rainbows. Although two of the lures got torn to shreds because its made of a soft material, it performed great. I only fished with this lure once and it was only for about half an hour. It was a great buy and i will buy more. Storm WildEye Live Minnow 02 Fishing Lures (Minnow, Size- 2)

Cordless Vacuum - hand vac, handheld vacuum
I call this One-Bad-Mamma-Jamma dustbuster! My wife calls it the Roach-Sucker. If you pull the hose out of the nozzle you can stretch it out and chase down even the most wiley roach. Just get the nozzle close the the little runner and he's toast. Oh, remember to empty it out before the roach starts decaying in the bin...
This is not a toy like every useless rechargeable dustbuster. It's a real shopvac, just smaller. It has enough suction to replace a low-end shop vac, but be warned, it is about as loud as a full size vac too.
The bare tool is a great way to get the vac at a reasonable price if you already have an 18v drill or whatever. You'll toss out the crappy little dust buster and never look back. Just be careful cleaning up really fine dusty messes, it is difficult to clean stuff like drywall dust out of the filter. Bare-Tool DEWALT DC515B 18-Volt Cordless 1/2 Gallon Wet/Dry Portable Vacuum (Tool Only, No Battery)
I'm a contractor and have two of these units. I also have at least two large vacs on site. We use these a lot. They work great on spills too. The filter not only cleans out easily by banging it on the garbage can, but you can wash it. It is a little loud, and rightfully so. It has a lot of suction for a little guy. I highly recommend it.
This is the perfect vacuum for the work I do. I'm an electrician, and am constantly making small messes --cutting holes in drywall etc. to run wires in remodels. This vacuum has a TON of power, is handy to carry, and lasts a long time on a single charge. HIGHLY recommended!
I've had the vacuum for a couple of weeks now. It does an under-average job sucking up dry dust, however, once you suck up some liquid - your filter will be toast and it will choke the vacuum. I washed the filter as per the manual and still no improvement. I called Dewalt and they told me to buy a new filter!...I've had it for two weeks and I need a new filter?! Out of curiousity, I ran it briefly without the filter and it had really good power...so my conclusion was that the filter was choking the vacuum. I hacked the filter apart and took out the accordian membrane. I hacked together a filter based on furnace air filter membranes and now it works great. I will, however, never use it as a wet vac. - Dewalt - Hand Vac - Handheld Vacuum - Portable Vacuum'

Xoom Screen Protector - xoom, touch screen stylus
I was a little nervous to order this item when I read the neutral review. However, I am quite pleased with the product. The cutouts that don't make sense are for hardware under the screen. I believe they are the light sensors for the camera. Tilt the Xoom at an angle in light and you will see the dots that it is not covering. Go ahead and cover them and see what happens. When I first put the screen protector on I was disappointed with how it appeared at first. It had streaks and bubbles that I could not get out. The instructions clearly state that they will disappear in 2 to 3 days. Next morning to my surprise they are all gone and it looks slick. I am ordering Skinomi Techskin for all of my electronics.
I do agree with using more than less of the solution. It will take longer for it to cure but it definitely makes it easier for getting it aligned. Skinomi TechSkin - Screen Protector Shield for Motorola XOOM
On my first install attempt, I tried to follow the provided instructions to the letter and apply a "FINE EVEN" (yes they put it in all caps) layer of solution to the skin. This approach resulted in numerous air bubbles, similar to T Cao, in the skin even after a couple of days of drying. I was very disappointed after spending almost 20 dollars for a skin that only gives you one sheet. Faced with the choice of going "naked," or shelling out another 20 bucks, I decided to watch the youtube video and try to peel up the skin and try again. On the video they use a generous amount of solution and smooth out the bubbles one half at a time. Luckily for me this approach worked perfect with no adhesive issues. Now the skin looks great! Whew!
I have to disagree with the negative review posted yesterday complaining about this "wet sticky" skin. I've kept a skinomi shield on my blackberry for over a year and can't imagine not having one on my xoom. The "wet sticky" process of applying the shield prevents the formation of bubbles, which is not only less annoying, but substantially prolongs the life of the screen protector. It's sized to fit, doesn't bubble, doesn't peel off around the edges and is thicker than most screen protectors. This shield is well worth the money.
Not sure why this is getting 'not-so-good reviews'. Is definitely a great product. Just show patience. Although I understand why it is so difficult to get on. If you think phone protectors are hard to put on, something 5 times the size is much more difficult. That being said, Skinomi makes it a very forgiving process. You spray the protector, and then place it on. Then wipe out as many bubbles as you can. Keep in mind though, it took over a week for all of the bubbles in mine to disappear. I even had trouble applying it (peeling it off a couple times). Once you get it on, leave it overnight and use the next day! It will look streaky and bubbly for a bit, but in a week, it will look and feel perfect! Will definitely keep using Skinomi protectors!!!
I read all of the directions and I had trouble getting things lined up but I carefully got it in place(a hair off but still in place).
I had half of the screen with air bubbles and half looked great, I used a soft cloth with the card to smooth out as much as I could but I thought that it was very bad, I couldn't use it that well.
The next day things were a little better but not much and that was when I decided to reposition the cover(big mistake) I pulled it off and got it set back on and it was centered a little better, still had some air bubbles but about the same as before I pulled it off.
For the next couple of days I used the card to push out the air bubbles and now it has been 6 days and it looks great, there are a few grooves where I pressed too hard with the card, and the "big mistake" I did by pulling off the protector introduced 2 pieces of dust. They are not bad but that is my fault.
I'll be getting another one soon and this time I will not remove it once I get it installed so I don't have any dust on it but for now my screen is protected and while using it you can't tell that there is anything on the screen. Even sitting on the table looking at it you can't tell unless you look at the top or bottom where it doesn't exactly line up.
If you install this and you think that it looks really bad, or like crap, wait, it will get better.
Everything was going good, but the plastic application card put scratches all over the screen (just like the other 1 star review). Now I am left with a screen protector with tons of scratches and out of $19. If that card left those, how can it really protect against other things? Their return policy sucks because you must buy it from there site in order to qualify for a refund. I don't want a replacement if this scratches so easily and will be staying away from anything they put out. Hell, the cheap protector I have on my phone doesn't scratch at all but this does? If you do buy this I would recommend putting a piece of paper in between the protector and the card to prevent this from happening.
I bought this because when I ordered my Xoom I could not immediately find a ZAGG Invisishield and I wanted my tablet to be protected. The package arrived with the solution leaking and microfiber application cloth missing. The provided application card did nothing but scratch the screen protector multiple times. After 24 hours, the screen protector did NOT outgas and just left the Xoom screen looking dirty and certain areas where I touched it, it gave a strange oily looking effect! My wife has a ZAGG on her iPad and I have one on my iTouch and they are SO MUCH BETTER than this product ... I will be swallowing this $19 and investing in a ZAGG, a product I know I can trust.
This is working out to be pretty good. When I first installed it I had hazing and bubbles. After about two nights the hazing went away and I had bubbles. This was back in late March. After about a week I counted and I had 43 bubbles on my screen. Today (9 May)I have four bubbles left. I don't know if I used too much or two little of the solution but the bubbles are going away and the screen protector looks as if it isn't even there. - Touch Screen Stylus - Xoom - Screen Protectors - Skinomi'

Brake Pads
I bought this pads to replace my worn pads and noticed a big difference with regards to lesser brake dust accumulation on my rear wheels. Ceramic pads are even quite and you may also notice that it does not bite very well during first few weeks but as soon as you "break it in", it gives you more stopping power. This is a great deal when it came with a [...] mail in rebate, which made the total cost around [...] for a pair of pads. Not bad, but better than generic pads sold in local stores. This is a very nicely put together table with lots of accessories. It also has a large working surface and is pretty solid. Got one table and it had received a ding during shipping. Amazon shipped another (great service) but that too had a small shipping ding. I will have to work this out with Amazon. But that is not the problem. The table does not use a metal plate to mount the router. Rather, you mount the router on a special plastic plate/disc which is then recesses mounted into the MDF table top. This means you loose approx. half the height of the router bit due to the thickness of the mounting disc + MDF table. This can be a problem for some or in some applications. I guess, you can try to pull out the router bit shaft a little, but I would recommend AGAINST doing so for safety reasons. I have advised Wolfcraft and look forward to hear what they have to say about it? So, I feel this the table is pretty cool but there is a design flaw. Wolfcraft 6146404-404 Router Table 490
I have owned and used this table for about 3 years for routing edge profiles and also raised panels. I feel it is an excellent product for the money. The table is heavy and solid. The table top surface is large, smooth, well-marked, and reinforced to protect from sagging. It includes a metal t-track, not just a dado channel for the miter gauge. The fence is adjustable and solid. Dust/chip collection is built into the fence and works very well (when modified, see below). Includes featherboards and miter gauge which also work well.
There are a few negatives, however. The removal yellow plastic inserts "clip" into the top around the bit, but the inserts are thinner than the recess. You should be careful to not push the inserts too far down or you can end up with a lip (maybe 1/32") that can catch the leading end of your workpiece and ruin the first couple inches of your profile. The cord that attaches to the included switch is too short, only a couple feet, so I plug my router directly into the wall outlet and use the tool's switch. Lastly, the dust port in the back of the fence has a thin plastic strip that runs vertically across the center of the port (not sure why). This caused my port to clog, and since I use a shop vac for my collection, I cut out the strip -- no more clogs. All of these issues are manageable, and are quickly outweighed by the features and price.
One of the other reviewers commented negatively (3-star review) about the mounting method and lack of a metal plate. I do not agree with that reviewer's assessment. It's true that you must use your router's base plate or the included universal plate to mount a router under the table, but it mounts in a recess, and as long as you're only using one of the plates (not both) the total loss of bit travel is less than a half inch. This is perfectly acceptable for today's routers. It will still accept all bits. The only difficulty I've noticed is with my horizontal panel raising bit -- there's not much room to insert the wrench, but it's workable. This table is made from 3/4" laminated MDF; other high-end router lifts (Jess-Em, for instance) use 3/4" phenolic resin plates because they don't sag over time (unlike metal plates which can sag due to the weight of the router).
If you're looking for a solid yet affordable benchtop router table, give this one a try. - Woodworking'
