Kodak Ink Cartridge - inkjet printer ink, kodak ink

When I order a genuine product from Kodak, I expect it to be packaged as Kodak sells it. These two cartridges have bogus label on them not at all like the Kodak label. And no Kodak box. I am returning this item and don't want to risk putting them into my perfectly working printer. 2Pk Genuine Kodak Ink Combo Set No. 10

I asked if items were original, and merchant said yes..

Kodak uses PIGMENT ink for their cartridges, they will

NOT spear or run when doing photography. Merchant, sold these at this great price.. A +++ SophiaGlobal

Great product terrific buy from the seller. I found out the printer was broken before the product arrived so returned it refund was quick but not painless. Be advised if you return an item Amazon will take you to the cleaners on return postage and deduct the outrageous shipping charge ($11.00) to your refund. Do not request a UPS pickup of the options they give you pack and ship it yourself. Love Amazon but not real happy at the moment buyer beware before you purchase the item and have to return. - Kodak Printer - Inkjet Printer Ink - Kodak Ink - Ink Cartridge'

Usb Adapter Elbow Flexible - usb adapter elbow flexible, adapter

I ordered this device for use with my notebook thinking it would allow me to flip dongles and flash drives any other direction than straight out.

I was more than a little dissappointed.

Pros - flexible, ratcheting, good connectors

Cons - not stiff enough, internal ribbon cable pinches

While this looked like what I need, a couple of major problems jumped out.

1) If you use this to reposition a flash drive (OCZ 8gb) and have to carry your notebook, just the act of walking will allow the drive to move. If you don't check before you set it down - one broken device.

2) To allow the flexibility, a thin ribbon cable runs internally from the male to female end. Within a first few tries, I was finding the ribbon cable was getting pinched between parts not allowing a full 90 degrees of movement and damaging the ribbon cable.

Due to the price, I will use this a bit more but expect due the poor design construction, it will have a short life span.

Recommendation: do not buy this device. Cables To Go 30501 FlexUSB USB 2.0 A Male to A Female Adapter (Black)

The Apple Air has a USB port that is located under and inboard of the laptop's edge. Some USB devices like air cards won't clear the edge of the case when attempting to plug them in. This flex adapter acts as an extension and then rotates and bends so that the device can be used in any position. Better than a cable extension.

This USB flex adapter works very well. It easily changes from left hand to right hand, and the cable can exit to the rear just above the desktop surface or an inch higher to clear the path of other hardware.

This is just what I was looking for - Can be flipped up or back to reduce sticking out the side of my laptop. Well made - a very good product as is all Cables-to-Go products. I bought it to flip up my Sprint USB Air Card and it works extremely well. It can also be folded flat along the laptop and it is flexible and tough enough to slide into my backpack without removing. Buy one of these and you will not be disappointed.

My laptop has USB ports on the side and back. I have looked all over for a simple right angle adapter that would plug into the USB port and immediately turn 90 degrees flush against the laptop case. That would allow me to plug USB devices in without them sticking out to the side as a protrusion that could easily be broken off. The FlexUSB is the closest thing I have found, but the design is such that it still sticks out 3/4 of an inch from the USB jack. It would have been better if the right angle was flush with the USB plug. I find that I don't use the FlexUSB as much as I would if it were more flush. I am now considering a short extension cable I have found that does sit much more flush.

The product is well made and extremely useful. Makes it possible to use USB devices of all sizes on my PCs where the USB connections are all crammed together in a small space.

The quick delivery was appreciated.

I would definitely order this product from this company again.

I looked around for a gadget like this for some time and finally found it on Amazon. It works great and I would recommend it to anyone who has a need for a turn out of their USB port. You can position it in any of 70 different angles. The connection both in the computer and to the USB device are secure and don't slip out. It really is working out well for me. - Usb Adapter Elbow Flexible - Usb - Flexible Usb Adapter - Adapter'

Aurorae Yoga Mat - mat, yoga accessories

I am 5' 5" and usually barely fit on normal yoga mats that the gym provides with a little extra space on the ends. I love that this yoga mat is extra long.....in fact it is 4" longer than most traditional mats, and is a total of 72" long. It is also 1/4" thick so it provides just enough cushion and support to protect your knees, back, hips, and joints by absorbing the impact of the floor. My experience using this mat was very enjoyable and relaxing and made prenatal yoga much more comfortable on my hips and back.

I also found my mat to have just the right level of stickiness. I didn't find myself slipping as I got sweaty which was very nice. Because of the soft support, Aurorae Yoga Mats are great for other floor exercises such as sit ups, push-ups, core, and more.

Another amazing feature of this mat is it is actually machine washable! In fact, it's recommended to "break in" your mat and make it less slippery! Just make sure you hang dry it.....never put it in the dryer.

All in all I LOVE my yoga mat and would deffinately suggest Auoroae to anyone that is looking for anything for yoga Aurorae Northern Lights Yoga Mat with Golden Sun Focal Icon -SGS approved Free from Phthalates and Latex. Wilderness (Green)

I read lots of reviews and looked at quite a few mats before deciding on this one. I've had 2 Gaiam mats that were OK, but not great. I didn't want to spend a fortune but I wanted a quality mat for home and studio classes. I'm really pleased with this mat and it's much nicer than my Gaiam mats. It feels more substantial. I used it right out of the box and no smell and it was plenty sticky. Not too thin but not so thick that's it's heavy to haul to class either. It's quite light.

After using it for classes that are very warm, I have not had any issues with slipping due to sweat.

Love the earthy colors and would recommend this to anyone needing a nice mat.

This is actually my second yoga mat purchase from Aurorae. I purchased their Seamist mat last fall and was incredibly happy with it that I decided to pick up another color.. It just so happens that they had recently released a new line of higher end yoga mats in a color that i just had to have! The blend of colors is even more vivid in person and very hypnotic, relaxing your mind during poses.

Aurorae has clearly done their homework.. they continue to know exactly what yoga practitioners want. I highly recommend them!

The mat is a beautiful orange sunset color with a Golden Sun Focal Icon. The mat is 5 mm thick which is the perfect thickness to absorb the impact on joints while still providing stability. The mat is also extra long which is great when you have little ones that want to exercise with you.

The mat has also has great traction! Some of the yoga poses really test a persons balance and a non slip mat is a must have. I love that if a traction problem ever develops, the mat comes with a non slip rosin bag that sucks the moisture out if the mat. On top of everything else, the mat is odorless and completely biodegradable!

I loved the Northern Lights yoga mat I was sent to review. It was the best mat I've tried:) It is thick and cushy, but still light weight and easily transportable. It was made from quality materials and I know it will last a long time. It is super easy to take care of and I didn't have any trouble at all with the mat slipping or me slipping(the rosin bag is super helpful)...we both stayed put through every workout:) The mat itself was beautiful with calming, relaxing colors and a gorgeous pattern reminiscent of a sunset. I also really appreciated the length. We often have "family" yoga sessions and this mat was big enough to share on many poses:) If you are looking for a quality comfortable mat, you should definitely keep the Northern Lights mat in mind. Aurorae Yoga has a ton of other really great yoga products, so if you are in the market, check them out! ABCD Diaries gives Aurorae Yoga an A+!

I LOVE my mat! It's seriously the prettiest mat ever! It's the perfect thickness and it doesn't slip at all! The company really does have great customer service! I wouldn't recommend washing it unless you can place in the sun for a few days~b/c you will never get the suds out otherwise. Mine dried out and was fine after that. There rosin bag works great too! So happy!

The color of this mat is an awakening color and makes me think of the sun rising so it's refreshing and gives you a little extra burst of energy. I have hard wood floors that everything slides on it seems but I had not one slip or move of the mat any time that I've used it. Easy to clean and can be wiped down with a damp cloth or rag then wipe with a towel to dry.

After researching several yoga mats and narrowing it down to two mats I decided to give this mat a try over the Manduka mat at twice the price. The Manduka mat is thick with a dense material making it cumbersome for those who like to practice yoga in different areas of the house or travel to studios.

The Aurorea mat is as nearly as thick as the Manduka and less then half the weight (and price!). It has a pleasant aesthetic look about it making yoga practice even that more enjoyable. After I received the mat I had several questions for the company regarding traction issues I was having (my hands perspire during practice) and the owner contacted me immediately, assisting me with my slipping. I plan on ordering another mat for my wife in the very near future.

Love this mat-nice and thick so I feel supported in all the poses. Beautiful to look at too! Nice to find an ecologically responsible mat for a reasonable price. Highly recommend-cannot wait to use this mat for years to come!! - Mat - Yoga Accessories - Yoga Mat - Yoga'

Electric Griddles - big griddle, electric griddles

I really like this design. It has a slight raised lip running around the outside edge which contains any batters, grease, or other liquids which might run over the edge and create a mess; the grease drain is only on the front edge and is treated with the same sturdy non-stick coating as the rest of the surface, making for easy clean up. Indeed, the lack of plastic attachments make cleanup easy, and I really like the simple design, a very large cooking surface, two plastic handles and a removable plastic grease catch.

The only thing keeping me from rating it a five out of five is that I would have liked to see a thicker aluminum used, the base is only about 2mm thick, though I've been unable to find anything thicker Presto 07039 Professional 22-Inch Jumbo Electric Griddle

Normally, I hate to give bad reviews since I think most products are disproportionately represented with negative reviews already. On this product, however, I feel that the exact opposite is true.

This review ran longer than I meant it to, so here is a quick overview if you don't want to read it all:

1) Uneven cooking surface (horrible for things like pancakes)

2) Doesn't heat evenly (it is very hot around the outside and cool in the middle)

3) Heats up slowly (probably to make sure the middle is at least a little hot)

4) This is specific to mine, but the grease tray broke in half on the third use when I wasn't even touching it.

Now, on to the details...

We got this griddle about 2 weeks ago to replace the unit that we've used for the last 15 years (although we've really only been using it heavily for the last couple of years). The teflon was coming off the old griddle and the heating unit was starting to go out. When ordering the new griddle, I kind of thought they were probably all the same so I picked one that was reasonably priced and that had reasonably good reviews.

The first thing we did with the new griddle was to warm tortillas - I have to say that went perfectly well; so, if that's what you want it for, this is probably a great buy. After that, things went downhill pretty quickly.

The next morning, I broke out the new griddle to make some pancakes. I noticed that it seemed to take a long time to warm up, but that isn't really that big of a deal to me so I just waited patiently. When I started pouring the pancake mix onto the griddle surface, it immediately became obvious that it wasn't completely flat. The pancakes all ran together into the center of the griddle and came out as long oval shapes that I had to cut apart with the spatula - that was the first really irritating problem. The second problem is that it cooks very unevenly and the stuff in the middle hardly cooks at all while everything around the edges burns. I've never had pancakes that turned out worse.

As one last example of the uneven heating, I also made grilled ham & cheese sandwiches for the kids on this. Each sandwich had a burned line running exactly where it had been sitting over the heating element - it was almost funny, the rest of the sandwich was just fine.

Anyway, we ordered another brand of griddle to replace this one, but I had already thrown the box away so I can't return it - oh well... The new one hasn't come yet, but I'm a bit nervous now that I know that not all griddles are the same.

Edit: I just thought I'd throw in here that the replacement griddle I ended up getting was the Broil King USG-10G. After several days of usage, that griddle works great if you are looking for another alternative to this one.

I purchased this item as a result of the positive ratings on this product. I was very disappointed in the quality in that the cooking surface is very thin and the heating element is a single loop that is attached to the bottom of the surface. This causes the heat to be concentrated primarily in the area of the heating element which results in extremely uneven heating on the cooking surface. I allowed the unit to preheat and when I cooked pancakes there was a dark streak in the area where they were over the heating element. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this to replace my All-Clad LTD Nonstick Grande Griddle, a workhorse for weekend breakfast cooking, but a little pricey to chuck every two years. After all, these nonstick cooking utensils don't last forever, and the more use they get, the sooner they need replacing.

Looking for an affordable alternative, I settled upon this griddle after reading the other reviews. I find it to be just the thing for cooking bacon, eggs, and pancakes for a Sunday morning breakfast. The construction quality is certainly adequate, the grille is quite large, and it heats up quickly. The heating is a little uneven from one side to the other, but you can use this to your advantage. It's not that bad, really.

All in all, I am glad I purchased this after having it for a couple of months, and when it breaks, I'll probably buy another one!

I got this griddle for christmas a while ago and its nice but the legs and handles brake easily if your not careful. I am looking for a new one but I am wanting one with thicker legs and handles. But I really do like this griddle just thought people would like to know about the legs and handles.

I have considered getting an electric griddle for years & I finally decided it was time. My family loves an occasional big breakfast so this is a great way to make them without a lot of pans. I can cook hashbrowns, sausage & pancakes on the same pan, all at the same time! It also make excellent french toast. A GREAT time saver! The non-stick coating is nice, not teflon (YUCK) but another textured type of non-stick instead. The temperature adjustment is easy & seems to be accurate.

I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of cleaning 4 pans out with every breakfast! But make sure you have the space to store it as it is large! - Electric Griddles - Big Griddle - Griddle - Pancake Griddle'

Digital Frame - digital picture frame, cheap

For the price, this Digital Frame is not terrible. I was expecting something a bit better but again, it's ok for a 480x234 resolution.

There's not on board memory but you can use a cheap SD or USB flash drive, just drop your pics there and you're ready. The menu is very basic as the unit itself.

If you can wait or pay for something better, then do it. Viewsonic'S VFA724W-10 7-Inch High Resolution Digital Photo Frame (Cherry Wood Frame)

I bought this digital photo frame for an older relative so I wasn't looking for anything with a lot of features... just nice and simple navigation and display. I had been pricing them for weeks beforehand and found it was VERY difficult to get a nice digital frame for anything less than $50--I'm so glad I found Viewsonic before I shelled out that kind of cash. This Viewsonic frame is easily the best value for your money ($29 when I bought it) and looks great. Unlike some of their competitors who use very cheap and wobbly plastic, this frame is made to look and feel just like wood, there is a nice white matte, and the entire thing is glass plated. Also, the stand is built into the frame and holds firm.

The image is stretched to fit the entirety of the frame--unlike other models which will leave an obnoxious edge around your photo--and the image quality is really bright, clear and crisp. I put a couple hundred photos on a USB flashdrive, plugged it in, and it was ready to go. Once I test drove the first one, I went out and bought one for myself... if you're not looking for special features (this one only appears to have pause, play, backwards, and forwards along with some image editing options) this is the perfect gift for yourself or someone you love. Simple but classy, I would definitely recommend it.

Not bad, and not good. The instruction manual is so poor it is almost funny.

If all you want to do is look at pictures stored on a SD memory chip is should be okay. Picture quality is good. Anything more complex can be a real challenge. I wanted to use a Memory Stick but could not get the Card Selection Screen to do anything but sit there. The only button that effected this screen put me to the Viewing Options screen so there was no way I could select using a Memory Stick. Somehow or other I also got to a totally undocumented screen that gave me three choices: Rotate Photo, Zoom Photo, or Adjust Color. I tried these options and now know why this screen is undocumented; the Adjust Color option is impossible to use.

The manual frequently refers to buttons to push that are non existent and to a remote control that does not come with the unit. Reference is made to a Play button followed by a weird symbol like this (>/ll). There is no Play button so the symbol probably means not in this edition. The best feature is the OFF button. It is like a reboot and works great.

We have a few high-dollar frames and they perform as expected. Frankly, I did not expect a ton considering the Viewsonic's price...but I was quite surprised. Easy to set up and a menu that was simple to sort through. Spend some time cropping your pics to 16:9 and they come out beautifully. Let the frame scale them and the quality will disappoint. The quality of the actual wood frame was astounding and was better than any of our expensive frames. We purchased multiple Viewsonics for gifts and they were a big hit. I took about 30 mins to crop and load pics on all of them and we have happy grandparents all over the country!

There is an undocumented menu for adjusting the images' brightness, contrast, tint, and color. However when you go to this menu option, brightness is the only option that is selectable to adjust, even though the other options have values that would seem to be changeable.

The result is that the images displayed, since those items cannot be adjusted, look poor at best...and thus this frame is not worth any price, unless you have been lucky enough to get a screen that looks okay. I apparently didn't.

The product arrived on time and in great condition. I am pleased with its performance and look, especially given the price I paid. It's a great buy if you want a simple digital frame, but it's not suited for a glamorous gift. Great budget buy!

If I had bought this in a brick and mortar store, I would return it. Wood frame is nice, sure, but image quality is awful. I bought this based on knowing View Sonic USED to have a good reputation for computer monitors. This product's display is FAR worse than the off brand drugstore model my husband bought me last year, for less. I wish I had bought the cheaper off model at the drugstore, since I bought this as a gift. I loaded a brand name SD card and plugged it in. Picture quality is very poor. I am more discerning than many though, and the person I bought this for MAY not notice. I sure notice. - Viewsonic - Photo Frame - Digital Picture Frame - Cheap'

Multi-driver - screwdriver, multi-driver

This is much better than carrying around 11 tools. Rod is thicker than 10-in-1 driver and both are thicker than a normal driver, so won't work in any small recessed holes. I had a defective one of these where the Phillips head broke on like the second use. There are replacement heads available but I'm sure I can return it or get a replacement from klein at no cost. Cost at home depot was $12 compared to 16 or 17 on amazon. probably paying for the super saver shipping. Klein 32500 11-in-1 Screwdriver/Nut Driver

Works well. The grip is the standard Klein black rubber grip, slightly larger diameter than the number two screwdrivers. When changing the tips I seem to fumble to open the correct size, or the inner tip comes with the outer removable driver. It does how ever save me an enormous amount of time finding the right driver. The smallest Philips driver works on the tiny M-2 screws on laptop CD-ROM drives and hard drives.

@ $12 get one already!

Bill

Replaces half a dozen other screwdrivers with one high quality screwdriver/nut driver. Only drawback is the shaft is fat--so if you need a skinny shaft to reach through a small hole to reach your screw, this probably won't work for you. Otherwise, it's great. I paid `$12-$13 for mine @ HomeDepot.

I do apartment maintanence as well as HVAC. I use this tool everyday. With the combination of tools it can replace it is worth having. And for those that do HVAC work. Klein has made a new 11-in-1 Screwdriver/Nut Driver - Schrader Valve Core Tool.

I bought this item from a local hardware store. I've used the 10-1 before and i loved it. The place you can get to.the amount of posibilities with just one screw driver. I was pleased to get the 11-1 but after a while I was really dissapointed that the bits didnt really stay in really well, they would just fall out. Whats the point of being a 11-1 when the bits dont stay really well in their place. After a month or two of using the two screwdrivers that i bought i was just left with the just nutdriver portion.I was really dissapointed to see a product from klein do that.I am klein fan but this was just a waste of money. I think am going to stick to 10-1 the bits stay in better then 11-1.

"Comfortable rubber handle. Nice quality tool" says my husband. I looked for this praticular screwdriver for my husband as a christmas present after he used a friend's exact one for multi purposes and he mentioned how much he liked it. I didn't want to take the chance on another brand that wouldn't be as well constructed. I am glad I found this praticular one. He seems pretty happy with it!

Do yourself a favor and buy two, once you get used to this awesome tool and you misplace it, you will feel lost. Best all in one, has a good feel, very comfortable and durable. The tips are all the right sizes, and the two socket sizes come in handy often, this is the screwdriver you want in your car, home, garage, tool bag, just buy a bunch, you can't go wrong, it will last your lifetime.

beats carrying various screwdrivers in your pocket. I carry this withme everywhere i go. It's helped me

out in various occassions. I definetly would recommened it. It's sturdy and well built. Handles the job

very well. - 10-in-1 - Screwdriver - Multi-tool - Multi-driver'

Kindle Active Content - amazon digital services, adam lambert

This is perhaps the best-suited game for Kindle I have seen yet.

I expected this to be more of a straight up choose your own adventure type book, but it is more complex than that. It is like a mashup between a comic book, those old text interactive fiction games, and a choose your own adventure book. Not only can you choose what to do, you can make a lot of choices about who you talk to and what you say. There are even combat sequences (sort of)!

Dusk World begins with a small amount of back story, all presented with great-looking hand-drawn comic-style graphics. The story is set in a world where superheroes and supervillans are all over the place, and your character has a history with both. Quickly, you are dropped in a position of talking to other villains and heroes to work your way out of a prison, while trying to unravel a mystery about your past.

*The Good*

-Perfect fit for kindle. Mix of reading and game-playing feels like a modern choose your own adventure book.

-Dark, comic-style graphics look great!

-More complex choices than a choose your own adventure book. You can choose what to say to people, and fairly freely roam around an area and do things in not necessarily a prescribed linear order.

-"Combat" sequences that entail typing a series of characters (these can be skipped if necessary).

-Mysterious, comic-booky story. If you like comic-book stuff, you will like it. If not, you might still like it.

-Well designed, easy to use interface. Opening story helps you with how to play, no need to read instructions.

*The Bad*

-Kind of linear--choices often don't matter in dialog, and despite the fact that you can roam around freely a lot, much of what you do doesn't matter except triggering the couple actions necessary to progress the story.

-Can be a bit boring/repetitive at times. Since many actions don't have much consequence, you can often just run through each menu option, trying everything until something works or you get what you want.

-Page turn times a bit slower than in books due to graphics.

As the story progresses, your actions do take on more significance, and the storyline does diverge different ways depending on what you do. You unlock different comic book pages depending on your actions, and can view the finished comics when you complete the game. It's neat to see this kind of interactive story on the Kindle. It feels like a natural extension of the Kindle reading experience in a way that most of the other games don't. The story itself is not something I would typically be reading, but I still found it generally fun (note though that the language and some content make it clear that this isn't really designed for children), and the wealth of content and illustrations make it worth the price to me. Dusk World

I thought that this was a clever concept for the monochromatic Kindle platform. It take a kind of Frank Miller a la "black and white" comic film noir design, and makes it into a "Choose Your Own Adventure" interactive graphic novel. The super hero characters and setting was very much in the same vein as "The Watchmen" if a bit less grim. The interactive game mechanics work fairly well in giving you a number of choices to make along to way to unraveling an albeit very light mystery, which brings me to it's weak points.

While I thought the concept was great and very fitting to the inherent limitations of the Kindle platform, the actual adventure took me less than a total of 3 hours to complete. It is only about 4 chapters long and seemed over before it began. The mystery itself was not much of one really in the end. Overall, it seemed that it should be much, much longer adventure. Furthermore, the "choose you path" style of play belies that your choices will impact the outcome. However, as far as I could tell, you could circle back in just about any conversation and try a different set of prompts. There seemed to be maybe 3 choices in the game that impacted the final outcome, but all in all, did not make much of a difference in the final story.

This is sad. At least with the classic "Choose Your Own Adventure" paperbacks of my childhood, you could read and re-read and experience wildly different outcomes. Indeed, getting to a satisfactory ending was quite a challenge in many of those storybook adventures. Not so with this too slim adventure.

So, I would have given this 5 stars if the story had been much longer and richer, and the choices actually led to various dead-ends providing a challenging mystery to unravel. Ultimately, this seems more of a proof of concept than a satisfactory interactive adventure.

Keep trying ...

This game is now my favorite kindle game ever.

Though it is a bit too superhero like for my liking I have enjoyed this more than any other kindle game. However, this game is not without its flaws. There are many minor spelling errors and, occasionaly in some battle portions the pattern does not show up.

I also would not reccomend this book/game to anyone under the age of 11 becuase of some language and content that could be considered inaproppriate.

Overall I greatly enjoyed this book/game and hope many like it come, along with a lower price point and some more sword and sorcery type book/games.

I bought this based on the great reviews it got. I was excited to try this sort of choose your own adventure story. What I found is this is NOT a choose you own adventure book. Let me repeat that THIS IS NOT a choose your own adventure book. The fun of Choose your own adventure type books is multiple story arcs that you get to choose. Yes you are given choices here, but they don't actually matter, there is only 1 story arc and the choices are just your "investigating" to figure out what that story arc is. If you interact with a character you are given the option of asking 2 or 3 different things...it doesn't matter which you choose because you'll be forced to choose the other options as well to progress the story. Want to approach a situation differently? Nope only 1 way to do it. Want to do something really obvious that your character might do? Nope you can't only 1 way to do things. - Tales Of Intrigue - Adam Lambert - Spy Stories - Amazon Digital Services'

Cell Phone Memory - sd card, sdhc

There are some things to consider before buying this particular card or any other 32gb SDHC card on the market:

1. This is NOT an ideal card for a digital SLR like a D80, D90, Rebel XT, etc... That is because it is a class 4 device. The class of a SDHC cards has to do with how fast they read and write files, not how much storage they have. For a digital SLR, you should purchase a class 6 SDHC card most of the time. Class 6 cards will allow you to take 'bursts' of photos and not be limited by the card's capacity to write them. Also class 4 cards are slower reading data, meaning they will take longer to upload files to your computer. Upload speed is convenient, especially when loading large batches of files.

2. This card has far more storage than most people will need for their digital camera. Unless you like to keep all your photos on a SDHC card and never move them to your computer, or are a high volume photographer, there is very little need for more than about 8gb of storage space for most caeras. The possible exception to this is if you have a professional SLR that shoots files in the 16-20mb range--but if you do, you'll likely want a class 6 card anyway. If all you intend to use this card for is a digital camera, save yourself a lot of money and buy a PNY 8GB SDHC Card. If you're worried about running out of space on a vacation, buy a few of them. Otherwise you run the risk of having 'all your eggs in one basket.' If one card fails, you lose all your pictures instead of only a portion of them.

This card is fantastic for use in a video camcorder capable of writing to an SDHC card. (Check with the manual first to insure that a class 4 card will be fast enough first). It is also perfect as extra storage for an ultra portable computer or net book like the Asus EEE pc. Another great application would be as added storage to a personal media player or MP3 player equipped with a SDHC slot such as the Cowon D2.

There are other good 32gb SDHC cards on the market, some at cheaper price points than the Kingston card. IMHO, brand matters very little with something like a SDHC card, since they all are made pretty much the same way. None of the brands currently offering them (Transcend, PNY, Kingston) have high fail rates with their other products, so I believe they are all pretty similar. What you decide to buy will depend on whether you trust a particular brand, or who has the lowest price. All of them will work equally well. Kingston 16 GB Class 4 SDHC Flash Memory Card SD4/16GBET

PREFACE:

I bought this card for extra disk space on my Asus EeePC netbook. I needed as much space as possible to supplement the very small SSD hard drive. I needed something with large capacity and relatively fast file transfer time.

PROS:

It shares the largest SD capacity on the market today with few others (Panasonic, Sandisk, and PNY) and is a quality name that I have had a good history with in the past. Its file transfer time is similar to the SSD drive in my machine so it basically acts as a second SSD for me at less than a quarter of the price!

CONS:

Its not the cheapest 32gb SD card(PNY) nor the fastest(Panasonic) but its good quality with a decent transfer rate.

CONCLUSION:

I'm very happy with its performance and capacity. I would like to see the price come down a bit, but that's the price of getting electronics of this caliber.

That's my input, take it or leave it :)

Excellent for the price. I give it a 4/5 because it performs slower than expected from a C4 SDHC card. I also have a Sandisk EIII 2GB. Although it doesn't have the class ratings because it's not SDHC, the Sandisk outperforms the Kingston in both read/write.

My test scenario: Using a Nikon D80 taking 6 shots continuously. The Kingston took considerably longer to write contents from the Nikon D80 buffer.

If you're looking for a high speed card in a similar scenario, then look elsewhere. However, if you want a good card and no particular need for speed, then I recommend getting.

I didnt realize how fast the point and shoot cameras are getting sooo many megapixels until I started looking for a good one for my mom... This card is no good for a 12 megapixel camera! It takes way too long to save each picture slowing down how fast you're able to take consecutive pictures! Go for the Sandisk extreme cards and dont look back!

I only have SLR cameras, and use the San Disk extreme cards because speed is crucial! Dont cheap out on a card after buying a nice camera, or you'll be sorry! Thats the first thing i noticed when showing her how to use her new Canon Point and Shoot camera is how SLOWWWWWWWW it took to save each photo before I could take another.. If waiting a few seconds between each picture is a non-issue, buy all means save some money and buy this card.

Bottom line: You're wasting your money buying this card to use in a high resolution point and shoot, which they all seem to be now days. Just too slow!

I contemplated a 4 star rating, but when you buy the card, you know that it is a "class 4" card, which means it's supposed to transfer files at at least 4GB/s. If it's crucial and you can afford it, you could get the "class 6" card, which would make a difference when transferring large amounts of data.

In short:

*Pros:*

- Capacity. You can get more capacity, but this is a bout the best size/price ratio.

- Price. Again, 8GB and 4GB cards have the best size/price ratio.

*Cons:*

- SDHC. This is not really a con if you have new equipment, but SDHC is a newer standard, so you have to make sure you have the right equipment - SDHC IS NOT THE SAME AS SD!!

- Speed. It's not "slow", but if you've had fast cards you'll notice the difference. Of course, you know this from the "Class 4" rating, so it's also not really a con.

I've owned 2 Kingston SD cards. The oldest of them is about 3 years old and is still as reliable and good as when I first got it, so I have reason to believe this card will last for a while.

My older Kingston 50X SD card is about twice as fast as this card, but it's only 1GB, so I needed more GB's to capture more video. This card would be just about perfect if it was faster. When I say that, I don't mean that the card is slow - my Vista machine can use it for ReadyBoost and camera performance is good. Just know that ReadyBoost can only use 4GB of memory, so you'll have 4GB of memory just sitting unused if you use it for this purpose.

Primarily, I use this card for recording video clips and pictures with my Canon cameras, SD800IS and A710IS. For that purpose the card is great. I haven't noticed any lag when taking 7.1 Mega-pixel pictures (which range from 1MB to about 4MBs) or full screen VGA video (640x480). Here's some general advice for these cameras in particular, but it applies to most cameras:

1. Don't record more than about 10 minutes of video at a time because the file size goes over 1GB, but this depends on the camera and video format, not the card itself.

2. You might want to get an external card reader, if you don't have an internal card reader. You'll be fine transferring files directly from the camera if you only take a few snapshots and short videos. But if you plan on truly using all 8GB and transferring them at once, do yourself a favor and get a card reader. Most cameras are not meant to read/transfer files at fast speeds (even if they're USB 2.0 capable), and at least with the SD800IS, I could not transfer files over 500MB. Once I used a memory card reader, transferring was a breeze.

Although reading times are fast enough (between 4-8MB/s), writing is a bit slower - it tops out at about 4MB/s, which is good enough for the "Class 4" rating and fast enough to capture pictures without (noticeable) lag in my cameras.

It's a great card for the price; just make sure you understand what you're buying. - Sdhc - Sd Card - 16gb Sdhc Memory Card - 16gb'

Blackberry Storm 9530

I got my phone but there is a big scratch on the phone frame when I peel off the plastic cover. The phone is working but response is slow. I bought the phone from SellphoneStop. The phone title is refurbised one, but the condition shows New. Actually, it is not new but refurbised one from a very old used phone. There is some gap between the touchscreen and the phone frame and the dust easy goes into the phone. Please pay attention to that if you want to return the phone you have to pay 15% restocking fee and the shipping fee. And the battery cannot be returned. The battery is a faked OEM one, not the genine Blackberry battery. One good point is that the service response is quick. In a word, bad quality with a quick service response. The battery can noly last for 12 hours. No-wifi. Hope this true experience will help you. Regards! BlackBerry Storm 9530 Unlocked GSM + CDMA Cell Phone with 3.15 MP Camera (Black)- FACTORY-REFURBISHED

when i first recieved my blackberry i was pumped. little did i kno that i was jibbed. after letting the phone charge over nite the battery remains to stay on low power and i can only mess with it for about 10 minmutes before it shuts off. it is not nlocked so my att sim card doesnt work in it. i have little patience and time for this piece of crap phone.

i have just recieved my BB storm, it looks as a brand new phone (no scratches and all parts are covered by a plastic layer), the screen resolution is awesome, the battery life is more than i expected since most of smartphones have to be charged almost every single day, i have no problem with the charger, the speaker is louder enough to be heared in a noisy street

the phone comes in a box labeled with Verizon logo on the top and stamped with a Certified pre-owned phone sticker, inside the box you find a BB storm phone with a Verizon sim card inside (not activated) , USB cable, BB desktop manager CD, Verizon softwares CD, user manuel, headphones, charger, and many other leaflets.

i know that BB storm is not a WI-FI phone, it doesnt a matter for someone who have a data plan, but when i put a GSM sim card inside the phone it didn't work, that's why i doubt this phone is unlocked or supports GSM networks, therefore maybe we can't use it worldwide as the seller company claims.

for the customers who recieved their phones in a bad condition or were not satisfied with some of the BB features, I HAVE BOUGHT THIS PHONE FROM ''OEM SHOP'', and as montioned earlier in my review i haven't experienced any of the mentioned problems except for the GSM issue, so you have to find the right seller before making your purchase.

Never bought a refurbish phone but this phone is no good. please dont buy this phone its a piece of junk. numbers does not work and defective charger. worse mistake to buy a refurbish junk. will return. not again.

Hi, please be advised that on the Tmobile network the unit kicks down. I left my profile with them because I had a 9780 (trying this one out but otherwise that is a really good item) and noticed it kept saying edge network. I called in and eventually they guessed it wasnt a tmobile phone. They said (Tmobile pda/blackberry support) the highest I will ever achieve is 2G. To test this I locked my network on 3G only (I live in Houston TX where everthing is 4G around me so I know its not the area) and the service completely failed. Once I selected 3g/2g the service returned. A checked out my tether speeds and see a tremendous difference in speed (I use a tether application not the fee based service from tmobile....I asked them about their fee based on and they said that it wont be offered on a 2G network although that seemed like a putoff as what does it matter what speed I am on...)

In short I am very disappointed that the phone was offered as 100% compatible with the Tmobile network.

I wish i had my product with me today to give an appropriate product review but i have been waiting a month to own this blackberry which i bought from BLUTEKUSA over a month ago. A month after ordering the product BLUTEKUSA has not been able to replace the defective phone they sent me for the order i placed. One of their guys called and convinced me into removing a seller feedback which i had earlier on posted under the seller review section. After pushing me to remove the seller feedback, they have refused to honor their promise to this day. My advice to you if you are considering buying this product is to be ware of the seller. Do not be merely moved by the low prices which are offered. Investigate the backgrounds of sellers thoroughly. I really do not wish any customer has the same experience i have had with BLUTEKUSA in purchasing this product. The seller is as important as the product. Please do not be fooled by low prices!

I have purchased this phone from the OEM Shop and have been trying to return it back for more than two weeks. The screen slides with every touch and the body has many scratches. The phone is not in good condition at all. Contacted the seller two weeks ago for the return and still waiting for their response. Do not buy it!'

Grocery Shopping - grocery shopping, coupon

My Wife's Review - I have to say I opened the product and my first impression was to return it. It really doesn't open as wide as the picture on Amazon and it looked like something I could make at home on my sewing machine. I let it sit for a day while I decided and it grew on me. I decided to work with it instead of returning it. I laminated the dividers so they would last longer. To their credit they were really good quality, but I couldn't see paper lasting more than a few shopping trips. The category stickers were good for the most part. I thought it was strange that they left out bread items. I have never used the tie to cart feature because it doesn't seem to open wide enough for you to be able to search through your coupons attached to the cart with it full. I have had it for over a month now and I am very glad I gave it a chance. It is a permanent part of my purse now and seems like it will be for a long time to come. So to summarize:

Pros:

- Dividers are good quality card stock paper.

- Categories are well thought out and as inclusive as possible.

- The fabric pattern looks really nice in person. (I purchased #59 - the black and white design)

- It is well constructed and seems like it will last a long time.

- Perfect size for your purse.

Cons:

- Does not open as wide as you would think looking at the pictures provided.

- Have had for almost a month and have never found the attach to car feature useful. Purse Size Deluxe Coupon Organizer Wallet ToCart #59

When I first got this, I was really excited to be able to organize all my coupons. I was a little disappointed by the look because the fabric is a heavy-duty canvas. The bright side is that it will last, but downside is just aesthetically, I thought it would be a smoother fabric.

The dividers in my mind are a little on the short side, or perhaps the coupon organizer is a little too tall. The dividers sink down too far inside in my opinion.

The categories are good, but I guess the manufacturer doesn't eat bread. But, there are categories for soap, detergent, cleaners (repetitive?).

Overall though, I've used it for a few months and really enjoy being able to find the coupons.

Wifes review : My husband purchased this for me as a surprise because I was having a hard time organizing all of my coupons, I was carrying around 4 envelopes and when I was shopping I was putting the coupons that I was going to use in my pocket after I found the product. It was hard to keep track of everything and I looked like a fool. Now I only carry this! There is extra room in tehre so I made a couple more dividers - I made 3 for the stores I regularly visit and another one in the front to put my coupons in after I find the product. Its very cute and trendy and it does hang on the cart if you want it to. I have used that but it doesnt stay open like the picture, it just kind of hangs there. (only negative)

I am very happy with this purchase. Shipping was fast too. Looks are great and seems well constructed. I love the fact that I can attach it to the cart and shop. I agree with other reviews in that it would be nice if it would open just a tad bit more. It is longer than my last organizer, which is nice for those longer coupons. The premade labels are nice, but I added a few of my own. Overall - great product & nice looking.

I absolutely love this! It's really pretty and very functional. I'm just starting out couponing and now I have a place besides envelopes it keep them. It's very spacious. The tabs are just find for me! I didn't like the labels so I simply typed up the labels I wanted on the computer, printed them out, and stuck them to stock cards with clear transparent tape. My mom wants me to order her one so I'm about to do that when I finish this review. I highly recommend this!

I should have listened to the other reviews, but it was so cute I had to give it a try. I do like that the outside is made of a material that seems like it will hold up over time, but it really should open up a little wider. I have to take out all of the coupons in each slot each time to run through them, something I was trying to avoid as I would rather be able to just flip through them qickly without removing them. Great service though. - Coupons - Coupon - Coupon Holder - Grocery Shopping'

Roman History

Neil Faulkner has given us a clear, lucid, and objective appraisal of Rome, sans rosy glasses or sugar coating. A masterful work, beautifully written and thoroughly compelling and convincing! Prof. Faulkner sees through pro-Roman propaganda and portrays the predatory nature of the militaristic and imperialistic force that was Rome, backed by carefully documented research, and analyzes the contributions of the Romans to Western Civilization in a new light. This book should be required reading in every course on Rome, Western Civilization, or Classical Studies at the graduate, undergraduate, and even high school level. Don't be mislead by the notion that the book presents a "socialist" perpective. This is not a work pushing any kind of ideology; it is a sober, clear, and incisive analysis of the history of Rome from a modern scholarly perspective, and additionally it reads as fluidly as a novel, a most unusual characteristic for a serious scientific tome. Reading this book will change your views of the Roman Republic as well as the Roman Empire forever. Very highly recommended!!! Rome: Empire of the Eagles, 753 BC – AD 476

At first, I was somewhat suspicious of Neil Faulkner's Rome: Empire of the Eagles, 753 BC - AD 476. The description of the book on Amazon makes it out to be an ad hominem attack on ancient Rome (and, like many history buffs, I have a somewhat grudging sympathy for the Roman empire). However, it's not that at all. Faulkner's Rome: Empire of the Eagles is actually a very well-written and sophisticated history of the rise and fall of Rome. It is easily the best single-volume history of the ancient Roman empire.

Faulkner's thesis is simple yet insightful. The Roman Republic, and later the Roman Empire, grew and thrived through foreign conquest. Rome's initial expansion involved conquering wealthier neighbors, first in Italy, then abroad in Carthage and Greece, all the while using the booty and spoils of war to fund the military and state. In short, foreign war paid for itself and was a principal factor in the Roman state's strategy. Much of the civil wars during the Late Republic centered around how to distribute that patronage. However, by the time of Augustus' reign, the Roman Empire had reached the boundaries of the "civilized" agricultural world and conquering "barbarian" nomadic tribes would not reap enough spoils to pay for the costs (the exception was the Middle East/Mesopotamia, but was blocked by the Parthian Empire). Thus, the Roman elite sought internal funds and resources in order to maintain its military apparatus and defenses. In doing so, the state overtaxed the peasantry, stifled civil society, and depleted its own economic base. This increased social unrest and attenuated loyalty to the state. Ultimately, the empire was forced to rely upon barbarian tribes to supplement the army and in return granted the tribes significant federal autonomy.

As the title suggests, Rome: Empire of the Eagles, 753 BC - AD 476 covers a period of around 1,000 years. Fortunately, Faulkner's clear, concise writing makes this book work. He provides just the right amount of detail about each time period, focusing on the major events but also careful not to leave anything important out. Amazingly, he covers the entire time spanning from 753 B.C. to 476 A.D. in sufficient detail to explain the underlying dynamics behind each period. By the end of the book, I felt familiar with the key events throughout the entire history of Rome. Faulkner achieves this not by focusing on the particulars of a given battle (although he does this when necessary), but rather key themes, such as which elite groups thrived and what incentives drove the key players during each period. This makes the book an informative read even for history buffs who have read plenty of books about Roman history.

Faulkner usefully eschews any drama and romanticism in his narrative. He make certain to point out the flaws - and occasionally admirable qualities - in the cast of characters. His use of modern terminology such as "proletariat" actually proves useful as it allows him to explain why there was no class consciousness in ancient Rome. Moreover, he calls Caesar and the other giants of the Late Republic "warlords," a term we tend to associate with Afghan tribal leaders but nonetheless aptly describes the generals of antiquity. Occasionally, Faulkner reveals his emotions and antipathies - he seems to have a particular hatred for Augustus, whom he calls a murderous military dictator - but these instances don't detract from the book too much.

I do wish Faulkner had spent more time discussing and dissecting arguments against his thesis. He generally makes his case very well, and looking at the entire 1,000 years of Roman history helps as he incorporates most major events into his argument. However, there were a few events I thought did not fall quite so neatly into Faulkner's theme. For example, why did the king of Pergamum bequeath kingdom to Rome if Roman rule simply led to plunder and oppressive taxes? In Empires of Trust: How Rome Built--and America Is Building--a New World, Thomas Madden proposes that the king of Pergamum in fact trusted the Romans to govern the kingdom well. However, overall Faulkner provides more than enough evidence to convince most readers, including me, that much of Rome's power derived from its predatory nature.

I must say this was not quite the book I expected, but then after reading the cover blurb I was not certain what to expect.

"The Roman Empire is widely admired as a model of civilization. In this compelling new study, Neil Faulkner argues that in fact it was a ruthless system of robbery and violence."

Well, for any student of the ancient Romans this statement hardly comes as a surprise, nor does Faulkner's advocacy of that position. Indeed Faulkner's views are well known but they do not invalidate his scholarship both as an archeologist and as an historian. (One critic referred to Faulkner as a "military historian" as if that were some lesser class of Historian, to be tolerated but not endorsed.) Faulkner's earlier book on the Jewish Revolt (Apocalypse - The Great Jewish Revolt Against Rome AD 66-73) is one of the best written on that seminal event in Roman and Jewish history and established, for me at least, his credibility as an historian of ancient Rome.

Although not shy about calling himself a Marxist Historian, Faulkner is also quick to point out that, "...I also found myself at odds with the `orthodox' Marxist accounts of the ancient world." Indeed while he clearly believes that the Roman Empire was "a dynamic system of military imperialism - of robbery with violence - and that its rise and fall, its conquests and defeats, its revolutions and civil wars can best be understood as manifestations of this" one also gets the distinct impression that Faulkner admires the Romans, in spite of himself. He does not say so, not in so many words, but it is rather a feeling one gets as they read this and his earlier works. This is, to be sure, a subjective judgment but no less valid for being so.

This same basic argument was made most eloquently by those other famous Marxist Historians (of the Groucho School), Monty Python, in their historical treatise "The Life of Brian." Indeed Faulkner quoted them at length in a recent lecture about his book. However, though this argument: "Should we deplore the historical example of Rome, or admire it, perhaps even seek to emulate it?" is the stated core of this book, and even though Faulkner does make mention of it several times, this book is not so much an argument of that question but rather an excellent survey of Roman history from the founding to the fall of the Western empire.

This, in and of itself, is not a problem and in fact those looking for a good general survey of Roman history could do worse than this book. That being said it is still a bit of a disappointment that Faulkner did not spend more time making his case directly. That the book ends without a summing up or re-stating of the thesis and his points in support of it is a disappointment. That the book ends with the fall of the Western Empire is a major surprise. Perhaps the East just doesn't count?

There are other points that rankle as well.

His judgment of Augustus is harsh in the extreme.

Weak, untalented, immoral, self-serving, arrogant, murderous: all

these words applied to Octavian, and it is astonishing that this truly

disgusting man has been admired by a succession of ancient historians

mesmerized by the image-makers of the Augustan regime. He was in

fact one of history's bloody tyrants. (p172)

This statement is certainly in keeping with his central theme, but it is used almost as an aside and not more fully explored. Of course the good doctor is entitled to his interpretation of history, even if it flies in the face of all other scholarship. Faulkner does cause one to look again at Augustus and consider him with care. As we all know, history is written by the winners, and no more so than ancient history, when very few wrote and even fewer works survived.

More egregious is the following caption to a photo of the Colosseum, "The Colosseum is Rome's Auschwitz: built for the mass murder of slaves as a form of public entertainment." (plate 23)

Often it is the case that captions are taken directly from the text, however in this case this outrageous statement appears nowhere in the text of the book. So the question naturally arises where did it come from? Did Dr. Faulkner write it, and the other captions, specifically for the photo, or it is something the publisher came up with on his own, like the controversial jacket blurb? Either way Faulkner, as author, bears the responsibility for it and it does not reflect well on him as an historian either of ancient Rome or modern Europe. It calls into question not only his grasp of history but his judgment as well.

The Auschwitz Camps (for it was a complex of several camps) had but one objective - the death, either by work or by extermination, of all its inmates. It was not a venue for public entertainment and indeed measures were taken to keep its activities if not secret then at least hidden from public scrutiny.

The Roman Colosseum was nothing of the sort. Its objective was the entertainment of the inhabitants of Rome. That the Romans liked their sports bloody is deplorable but it is well know that not all Gladiators were slaves nor was the Colosseum used as a means to exterminate an entire people.

Another area that may prove controversial is the book's Bibliography. It is laid out in an unconventional way and while I like this, I do not agree with some of his assessments, particularly that of Michael Parenti's book The Assassination of Julius Caesar - A People's History of Ancient Rome. "...[It] is an excellent read and a refreshingly acerbic indictment of the Late Republican ruling class, but the analysis of Caesar and what he represented is naïve." (p.329) I do not think Parenti's analysis of Gaius Julius is naïve at all, quite the opposite, but that is just my opinion.

It is also worth pointing out that Faulkner does praise Tom Holland's book Rubicon "...when has Roman history ever been such a compelling and convincing read?" and that Holland is quoted on the book's jacket praising Faulkner, "A Thrilling and often coruscating fusion of narrative with scholarship. The Romans have rarely before seemed quite so terrifying." Perhaps it is just a coincidence.

(I should note that I actually like Holland's book Rubicon very much.)

Yet despite these flaws (minor and major), I did enjoy the book and found it to be a good general survey of Roman History. I do not think my time wasted in reading it.'

Ipod Nano Accessories - ipod dock, ipod charger

I too had read a million reviews for a million products. I decided to risk it with this since most of the reviews were good. I have A 4TH GENERATION NANO- and yes there is an adapter for it. We listen to it everyday. IT CHARGES YOUR IPOD WHILE DOCKED. The sound is great. The color change is cool. I wanted something small that sounded great. I use it in every room of the house, especially the kitchen while I am preparing meals. The sound is great for such a small cube. I would recommend this to anyone of any age. In a day where most things don't do what they say in the advertisement, finally something that exceeds those promises. You won't go wrong with this one. iHome iH15 LED Color-Changing Speaker System with Built-In Subwoofer for iPod

Overall, 4-stars, pretty good.

The sound is pretty decent. Forget deep, rich bass that others describe. Sounds better than most "mini-speakers" systems, though. Sounds like a small boom-box. At least the sounds are well balanced and articulated, not muddy or distorted.

It can also get pretty loud. Surprisingly, the bass response seems better at high volume levels.

The look of the cool, color changing cube is awesome. It has three modes:

> solid color of your choice;

> revolving colors, changing every few seconds;

> constantly oozing through the whole spectrum.

It's the third mode that's the coolest. It's dim enough to make a nice night-light without lighting up the whole room. And the light stuff works whether the sound is on or off, and it's easy to turn the light off when the sound is off as well.

CON - It has no clock, and no "auto on" feature. I had expected to leave it on and use my iPod's alarm to turn on, thus playing music to wake me up. However, it does not appear to work. When docked, the iPod's alarm does not go off. Maybe I should try it again with the iPod on, but not playing a song.

So overall, it's very nice.

I've had this for 3 months and have become obsessed with it -- I use it in a 300 sq-ft room, and it sounds great -- PROS/CONS follow.

PROS

Compact and lightweight -- it's just under 6"x6"x6" and maybe weighs a pound? Very easy to transport. It has little rubber feet that grip it to a flat surface.

Surprisingly good, rich sound quality -- I'm not an audiophile by any means, but would rate this very highly for the size and especially for the price. You can't adjust the bass or anything else, but the default is just fine.

Works overseas (100-240V) -- I took this with me while living abroad, and it works great with a simple Euro-plug converter. The plug is also relatively small and light (about 3"h x 2"w x 1"d), and easy to pack.

Charges iPod in its case -- I have the Griffin mirrored case (open bottom) over a 7G classic iPod, and it just barely fits, but it does fit. Also there are several dock adapters so you can use it with other iPod models.

Versatile -- The 3.5mm auxiliary jack allows you to use this with any device supporting a standard male-to-male input cable. It would be nice if a cable were included, but at this price, I can't really complain. Sound quality remains high across devices (I've used it with a Sharp tube TV and MacBookPro). It works with an auxiliary device plugged in, while the iPod is charging in the dock (w/the iPod turned off/paused). So you can use it as a laptop speaker, and keep the iPod docked to charge.

CONS

iPod alarm doesn't work with it -- I've had this problem with other speakers too, so I don't penalize this one too much for what could be an iPod-related problem. I use the speaker with my Mac laptop alarm, via a long (20') 3.5mm inline aux cable, and it works well.

Volume buttons are a little sticky -- You have to press them a few times to register a perceptible change. I prefer the touch sensitive buttons that JBL uses on my OnStage and Harmon Kardon sticks. It also takes a few seconds after turning on your iPod for the sound to "catch up" to the existing speaker volume.

No mute button -- You have to press the off button. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT

Color light -- The stock photo that iHome uses is a bit deceptive. The colors don't change into solid "flat" colors, but into glowing color-lights. You can let it cycle through the colors or freeze it on the color of your choice. It's fun for 5 minutes, or, if you're 8, 5 years. Then you turn it off completely.

Carrying handles -- The handles are incorporated into the speaker as a curved piece protecting each of the 4 grills. This is a clever concept, but it's kind of disconcerting to scrape the grill fabric with your fingernails when using the handles.

I loved this product. LOVED IT. I never had a problem with it, and, in my small office, it had great sound. However, four months after purchase, it stopped responding. None of the control buttons work - although the unit still charges my iPod and lights up. It is past the 30 days I could return it to Amazon.com and iHome will only look at it for $25.00. Consequently, I am out of luck and would not recommend this product due to spotty longevity. - Ipod Accessories - Ipod Charger - Ipod Dock - Ihome'

I was very skeptical ordering this case because of the seemingly to good to be true price. What I can say after receiving it less than 2 days after ordering it is that I was more than pleasantly surprised. It fits my phone perfectly, including the cut-out spaces for the camera/kickstand/headphone jack, and the buttons all work perfectly with the it on. Also, the sleek size and flat black color doesn't detract from the aesthetics of the phone, like other big bulky cases. To say the least, the $3.60 I paid for the case, the tax and the shipping was an incredible deal considering if you go to the verizon store or those kiosks in the mall you'd pay at least 20 for the exact same thing. Silicone Cover for HTC ThunderBolt (Black)

The phone cover does fit snug for mine, however the case does not look like the pictures. From what I've read from other users, I'm guessing not everyone is getting the same product. It looks like one of those cases you can get from a stand in the mall. Knowing where your buttons are on the phone, you can press them through the cover since all the buttons are covered. It does allow access to all the ports without obstruction. It does offer a bit of protection in the case you do drop it, but no protection for the screen so be careful about stuff in your pocket as it could damage the screen.

I was looking for a cheap rubber case that fit my device. This was perfect. It is very rubbery for shock absorbtion and fits the thunderbolt well. The bonus was the fact that it is not as "sticky" as other rubber cases, it actually slides in and out of my pocket a lot better then I excpected. Very happy with it.

I bought this cover mainly to improve the grip on my phone so it would not slip out of my hand too easily. It works great for that. I also bought a case for my Thunderbolt to protect the screen when it is stored in my car. See [...]. The fit is a little snug but I am happy with both.

This case intially fits well. For me I carry my phone in my pocket most times. After a couple weeks of having the case it starts to strech and not bounce back. I am going with a TPU based case like my wife has and hope that works better.

I have a habit of dropping my phone and this thing protects it great. It does not show wear. It allows easy access to all functions. Easy to pop on and off when changing batteries.

I recommend getting a screen protector too. With this product and a screen protector your phone is safe from most anything besides water and thieves.

I often carry my phone in my pocket where it would normally get scratched up from my keys, etc., but with this product and a screen protector it stays in great shape. Only draw back is the friction of the rubber does make it a struggle to get it out of my pocket (especially while seated) causing me to miss a few calls or accidently hang up.

I actually purchased this as a cheap cover to do a back cut out for the extended battery on the Thunderbolt. I have not actually tried that as yet. Recommend you spring for a TPU cover if you want higher quality.

Good:

--The price was excellent.

--Fast shipping.

--Easy to press power and volume buttons.

Bad:

--It is a magnet for dust, pet hair, etc.

--Sloppy fit on the front side edges

--Not sure this is really "silicone", seems more like "rubber".

This was the cheapest cover I could find online for the Thunderbolt. It shipped very fast and arrived in about 2-3 days. The cover fits the phone perfectly and the power button actually seems more responsive with it on. It has openings for the kickstand, the headphone jack, mic & speaker, and the rear camera/flash. - Htc - Hard Case - Seidio - Thunderbolt'
