Aspire One 9-cell Battery - acer aspire one battery, acer aspire one

No surprise, this is a big battery. It extend out the back and off the bottom a good inch. SO WHAT! I didn't buy this battery for it's small size, I bought it for the extended runtime! First indications are I'll get about 9 hours on a charge. Even with the battery the netbook is still smaller than anything else, and now I can go all day w/out plugging in. Exactly what I ordered! If you're looking for something small, use the battery that the computer comes with. If you're looking for an extended runtime, this is what you want! The obvious appeal of this product is the extended battery life. I needed a replacement battery for my little Acer netbook after the original (3 cell) Acer battery stopped taking a charge, and for the price difference it just makes sense to get the super-battery. So far, the battery has lived up to the claims. I have stopped packing up my power cord for carrying the netbook around, and I don't need to be near an outlet to use the device for more than a couple of hours at a time. I always liked the little computer; now that I don't have to worry about plugging it in every few hours I like it even more.

Upon initial charging, the netbook did indeed report a 9 hr charge, and a full charge continues to register around 9 hrs. Naturally, the actual use-time varies depending on how the computer is used. For example, the netbook draws more power when displaying video than it does when word processing. Actual use-time is nevertheless impressive for either purpose, and far exceeds the available use-time of the smaller 3 cell batteries.

I recently sat in a major-chain book-store and surfed the web while waiting for an author event to begin. I got several discrete but envious glances from people who probably noticed that I was surfing tether-free, and that I had plenty of room for the small device even on my absurdly tiny cafe table. (I deduced that my table was originally ordered for the children's department and was only pressed into service due to the unexpected demand for high-priced and strangely-flavored coffee drinks, which clearly exceeded the negligible demand for actual books.) The device performed well, and it was nice to have plenty of charge available - the little netbook is finally living up to its potential.

The battery is indeed physically larger and heavier than the original, because it is a 9 cell rather than a 3 cell. But whatever drawback that may offer is more than made up for by the added convenience of the extended battery life. It looks good, and it is shaped to look like it belongs. It also lifts the back of the netbook slightly, tilting the base and the keyboard at a shallow angle. That may take some people a little time to get used to - but it looks jaunty and it doesn't make typing any more difficult. And the little netbook still weighs less than many of the hardcover books that the customers at the bookstore were avidly not buying.

It should theoretically have a longer lifetime than the comparable 3 cell batteries, because of the longer charge/discharge cycle, but we will just have to wait and see. Overall, the extended capacity 9 cell battery is a great product that makes the netbook more portable and more versatile.

This a great battery. I don't have to carry around my power cord with me all the time. It lasts about 2 1/2 times longer than my stock one did. I like the angle it adds to the computer. I recommend it.

Had the battery a few weeks. I am happy with it. The first time I charged it, it showed 6+10 hours. The next time it was 7+15. Have not charged it since.

A great feature of this larger battery for me, is that it raises the back end of my netbook one inch - making it easier to type on.

I'm getting close to 8 hours of battery life out of the battery doing a variety of tasks, including idle time. What a huge improvement over the wimpy battery Acer includes with the AAO.

The footprint of the battery really isn't that big. As others have written, it works well as a handle and props the machine up a little bit - I find that makes it a little easier to type when placed on a flat surface. I don't have any problems using it on my legs as others have stated. The ability to tilt back the screen is significantly impacted, worse than I was expecting. I don't see this impacting my usability but I can see how this could be a problem for some.

The battery dimensions are ever so slightly smaller than the factory battery, making the fit a little sloppy. The latch pins to hold the battery in place for the AAO aren't stout either. I have to wonder how it will hold up over time. So far so good.

The battery I received had a lower mAh rating than what was listed: 6600 mAh is what I got. Amazon was great in resolving this minor discrepancy.

Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend this product to others.

The battery is completely dead after a month of use, and Dekcell will not respond to my repeated inquiries through their website. Buyer beware... so far the "1 year warranty" has proved to be useless.

The battery lasts me up to 9.5-10.5 hours when doing simple stuff like typing a paper but I can get about 6.5 hours of movie watching with the screen at the max brightness and about 5.5 hours when i'm using photoshop. The battery is bulky but my aspire one is still extremely portable. The battery protrudes out 1/2 an inch and down about 3/4 of an inch which interestingly enough raises the keyboard on a slight angle and makes it easier it type on. Overall, i'm very happy I bought the battery and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I bought this battery just before my first semester of college and was very very pleased. At first. I used it regularly almost every day and I loved having between 8 and 10 hours of battery life. Then second semester rolled around and it won't hold a charge anymore. Sharpener - light, electric

We've had this sharpener since April of last year, (purchased it off E-Bay.

It's a nice and handy little sharpener, and it does the job quite well.

It's a bit on the loud side, but then again, it's electric, so what do you expect.

it seems quite durable though.

It has fallen off my nightstand two or three times, and it still runs and sharpens perfectly.

One issue, though, that I'd like to adress, is that ever since shortly after Boston pencil sharpeners became X-ACTOs, many of the models which are powered by a transformer have been boxed with an incorrect or slightly incorrect voltage one.

While it's not an extremely major flaw of many of these types of sharpeners, it is something that I'd like to put out there.

If your sharpener seems to be running a bit slow and not sharpening as good, chances are, it came with a 6, instead of 12 volt transformer, and many of these sharpeners are 12 volt units.

And while it is a simple fix, just hunt up a 12 volt and correct miliapereage transformer, many owners of these sharpeners are not aware that this is perhaps why their machine isn't running as optimum as expected.

But all in all, if you can find this unit cheap enough, and can deal with the transformer issue, this is a nice little choice, if you don't need a heavy or continuous duty machine. X-ACTO Standup Mini Electric Sharpener, Mini Vertical - Silver (1724)

This baby REALLY puts a sharp point on your pencil. Perfect for drafting or home use, but I'm a little nervous about some of my more problematic students having a pencil this sharp... ;)

It's held up well in my classroom for months now, so should be quite the performer in home or office.

Hey, this is a good sharpener! With one little push of the pencil it puts a fine point on the pencil and the taper is very even. What more can you ask for?

Well, some dummie will probably complain that it is no good for colored pencils or crayons (or eyebrow pencils) because it chews them all up. DAH.

As of the first day of owning this, I've sharpened a lot of pencils and am very happy with this sharpener. I am perturbed, though, that Amazon sent me a USED one. It looks all banged up on the outside and has someone else's pencil shavings inside it. What were they thinking? :(

I had doubts (as always) but decided to try it anyway.. and I'm glad I did. The sharpener is relatively quiet (not library-quiet though), rather compact, does the job well, takes 3-4 seconds per pencil to sharpen from new condition. I'm very careful with what my kids touch as far as equipment, but I let me 6 y.o. try sharpener and she was very excited to go through the entire box of pencils for school in a matter of minutes. I definitelly recommend it for home use.

This is a nice little sharpener. Doesn't take up a lot of space. "Top loading" is nice, because you don't have to clear off what's in front of it to sharpen your pencil.

The shaving well is pretty big, and it is very easy to take off the cover and empty it out. In the product photo, the removable well cover is the whole dark plastic (approximate) square on the front. The cover to the well is see-through, so you can also tell when the well is getting full.

This sharpener is not as noisy as our other electric sharpener. But it is also not as strong. You cannot jam your pencil into the X-ACTO Standup Mine Electric Sharpener, you need to be a little gentler than with a full-sized sharpener. For this reason, this sharpener may not be the best choice if you've got young children using it.

It is very nice, however, for my daughter in her dorm room. Compact, easy to use, easy to clean.

This is my first electric sharpener. But I think it is very powerful, easy, very quick and convenient to use. We prepared 24 pencils in several minutes without a problem.

Worst Bluetooth Headset

I have never used a bluetooth headset before, and would never have started if not for the new California Law requiring hands-free mobile phone usage while driving.

The Jawbone II with Noise Assassin is highly recommended. My ears are a bit small so earbuds are often painful and wearing glasses make my ears sore after a while. The Jawbone II is feather-light, fits perfectly in my ear (comes with three different sizes of earbuds), and the leather-covered earloop is extremely comfortable. I called my husband from indoors and outdoors, and he couldn't tell that I was using a bluetooth headset. He did ask if a car passed by couple times when none had, but I think it might be because I was smiling and my cheek probably rubbed up against the unit. The sound quality was very good (clear, not tinny, not piercing) and volume is easily adjustable.

I have not tried this headset in noisy nor windy places, but if you're looking for something to use in the car that is comfortable, discreet, and easy to use then this is a great product. Aliph Jawbone II Bluetooth Headset with NoiseAssassin (Silver) [Retail Packaging]

This headset is fantastic, but only if it stays on your head, and it stays in contact with your cheek. That is a real problem if you rely on the crappy earhook and rubber earpiece that Aliph provides. It is probably the reason for most of the poor reviews. For those who can make this headset actually stay on, they love it.

To address the fit issues that the standard earpiece accessories fail to do, I first tried jabra minigels. I was able to use the jawbone without the earhook, and I raked leaves with it on, no problem. So it seemed pretty good, but I found that the minigel irritated my ear canal after a day, and it did not always feel real stable.

I then ordered some eargels for the Plantronics Discovery 925 headset. THEY ARE PERFECT! Totally comfortable, channel the sound into my ear correctly, fit the jawbone 2 like a glove, and I can't shake the headset off no matter how hard I try. It keeps the jawbone firmly connected to my cheek no matter what I am doing.

I can't believe Aliph did not come up with this kind of solution. This is what the jawbone2 should have included. If you want the best Bluetooth headset solution out there, get the JB2, get the Plantronics gels, and throw out the earpiece junk from Aliph - you will never need it again.

Like it's predecessor, The Aliph Jawbone 1, this sleeker and lighter version has the same essential flaws. 1) It is simply not comfortable to wear and 2) because the technology was developed by clean shaven men (or women) the device must come in contact with the user's cheek to achieve best results. A man with a beard has something on his face that does not permit that direct contact - whiskers. The difference is appreciable, rendering this highly rated device all-but-useless for any man with a beard.

For a mere $20., the Samsung WEP200 is a far better and more adaptive device for day-to-day use.

I've had a few headsets and none had better have sounded than this. That said, I REGRET PURCHASING IT. To make it look better, the buttons that turn the headset on or off, as well as adjust the volume, are hidden under the dimpled surface. The earhook is useless. Unfortunately, this means that when you talk and your jawbone moves, the headset inevitably works its way out of your ear. When you try to re-insert it, you end up turning it off or adjusting the volume. At first, I thought I can learn to re-insert it without turning it off, but I've given up on it. I can't tell you how many important business calls I've inadvertently hung up on, some repeatedly. If this was simply made with a comfortable and secure loop behind the ear, it would be five stars. As it is, it's a $95 white elephant sitting in my drawer.

I bought this for my husband as an anniversary gift. Packaging is great but that is where the good ends. Fit is terrible and noise quality is unbelievably bad. Craking at both ends. Later found out at a retail store that there are many returns on this product. If you want to try, get it from retail store where return is easier. I am returning mine.

I purchased this as a replacement for the original after I broke it and had super glued it as many times as possible and finally accepted I had to buy new. I chose this model as I thought it would be even better. It isn't. I get numerous complaints of fading, people can hear background noise, it doesn't fit snug enough to my jaw to get the high quality of performance as the original model.

I am sending it back and replacing with the original style.

The ear hooks on the original style provide a far superior fit, they are very snug. The ones with this model are too loose and removing my glasses brings the jawbone with it. I tried using my original hooks with this one, but they don't fit in the hole (?), crazy.

The ear buds are not as comfortable either. It isn't a 'NoiseAssasin' to me. The lesson here is when you are satisfied, don't get distracted by the new shiny thing. Stick with what you know.

Simply put Jawbone II has great sound and quality. But the battery life is very poor. It only last 45min to 1 hr. I purchased mine in late Nov. 08 and it is early April 09 and the warranty is void. Cell Phone Shop only gives a 3 month warranty. Let the buyer be ware.'

Panasonic Lumix - panasonic, panasonic lumix

Purchased camera for an upcoming trip. Wanted a point and shoot that was pocket sized and took good pictures. I was going to get a Canon Powershot but then started looking at Panasonic. I feel like I got more for my money. Maybe because Panasonic is not yet a household name in cameras. A few clicks online will reveal they are "joined at the hips" with Leica.

Using the iA mode delivered great pictures everytime. Did not take a bad picture yet, the smarts built-in really work! Focusing time is short, but you have to let the camera focus before pressing all the way. Zoom is great for such a small package, but image stabilization is a must without tripod. Also has wide angle lens which is a plus, not readily available in competing models. Have not played with any of the scene modes, I let iA handle that. And when I'll need the manual modes, I'll be reaching for the dSLR where I can play with buttons.

Played briefly with the video mode and was happily surprised. It is not a camcorder replacement, but it is better than expected. Sreen is large and bright under all experienced conditions so far. It does have a mode that adjusts LCD brightness to ambient light automatically. I do miss the viewfinder but I would trade a bigger LCD for a poor viewfinder anytime. Great point and shoot camera so far, good optics, it does what it should. Will probably look for a second battery soon, but I am a little confused at moment on which one to buy. First off. I'm not a professional photographer. I'm an average joe that loves to take pictures.Before I left on my trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming I knew I wanted a point and shoot camera. So, being a Nikon man, I looked at the Coolpix but when I started reading all of the great reviews on the FH20, I decided to give it a shot. The battery life, the 8x optical zoom, intelligent auto, 14 megapixel all make this camera remarkable. But it's the ease of use (I never opened the manual) and the fact that there is abosolutely no shutter delay.I shot with this camera 10 to 12 hours per day and still had juice left at the end of the day. To give it to you in a nutshell.This little camera that I carried around in the front pocket of my trek pants for 6 days, packs one hellava wallup!!!...Panasonic has done it!! And the FH20 is by far top of the line in point and shoot. I'm completely sold. Get this camera and I promise you will come back here and rave about it!! I just wish that I could somehow attach a couple of pics that I shot with this camera so as to show you just how stunning your pics will be.

I've used a Canon for many years, recently bought the ultra compact Canon SP790IS. My original Canon was slowly giving out. Did research and checked out the FH1,FH3, FP8 and the FH20 along with the Canon 790. Received this camera several days ago, this FH20 rocks. Pictures are really very, very good. I couldn't believe it. The size is great, ease of use is beyond belief. I'm an artist and use my camera to take pictures of lighthouses, old barns and interesting buildings. This camera gives me what I'm looking for and more. So glad I took the plunge. As the first reviewer said she read a test of the FH20 by a pro photograher, I read the same article and it's all GOOD. I'd receommend this camera above all others. Thanks Amazon, once again you came through for me as did Panasonic.

There are a lot of good things about this litte camera.

1. It's little. I purchased this for a hiking trip to California, so I needed it to be easily stowable. It is.

2. Ease of use. My previous camera was a Cannon, and I did not find there was any learning curve in adapting to a different menu set-up. I love the quick menu- it is incredibly convenient.

3. Ability to switch between file sizes easily. All on the quick menu.

4. Very good picture quality. I've been spoiled by Cannon, but Panasonic did OK.

My biggest complaint: the zoom. I wanted to upgrade my zoom from the 4x I had on my Cannon to something with a little more...Ooomph. I figured the 8x would be great. Except for the fact that this camera can't seem to be able to focus between 3x and 6x. If I'm set to one extreme or the other (either zoomed all the way back or all the way in), it's fine. But as I zoom in the camera can't seem to find a spot to focus on. I've tried pushing down the button slightly, getting the zoom box and trying to show the camera where I wanted it to focus on, but that doesn't work either. I've tried other cameras with high zoom and have not run into the same issue. As the camera zooms, the focus stays true. The FH20 starts off focused, gets blurry, and then focuses again. Pretty disappointing performance when you're trying to shoot landscapes, and everything seems to be in that middle range.

All in all this camera was an OK purchase. I like the burst shooting and the video recording, although I think it would have been better to add the video feature to the quick menu.

Ordered the camera and did not realize it did not come with a memory card. No big deal as it has 40mb of built in memory. Took it for a weekend trip to Dumont Dunes. It took 8 photos (at max resolution) and I simply loaded them on my MacBook, deleted, and took more. Great pictures, fair video (with limited memory we had to take short ones)but overall a great little camera. The "automatic mode" makes using it a snap. A great value, in my opinion.

We got this camera and took it to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando. My daughter took hundreds of photos in the castle, which was nothing but low light situations. She also took hundreds of the village in the evening. Again, low light. I can count on one hand the pictures that didn't work out, and those happened solely with attempts to photograph 3D holograms. Everything else came out perfectly.

I bought an extra battery to be safe and it wasn't necessary - one battery took us easily through a full day of picture taking.

The camera is idiot proof: put it on intelligent auto, point and shoot, and you will get gorgeous photos. At this price, this camera is outstanding! - Panasonic - Panasonic Lumix - Lumix - Digital Camera'

Step Workout - step aerobics, gin miller

From the inventor of step aerobics. You know that Gin knows what she's doing and how to do it. She invented Step Reebok so she does know a thing or two. I love this workout. It's all the step classics here. She doesn't use fancy dance steps, but the intense moves you do in this are designed to maximize results. She makes this fun with tempo variations and directional changes. It's really well designed and her cueing is clear and precise as always. There are straddles and repeaters etc etc. All the good moves to make you sweat and fit. Enjoy. You'll feel this for a day or two afterward. Simply Step: Classic Moves

Don't let the "simple" fool you: Gin's choreography may be straightforward, but this work out is anything but "easy." By the end, you will be fully energized, and drenched -- just in time for Gin to joke about whether your "hair and makeup" still look good - LOL! This DVD is an excellent refresher if you're re-joining the step world, or if you want a break from all of the dance-y intricate choreography other instructors provide. That is NOT to say that this workout is boring -- far from it! It includes all of the classic step moves, and some great floor work (get ready for jumping jacks and other good old fashioned cardio). Also: Gin provides plenty of explanation and opportunity to "get" the steps; repetition of one move in this routine provided and "A-HA!" moment -- I was able to master a step that showed up as and "Add-On" in another routine. This will be a fine workout to add to your step rotation. Master this classic work out, and then see if those dance-y workouts don't come a bit more quickly! Highly recommended!

Ok, this DVD is worth the money. It kicked my butt today! It is 51 minutes of cardio with separate warm up and cool down time. I was about 8 minutes into the beginning (already sweating) and Gin Miller says ok, now that we're warmed up, let's get started. Then I knew I was in for a great, challenging workout. Don't be fooled by the title...it's a definite work-out. Loved it!

After completing physical therapy for a 2-yr old ski injury to my hip & leg, I was hoping this might be a good workout - and I was right. It's a no-frills, easy-to-follow workout that allows you to make it as intense or low-key as you like. I went simply on Gin Miller's reputation, already owning a number of her workouts. Her cueing is faultless and her commentary keeps it fun - she had me smiling the whole way through. The workout is rated intermediate/advanced, so a true beginner may not be happy with it. It does, as Gin suggests, help quite a bit to watch the entire workout at least once through to familiarize. I dumped all my Karen Voigt workouts after her "Hollywood" makeover (new breasts, hair, make up) and am sending back the first Denise Austin tape I've ever ordered (her goofy, breathy voice makes it sound like she's trying to seduce someone - and her class has better moves than she does) and sticking with GIN MILLER - cuz she's the real deal, baby!

I am a new step aerobics instructor and I have been studying different aerobics DVDs to prepare for my classes. This was my first DVD by Gin Miller and it will definitely not be my last. Her teaching style is very refined and the workout is well designed. She maintains a high level of intensity while delivering an interesting choreography based on classic moves. This DVD is excellent for beginners or anyone wishing to revisit the fundamentals of step. It is also a great idea for new instructors who would like to observe refined techniques for teaching step aerobics.

She does it again with this video. Basic moves, lots of repetition and her funny commentary to go along with it. It's over an hour long but you feel great afterwards. Some of transitions from each move gave me a little trouble (I am a seasoned stepper) but once you get the hang of it, it's great. And, though its over an hour, not boring and dragging on. She keeps you moving and that heart rate up. I own several of Gin's videos/dvds and rotate them throughout the week. I recently had a baby and not only did I lose my baby weight but I am in better shape than before. She is consistently good and gives good instruction. In this video she is alone in a studio, I liked it way better than her being in a warehouse with all the TV monitors, the band, etc. Lets you concentrate on the step and keeps you motivated. Would highly recommend!!

At my age, 53, I have seen the fads...floor aerobics, stepping, running, walking. Stepping, so 80's, did get the heart rate up. With extra weight to loss and limited space to work out, I bought the DVD to find out if I could learn how to use my step. Yes, you CAN! There is not too much fancy footwork. moves well-cued. Gin shows modifications for beginners and advanced and leaves it up to you to get that burn. No chatter and no funny camera angles. A classic and will get you on the weight loss wagon.

I haven't done a step class since college. This workout is a great reintroduction to step for someone who is already in shape. If you are a beginner to exercise, you can grow into doing the whole workout over time. I thought I was in go shape and I still can't complete the whole class. It's very flexible.

I've done this workout about 5 times now. When I started doing it, I was a total novice to stepping and was discouraged by how challenging it is.

I'm glad I didn't give up. This DVD made me realize how out of shape I am; this morning, I was finally able to do it all the way through. It is not easy but definitely gives you a great cardio workout.

I'm an avid home DVD workout person and have to say that Gin Miller is so unique from other instructors in that she has a great personality (no whooping and hollering here) and is very good at cuing you to the next move. Thermal Underwear

I bought a couple of thermal pants from different brands and sites to see which one is better before I buy a bunch of them. These are the ones I bought,

1. Champion thermal underwear from Panda Apparel - This is good quality. But not as good as Indera. Price is ok.

2. Calvin Klein thermal pant from Freshpair - This is a rip off. It is so thin and cost me $26.88 total including shipping.

3. Coldmaster heavy weight thermal pant from Captain Dave's - This is actually a Indera brand. It is rated 'Extremely cold expedition weight'. This is the best quality of all 4. It is very warm for combat grade. It is also not terribly expensive.

4. Indera Heavy weight 100% cotton thermal pant from Amazing Socks - This is very good quality. It is the same brand as #3, but rated between 'Very Warm' to 'Extremely Warm'. Just half click lower than #3. But it is pretty warm already. The price is the best. Only cost $15.49 everything included.

#1, #3, and #4 are good quality. #4 has the best price. If you want the warmest thermal pant, #3 is the one to get, which is the one I am writing review for. Heavyweight 100% Cotton Knit Thermal Long Underwear Bottoms - Natural (L)

Great thermal underwear. Very comfortable 100% cotton. They don't shrink or draw up, but they have just enough "hug" so they're not baggy. I wear thermal underwear bottoms 3 months out of the year, and these are the best I've ever owned.

Their heavyweight 100% cotton construction is exatly what I was looking for. I can not wear synthetic clothing on my job and now days it seems difficult to find thermals in the store, especially with 100% cotton construction. The quality seems very good and I'm happy with the purchase.

They feel high quality. Fit snugly but aren't too tight. Help a lot when thermostat starts to drop. They are 100% cotton, except the waist band might be elastic. Don't know for sure but if you require no polyester(for example if you are working where there is the risk of arc flash), then you may want to check with the manufacturer and see if that waist band is 100% cotton or not.

My husband works outdoors on and off throughout the day. Although we don't get much deep cold in our region, he was very uncomfortable before we bought these thermal pants. We tried the ones available locally, but they just didn't keep him warm - these did the job.'

Blackberry Storm Case

The quality of this case is decent and exceeds my expection for the price. I don't think it's really "lambskin", it's probably made of synthetic leather but still looks good with BB logos on it. It does have the function of turning off screen immediately when you slide in your Blackberry, which saves some battery power. Accessing is not perfect, sometimes it's hard to pull out with the small area exposed. The belt clip seems to be sturdy enough not to be broken in a short period of time. This case fits my Blackberry Storm perfectly. It is compact and the leather quality is good. Belt clip is strong and can rotate any direction. It has the built-in magnet to turn of your smartphone when holstered. Professional and elegant look and feel. Top quality as expected from RIM. A great buy.

Tight fit. Had to stretch so buttons would not be pushed whilst in case.

Case plus clip seem to stick away from body more than the previous plastic holster snap in.

With phone on vibrate, one cannot feel it as well as plastic holster snap in. Can miss calls.

This is well made - and I use it when traveling.

The magnet on the cover flap is a nice feature - much better (and less noisy) than velcro.

Holster was on the tighter side when new, but with use, seems just fine.

I normally use a silicone case for my Storm but have to remove it when using this holster.

Also, cannot feel the phone vibration - but that is to be expected.

I wasn't sure what to expect for the price. I was excited when the seller get my product to me promptly. The pouch came brand new for the price. It is a wonderful product. I use it every day and have no problems. It fits the Storm perfect. Many of other pouches that I looked at in stores were two or three times the price and didn't fit just right.

This is my second pouch case purchase, the original being from Verizon. The purchase at Amazon was the same quality and performance as the first for a fraction of the cost. I have carried this pouch to the Middle East on an archeological dig in very rough conditions and used it daily for two years. The strap will wear out after a couple of years, but with intensive use, that is expected and normal.'
