Cordless Tool - cordless tool, dustbuster

I have a 12 year old Black and Decker cordless small vacuum cleaner that I absolutely love and I had been using a (slightly) cheaper battery until I discovered these VersaPak Gold batteries. The difference is three-fold: Not only do they work better and give more power to my vacuum, they also keep their charge longer. In addition, the battery itself can be recharged several times more than the old brand before dying. I always buy two sets so I have one in the charger and one in the vacuum so I'm never out of power. My vacuum is old, but it's great for quick pick-ups and these batteries have definitely extended its already long life. Black and Decker VP110 387854-00 VersaPak GOLD 3.6 Volt Ni-MH Battery - [QUANTITY 2]

Very pleased with the service. I tries to get these batteries in the UK but couldn't find a supplier, so found this supplier in the USA. They came before the date specified, and are now doing a good job powering my Black & Decker Quattro.

Thank you.

I waas searching the web for a long time to find this battery pack in Europe, but had no good lck with it.

At last, I did find it within Amazon in America and now I'm very glad to have purchased it, because the batteries are even longer lasting than my old ones when they were new, because my new ones have even a better capacity, than the silver ones which came with the machine...

These batteries are great - much better than the ones that came originally with the Dustbuster and better than prior replacements. They are powerful and last quite some time between charges. I am quite happy with them and avoided buying a new Dustbuster.

I was a little disappointed in these batteries. They do not provide the "boost" I have experienced with the Gold batteries of the past. This means that they do not hold the charge longer and are not as powerful as the standard batteries.

I really liked my Black and Decker Dustbuster wet & dry vacuum because it was light, portable & worked fine on small amounts to be vacuumed up. Over the years though, the batteries aged & the length of time it would work became so short, I was considering buying a new one. Then I saw these & figured I'd give them a try. My old, tired Dustbuster now works like it's better than new! Great suction & it works so long now, I don't have to drag out my full-size vacuum as often. - Battery - Rechargeable Batteries - Cordless Tool - Dustbuster'

Laptop Power Adapters - power adapter, notebook power adapters

Since I only paid $300 for my laptop, I was not thrilled with the prices I was finding for a replacement charger. I was very excited to find one for such a low price at Amazon. This charger works perfect and I am not out almost a third of what I originally paid for my laptop!! The part that went bad on mine was the end that plugs into the laptop, so I was able to keep the original power cord since the one that does come with it is short. Ac Adapter Power Supply Charger for Hp 463958-001 Ppp009l Pa-1650-02hn 463552-001 Laptop

After my HP charger died, I had to choose between paying a large amount of money for an authentic charger, or taking a chance with a knockoff. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised. I turned my old HP into a server, and simply needed something to give it consistent power. As many reviewers have noted, the cord is significantly shorter than the standard charger, though, in my case, this was not much of a concern. If you needed most of the length of your old charger, look elsewhere. Beyond that, though, I've found this charger to perform very well, especially for the price. It is very lightweight, and does feel fairly cheap, but it doesn't run very hot, and I've hadn't had any issues with it. Using it for a server, it's been running 24/7 for the last six months and hasn't had a problem. Though I can't speak for how well it would hold up being folded and put into backpacks, the electronics seem very sound. I've recommended it to people with old HPs who are in need of a replacement charger and are tired of putting more money in their computer. - Ac Adapter - Power Adapter - Notebook Power Adapters - Laptop Power Adapters'

stanley bostitch - staple removers, stanley bostitch

I ordered several staple removers at one time to see which one worked the best. This one was by far the best of the lot. Very sturdy & efficient. I then ordered six more to scatter around my office. A great device. Westcott Titanium Staple Remover (13951)

Like the other reviewer, I also occasionally need to remove the staples from stretched canvas. But in this case I needed to disassemble all of the parts from an older Simmons water bed. Hundreds of staples were embedded deeply in the wood. This remover was able to dig them out quickly with less effort than any other staple remover or other tool that I tried. Outstanding performance. Great Value! Five BIG Stars!!!

I frequently dismount artists' canvas from stretcher bars. This task involves pulling staples from wood. These staples are often small and slightly embedded into the wood. This is the only suitable tool that I could find, and I have tried specialized shop tools costing more than $25. The metal point on this gadget is small and sharp. It is strong enough to dig into the wood under a staple. I expect this tool to break after some use, but I am really stressing it. - Stanley Bostitch - Staple Removers'

Kiddopotamus  co - toddlers, sleepwear

We love this wearable blanket so much that we bought every kind. They are wonderful. First I must say that they, obviously, do not confine the arms, so if your baby still gets startled by her jerky arm movements when trying to fall asleep he/she may not be ready for this yet. I am slowly making the transition from the Miracle Blanket over to this. My baby still needs the extra swaddling at night and when she is fussy, but she likes the freedom during her naps that this provides and likes to get at her fingers too.

I did not find that my cotton sleep sack shrank. The zipper doesn't lay exactly flat on her, but I haven't found this a problem at all.

I do feel the sizes run a bit small. My baby is wearing the small size and at 23" has just about outgrown it. I'd recommend getting them one size above what you think you need.

I don't like that there are no arm sleeves at all. I really would have liked the choice of putting her in one with or without sleeves.

This cotton is so nice and light (I wonder if the other reviewer was reviewing a fleece, flannel or quilted one instead) that I can't imagine it being any lighter without being to fragle to hold together.

I very much like that the zipper is "upside down". It undoes from the bottom which means you don't have to completely unzip your baby for diaper changes and the zipper tab doesn't poke into the baby's chin. HALO SleepSack 100% Cotton Wearable Blanket, Baby Blue, X-Large

When our son started escaping from the receiving blankets we'd swaddle him in, we started using a sleep sack. It took a couple of weeks for him to adjust to it, but now he loves it and goes right to sleep when we put it on him and set him in the crib. He is 30 inches tall and about to outgrow the medium, so we have a large ready for him. He rolls all over the crib during the night and the sleep sack moves with him. It is never pulled tight or twisted. We dress him in something with long sleeves so that his arms stay warm and during the colder winter nights we added "No-Scratch Mittens" from Babies R Us to keep his hands warm. When our son was still in a bassinet, the sleep sack worked well with a sleep positioner to keep him on his back. When swaddled he would scoot out of the positioner, but with the sleep sack his arms were above the positioner and he stayed in place. I've washed both a cotton and a fleece sleep sack dozens of times and they held up great. There's no shrinking, fading or unraveling and the zippers still work perfectly. The sleep sack is the perfect way for our son to stay warm at night and I am so glad I have it.

With SIDS to worry about, I really do sleep more soundly at night knowing that my baby is warm but not at risk of being smothered by a loose blanket. The bottom-to-top zipper really is convenient for diaper changes, and while the sleepsack did shrink somewhat in the wash, that really hasn't affected its fit on our baby. We went from a fleece sleepsack (infant size) to a cotton one (medium) when the weather started getting warm. Our baby is big (14 lbs and 25 inches at 12 weeks), so we got a medium (one size larger than recommended) hoping it would fit all summer. We shouldn't have worried. The sizes are very generous, but even a very big sleepsack works - there's enough room to grow into without being loose enough at the arm- or neckholes to cause tangling or a smothering hazard. It's perfect for summer nights that are just cool enough that we want to be sure that the baby's feet and legs stay covered, even if her nightgown rides up. Overall, I wouldn't trade the sleepsack for a regular blanket, and I highly recommend it to all parents of infants.

This product is fantastic!

I live in Texas which has cool winters, but not frigid ones. I put the sleepsack on my newborn over a footed cotton sleeper, and she's very cozy and content. I would recommend it over the fleece sack for folks who live in warmer climates. That would be too much. I imagine the thickness of the cotton sleeper will work well during warmer months as well coupled with a lighter sleeper or onesie underneath.

In addition to doing a great job keeping my baby warm, this product is wonderfully soft and well-designed. It's roomy and should fit my baby for a while (unlike most things you buy for baby!). And, best of all, it unzips from the bottom to the top. So, you don't have to completely undress baby for those late-night diaper changes.

I highly recommend buying two or three to use every night. I only wish I had discovered the sleepsack with my first child.

I loved the fleece version of this and bought the cotton one for summer. Big mistake. Don't waste your money. The cotton is not pre-shrunk, so when you wash it the first time and it shrinks, the zipper ends up being too long, which causes the fabric to gather/bunch up. Very disappointed.

We love the little Halo sleep sacks! Our house has a tendency to be chilly - especially my little guy's room. Since he is a very active sleeper, we feel so much more comfortable knowing that he can stay warm without blankets bunching up around his face. We use the fleece sleep sacks for night time when the house is cooler and he naps in the cotton ones, which I'm sure will be perfect for spring and summer nights, too. We were concerned that when we 'weaned' him from swaddling he would have a really difficult time, but the sleep sacks have been a big help in making him feel more secure even though he can move around more. He actually takes longer naps when he wears his little sleep sack! I highly recommend both the fleece and the cotton ones for all babies!

I love this thing! I never have to worry about blankets coming off my baby (8 months now) or her getting too warm... It's sleeveless which she seems to enjoy and there is plenty of leg room for her to kick away... Highly recommend this product. Oh yeah, the zipper zips down at the feet, away from her precious neck & chin.. A nice touch... - Sleepwear - Toddlers - Sleepsack - Wearable Blankets'

gang recessed plate - gang recessed plate, wall plate

Does what it is supposed to do. Ideal behind a wall-mounted flatscreen. Be sure to connect a ground pigtail, or you won't have a grounded outlet like with a regular duplex receptacle, since there is no ground strap. Leviton 689-W 15 Amp 1-Gang Recessed Duplex Receptacle, Residential Grade, with Screws Mounted to Housing, White

I installed this recessed outlet behind my wall mounted plasma TV. It provided more depth to allow the heavy duty TV power cable to not interfere with the TV being flush mounted to the wall. The black color matched the open J-box accesoried hole in the omnimount bracket that I used and unlike an almond or white outlet, it's nearly invisible.

It is an electrical outlet - the only real thing to mention is how deeply it is recessed. I bought this because I was mounting my LED-LCD, and bought a mount that mounts the TV .3" from the wall. God forbid the TV have a plug that would allow for this, and in the end this mount still wasn't recessed enough for the plug to not stick out. I ended up just cutting mounting points off of a regular outlet, shoving it in further than this would allow, and that gave me the space required for the plug. Since there is no access at all to this plug with the TV mounted, I didn't have any concerns with safety.

Overall a nice product, but may not be deep enough for some applications.

Used this for ceiling mounted power to TV. Looks nice (hides part of the plug). Easy to install. Seems of sufficient quality for the application. I wasn't able to locate this at hardware stores near me (Silicon Valley, California); I'm glad Amazon offered this.

Hp Ink Cartridge - inkjet printer ink, hp printer ink

We just replaced our printer after 7 years. We had an HP printer before, and purchased another one because we loved the first one. The new printer (C47950 takes these tiny HP 60 cartridges. I thought for sure I was doing something wrong when I ran through the first cartridge. When I took them out, I compared and they ARE smaller than the previous cartridges we bought for the old printer. When I went to shop around for new cartridges, I saw the statement that it will print about 200 pages per cartridge. They aren't kidding! We home school, so 200 pages of printed materials for two students is NOTHING. We are blowing through these left and right and I am disappointed. Had I known before, I would have purchased a different printer all together. I print everything in draft quality since my kiddos will literally see it once, color it or answer the questions and be done with it, and still, I counted 198 pages last time. While these cartridges are definitely less expensive, I would definitely do a page-for-page comparison before investing in a printer that requires these cartridges. At this point, we're spending just as much money for me to print one and make copies at a local print shop. :-( I give it 3 stars because it's a cheap alternative if you don't print very often, but if you're a print-heavy house, you may want to find something else. HP 60 Black Ink Cartridge (CC640WN#140) in Retail Packaging

The quality of the ink and the function of this cartridge are fine. My low rating is given to HP for designing a printer that requires such small cartridges in the first place. Even with normal home usage, this cartridge runs out of ink too quickly. HP should be ashamed of itself.

I got this product in record time, for which I am truly grateful. The ink is performing as expected. No time yet to judge on the number of prints I will get from it.

I would like to comment on a similar cartridge that I ordered from THE FINE PRINT, advertised in Amazon. It took FIVE WEEKS to get it delivered, and when I installed the cartridge into the printer I immediately got the "low ink" signal. Sure enough, I could only print about 25 pages out of it. The seller would not return my calls or e-mails, and although I wrote a review, it was never posted on the sellers page. I also sent a complaint to Amazon, to no avail. At this moment I feel ripped off.

I purchased this ink from amazon for the low price of 11.99. That was cheaper than in stores and it has been performing perfectly without any problems. I am overall happy with my purchase and price. I found this to be a good deal for me. Hp Ink unfortunately is higher priced than some inks and in the future I will probably invest in a printer that requires lower priced ink but for the meantime this turned out to be a good deal for the printer that I have..

The print quality is fine with this cartridge for my HP printer. I just wish it wouldn't run out so fast, but I suspect that HP designed their printers and print cartridges this way so that we would all have to buy new ink cartridges all of the time.

Today's inkjet and deskjet printers are JUNK and deliberately designed to make the customer pay for them over and over again in INK COSTS!! Do yourself a HUGE favor -> if your at this page thinking of buying this ink, yeah it's probably the best one for your money...but what's so much better is if you please consider investing in a cost effective and inexpensive LASER PRINTER that suits your needs and will end up paying for itself so you NEVER need to be here again buying this!!

There is a decent selection here at Amazon -> Make a WISE choice by at least taking a look at what's available before buying more inkjet INK again and AGAIN!!! - Hewlett-packard - Hp Printer Ink - Ink - Inkjet Printer Ink'

Photography Equipment - canon lens cap, canon

It does the job. You may be able to find cheaper ones but take it from me, that's not always the best way to go. I bought a $3 cap previously and it was cheaply made. The threads were messed up on it and it didn't attach to the threads on my adapter well at all. It did not stay on to good which, unless I'm mistaken, is the entire purpose for a lens cap. This cap is NOT a replacement for the slip on cap that comes with the S2/S3 cameras. It is made for use with an adapter and UV/filter lens. Canon E-58U 58mm Snap-On Accessory Lens Cap

The Canon 58mm lens cap fits the Canon conversion lens adapter very well and stays on well on my S5is. A complaint on the S5 is that the lens cap falls off too easily, but that is a safety precaution to not damage the lens if the camera is powered up and forgetting the cap is still on. With the LAH-DC20 adapter in place the camera is extended past the lens when powered on so a much more secure cap can be put on. This is the cap for that job! Be sure to get a stick-on style lens leash to attach to this cap, because it does not come with provision for a strap.

Let me start by saying, there seems to be a misconception this cap is specifically for the S series cameras; it is for ANY Canon camera that can support 58mm adapters, filters etc.

-The S1/2/3 feature a pop-on cap and this is NOT a pop-on cap. Therefore the E-58U will not fit as the "original" cap does.

-The S5 uses this "style" of cap, and is about the same size (overall), but as stated above, the E-58U is NOT an OEM replacement cap. The S5 OEM cap is roughly a 47mm cap, because the locking tabs are positioned farther in (to match the inner diameter of the S5's "trim ring"). That means the OEM cap size is 11mm smaller compared to the E-58U, which is the reason the E-58U will not fit as the S5's OEM cap does.

This cap is designed to fit into either a lens adapter, filter, or lens with threads; which would be mounted to the camera. The locking tabs of the cap have threads on them, which are designed to lock into threads.

One thing the "default image" does not show very well, is the color of the lettering: "Canon" is silver and "Ultrasonic" is a brassy-gold. The letters also have a slight sheen to them.

The only minor drawback to this cap is the lack of a tether or a hole to accept one. However, there are a couple solutions to this, one of which was discovered by a fellow reviewer-

"M. Nascimento: Purchase a Lens Cap String with the 2 sided round tape button that you attach to the front of the lens cap."

In closing-

If you are looking for a "replacement" S series factory cap, this cap is NOT for you.

If you have 58mm threaded filters, step rings, lenses, or a 58mm lens adapter and need a snug fitting cap, this is a great one!

I bought it recently, and found it perfect for my canon G9, as it fits properly to the conversion lens adapter(LA-DC58H) and protects my lens. Another good news, if you are using any filter it snaps perfectly on the top of your filter without removing the filter from the adapter.

I was amazed at the ease of use of this lens cap. It literally snaps RIGHT ON to the end of my camera lens, and also stays put when I move my hand away. I have to physically remove the lens cap with my hand to get it off! Protects my lens flawlessly. Terrific!

I recently lost my lens cap for my Cannon Rebel XTi. I was worried about buying this because so many reviewers said it didn't fit their Canon, but this cap fits my Rebel XTi perfectly. It's a perfect replacement for the lens cap that came with my camera.

If you've lost your lens cap on your Rebel XTi, get this lens as a replacement! :)

I got this lens cap when I ordered a close-up lens for my camera, a PowerShot S1 IS, because it was recommended as something people who ordered that part would also order. I, therefore, assumed that it went with the same camera, or with the lens/adapter I was ordering. However, it does not appear to fit either the camera itself or any of the attachments, so I now wish that I had done some more research to determine whether it would actually fit my equipment. - Canon - Canon Lens Cap - Lens Cover - Camera Lens Cover'
