Baby Nail Clippers - baby, child care

This little gem can easily file down the nails of your newborn. After hearing my brother-in-laws story about drawing blood from his newborn using an infant clipper my wife and I got this little device. This can safely file down my newborns nails and it won't injure her skin at all, it's amazing! The other reviewer may have had a problem with baby pulling away, I didn't have the problem at all. The little oscillation of the head seemed to be enjoyed by my little one. This is going to be a must-have nail file for all new parents, i'm going to buy a few as baby-shower gifts. Zo-li Buzz B. Baby Nail Trimmer

This is the best way to cut a newborn's nails and stop them from scratching themselves. Like many new moms, I was totally paranoid of hurting my baby when cutting his nails. However, he was born with sharp nails which needed to go. This nail filer was perfect. It comes with different filing pads for different baby ages and it worked like a charm. I tested it out on my own finger first and there was no way it would hurt baby. So much better than a regular file or nail clippers because it not only shortened the nail but it also buffed it so it wasn't sharp. I would recommend this to all new mommies/daddies.

As a 1st time parent, I was really afraid of filing my baby's nails. I had heard from older and younger parents how easily you can clip the tips of your baby's fingers with baby nail clippers. Almost every one of these parents admitted that it had happened to them, at least once. There, obviously, had been a huge need for a better alternative for generations. The Buzz B is the better alternative. It protected my daughter's delicate skin while filing her nails safely and quickly. The different colored file grades and well organized container helped me quickly and easily find the right file, every time. Over all, the Buzz-B gave me confidence and piece of mind, which are both hard to come by when you're a first time parent. I recommend the Buzz B to all new parents. I consider the Zo-li Buzz B Electric Nail Trimmer to be the best baby product ever invented, hands down!

I got this mail trimmer after cutting my newborns nails too short and getting her skin instead. This is so much easier and does not hurt her at all. The only draw back is it takes a little more time. Overall this is much easier and safer and makes me much happier!

I have a 2 1/2 year old, and the buzzb is great for him. He always wanted to try to trim his nails himself, but of course I couldn't trust him with nail clippers. Now I can give him the trimmer so that he can have a turn, then I take a turn to finish shortening his nails myself. I use the stronger pad for him, and it turns out great. Plus when he gets distracted and moves his hand suddenly, I don't panic thinking I have cut him the way I used to with nail clippers. Love it!

I am very happy that I purchased this item. It was very useful for my baby the first 3 or 4 months. I could do all of her nails w/o having to clip them. Now that she is 6 months old her nails are a lot harder and the Buzz-B is only good to smooth out the sharp edges of her nails. Which is fine as I am more comfortable with cutting her nails as she no longer screams or pulls away when I cut.

It's great if you're "filing" your baby's nails but I would not call it a nail trimmer. I tried it on both of my kids (7 months & 2 years) and the only thing it did was smooth the edges. I made sure I was using the correct colored file. I was so excited to get this & ended up being disappointed. - Child Care - Baby - Nail Care - Baby Nail Clippers'

Children Game - children game, learning

I bought this game because my 3 1/2 year old craves knowledge and loves games. While the first level is geared for Grade 1, she has been able to answer 85% of all the questions without difficulty. I have played at grade 6 and found myself forgetting some of the answers. This game is just fantastic for aged 3-100 I would say. The game is even larger than I thought it would be. Included are a large spinner with all of the categories including Science, Math, Arts, Reading & The World. There is even a space of choose your category which is the most fun. I don't think anyone would be bored playing this game.

Certainly the best thing for breaks from school & summer time to keep young minds sharp! Brain Quest Smart Game - Learning - Learning Game - Children Game - Homeschool'

Fishing Lures Fresh Water - crankbait, tackle box

I used this out in a pond and i caught two monstrous rainbows. Although two of the lures got torn to shreds because its made of a soft material, it performed great. I only fished with this lure once and it was only for about half an hour. It was a great buy and i will buy more. Storm WildEye Live Minnow 02 Fishing Lures (Minnow, Size- 2)

No bites so far, but the action is great and I could see the trout below the surface checking it out (they were too small, though), so I think this will be a solid, successful lure in the future and the pack comes with 3 - handy if you're trolling around muck and brush. - Crankbait - Storm - Tackle Box - Fishing Lures Fresh Water'

Cordless Vacuum - hand vac, handheld vacuum

I call this One-Bad-Mamma-Jamma dustbuster! My wife calls it the Roach-Sucker. If you pull the hose out of the nozzle you can stretch it out and chase down even the most wiley roach. Just get the nozzle close the the little runner and he's toast. Oh, remember to empty it out before the roach starts decaying in the bin...

This is not a toy like every useless rechargeable dustbuster. It's a real shopvac, just smaller. It has enough suction to replace a low-end shop vac, but be warned, it is about as loud as a full size vac too.

The bare tool is a great way to get the vac at a reasonable price if you already have an 18v drill or whatever. You'll toss out the crappy little dust buster and never look back. Just be careful cleaning up really fine dusty messes, it is difficult to clean stuff like drywall dust out of the filter. Bare-Tool DEWALT DC515B 18-Volt Cordless 1/2 Gallon Wet/Dry Portable Vacuum (Tool Only, No Battery)

I'm a contractor and have two of these units. I also have at least two large vacs on site. We use these a lot. They work great on spills too. The filter not only cleans out easily by banging it on the garbage can, but you can wash it. It is a little loud, and rightfully so. It has a lot of suction for a little guy. I highly recommend it.

This is the perfect vacuum for the work I do. I'm an electrician, and am constantly making small messes --cutting holes in drywall etc. to run wires in remodels. This vacuum has a TON of power, is handy to carry, and lasts a long time on a single charge. HIGHLY recommended!

I've had the vacuum for a couple of weeks now. It does an under-average job sucking up dry dust, however, once you suck up some liquid - your filter will be toast and it will choke the vacuum. I washed the filter as per the manual and still no improvement. I called Dewalt and they told me to buy a new filter!...I've had it for two weeks and I need a new filter?! Out of curiousity, I ran it briefly without the filter and it had really good power...so my conclusion was that the filter was choking the vacuum. I hacked the filter apart and took out the accordian membrane. I hacked together a filter based on furnace air filter membranes and now it works great. I will, however, never use it as a wet vac. - Dewalt - Hand Vac - Handheld Vacuum - Portable Vacuum'

Xoom Screen Protector - xoom, touch screen stylus

I was a little nervous to order this item when I read the neutral review. However, I am quite pleased with the product. The cutouts that don't make sense are for hardware under the screen. I believe they are the light sensors for the camera. Tilt the Xoom at an angle in light and you will see the dots that it is not covering. Go ahead and cover them and see what happens. When I first put the screen protector on I was disappointed with how it appeared at first. It had streaks and bubbles that I could not get out. The instructions clearly state that they will disappear in 2 to 3 days. Next morning to my surprise they are all gone and it looks slick. I am ordering Skinomi Techskin for all of my electronics.

I do agree with using more than less of the solution. It will take longer for it to cure but it definitely makes it easier for getting it aligned. Skinomi TechSkin - Screen Protector Shield for Motorola XOOM

On my first install attempt, I tried to follow the provided instructions to the letter and apply a "FINE EVEN" (yes they put it in all caps) layer of solution to the skin. This approach resulted in numerous air bubbles, similar to T Cao, in the skin even after a couple of days of drying. I was very disappointed after spending almost 20 dollars for a skin that only gives you one sheet. Faced with the choice of going "naked," or shelling out another 20 bucks, I decided to watch the youtube video and try to peel up the skin and try again. On the video they use a generous amount of solution and smooth out the bubbles one half at a time. Luckily for me this approach worked perfect with no adhesive issues. Now the skin looks great! Whew!

I have to disagree with the negative review posted yesterday complaining about this "wet sticky" skin. I've kept a skinomi shield on my blackberry for over a year and can't imagine not having one on my xoom. The "wet sticky" process of applying the shield prevents the formation of bubbles, which is not only less annoying, but substantially prolongs the life of the screen protector. It's sized to fit, doesn't bubble, doesn't peel off around the edges and is thicker than most screen protectors. This shield is well worth the money.

Not sure why this is getting 'not-so-good reviews'. Is definitely a great product. Just show patience. Although I understand why it is so difficult to get on. If you think phone protectors are hard to put on, something 5 times the size is much more difficult. That being said, Skinomi makes it a very forgiving process. You spray the protector, and then place it on. Then wipe out as many bubbles as you can. Keep in mind though, it took over a week for all of the bubbles in mine to disappear. I even had trouble applying it (peeling it off a couple times). Once you get it on, leave it overnight and use the next day! It will look streaky and bubbly for a bit, but in a week, it will look and feel perfect! Will definitely keep using Skinomi protectors!!!

I read all of the directions and I had trouble getting things lined up but I carefully got it in place(a hair off but still in place).

I had half of the screen with air bubbles and half looked great, I used a soft cloth with the card to smooth out as much as I could but I thought that it was very bad, I couldn't use it that well.

The next day things were a little better but not much and that was when I decided to reposition the cover(big mistake) I pulled it off and got it set back on and it was centered a little better, still had some air bubbles but about the same as before I pulled it off.

For the next couple of days I used the card to push out the air bubbles and now it has been 6 days and it looks great, there are a few grooves where I pressed too hard with the card, and the "big mistake" I did by pulling off the protector introduced 2 pieces of dust. They are not bad but that is my fault.

I'll be getting another one soon and this time I will not remove it once I get it installed so I don't have any dust on it but for now my screen is protected and while using it you can't tell that there is anything on the screen. Even sitting on the table looking at it you can't tell unless you look at the top or bottom where it doesn't exactly line up.

If you install this and you think that it looks really bad, or like crap, wait, it will get better.

Everything was going good, but the plastic application card put scratches all over the screen (just like the other 1 star review). Now I am left with a screen protector with tons of scratches and out of $19. If that card left those, how can it really protect against other things? Their return policy sucks because you must buy it from there site in order to qualify for a refund. I don't want a replacement if this scratches so easily and will be staying away from anything they put out. Hell, the cheap protector I have on my phone doesn't scratch at all but this does? If you do buy this I would recommend putting a piece of paper in between the protector and the card to prevent this from happening.

I bought this because when I ordered my Xoom I could not immediately find a ZAGG Invisishield and I wanted my tablet to be protected. The package arrived with the solution leaking and microfiber application cloth missing. The provided application card did nothing but scratch the screen protector multiple times. After 24 hours, the screen protector did NOT outgas and just left the Xoom screen looking dirty and certain areas where I touched it, it gave a strange oily looking effect! My wife has a ZAGG on her iPad and I have one on my iTouch and they are SO MUCH BETTER than this product ... I will be swallowing this $19 and investing in a ZAGG, a product I know I can trust.

This is working out to be pretty good. When I first installed it I had hazing and bubbles. After about two nights the hazing went away and I had bubbles. This was back in late March. After about a week I counted and I had 43 bubbles on my screen. Today (9 May)I have four bubbles left. I don't know if I used too much or two little of the solution but the bubbles are going away and the screen protector looks as if it isn't even there. - Touch Screen Stylus - Xoom - Screen Protectors - Skinomi'

Brake Pads

I bought this pads to replace my worn pads and noticed a big difference with regards to lesser brake dust accumulation on my rear wheels. Ceramic pads are even quite and you may also notice that it does not bite very well during first few weeks but as soon as you "break it in", it gives you more stopping power. This is a great deal when it came with a [...] mail in rebate, which made the total cost around [...] for a pair of pads. Not bad, but better than generic pads sold in local stores. This is a very nicely put together table with lots of accessories. It also has a large working surface and is pretty solid. Got one table and it had received a ding during shipping. Amazon shipped another (great service) but that too had a small shipping ding. I will have to work this out with Amazon. But that is not the problem. The table does not use a metal plate to mount the router. Rather, you mount the router on a special plastic plate/disc which is then recesses mounted into the MDF table top. This means you loose approx. half the height of the router bit due to the thickness of the mounting disc + MDF table. This can be a problem for some or in some applications. I guess, you can try to pull out the router bit shaft a little, but I would recommend AGAINST doing so for safety reasons. I have advised Wolfcraft and look forward to hear what they have to say about it? So, I feel this the table is pretty cool but there is a design flaw. Wolfcraft 6146404-404 Router Table 490

I have owned and used this table for about 3 years for routing edge profiles and also raised panels. I feel it is an excellent product for the money. The table is heavy and solid. The table top surface is large, smooth, well-marked, and reinforced to protect from sagging. It includes a metal t-track, not just a dado channel for the miter gauge. The fence is adjustable and solid. Dust/chip collection is built into the fence and works very well (when modified, see below). Includes featherboards and miter gauge which also work well.

There are a few negatives, however. The removal yellow plastic inserts "clip" into the top around the bit, but the inserts are thinner than the recess. You should be careful to not push the inserts too far down or you can end up with a lip (maybe 1/32") that can catch the leading end of your workpiece and ruin the first couple inches of your profile. The cord that attaches to the included switch is too short, only a couple feet, so I plug my router directly into the wall outlet and use the tool's switch. Lastly, the dust port in the back of the fence has a thin plastic strip that runs vertically across the center of the port (not sure why). This caused my port to clog, and since I use a shop vac for my collection, I cut out the strip -- no more clogs. All of these issues are manageable, and are quickly outweighed by the features and price.

One of the other reviewers commented negatively (3-star review) about the mounting method and lack of a metal plate. I do not agree with that reviewer's assessment. It's true that you must use your router's base plate or the included universal plate to mount a router under the table, but it mounts in a recess, and as long as you're only using one of the plates (not both) the total loss of bit travel is less than a half inch. This is perfectly acceptable for today's routers. It will still accept all bits. The only difficulty I've noticed is with my horizontal panel raising bit -- there's not much room to insert the wrench, but it's workable. This table is made from 3/4" laminated MDF; other high-end router lifts (Jess-Em, for instance) use 3/4" phenolic resin plates because they don't sag over time (unlike metal plates which can sag due to the weight of the router).

If you're looking for a solid yet affordable benchtop router table, give this one a try. - Woodworking'
