Really happy with our purchase. Not too big, not too small and pretty nice quality.



My only complaint would be that the writing on the heart (the engraving) is a bit small and hard to read, especially if giving as a gift for someone with more limited eyesight.

My mom was happy when she had received this for mothers day, and even the shipment was early! It was expected to be a late gift (the day after) but i had actually received it a day earlier. That was the great news.



The thing that really stood out to me that was a disappointment was the quality of the metal and durable feel of the chain and ornament. The chain is extremely thin, although luxurious looking, it sure will NOT stand up to any abuse what so ever. I was a bit scared to even put the necklace around my mother's neck for the chain feels that cheap! The heart pendant is nice looking overall, but again the quality of that is poor as well. The text is extremely small, and you can only read it with 20/20 vision i say at my best guess and nothing less. Overall its a good looking piece, but definitely a very delicate one that you should only given to someone who will take those unnecessary protective precautions to keep it from being damaged.

Way, way to small I had thought that it was going to be the size of what the pic shows ~ NOT ~ was I ever wrong.. You can not read the reading on it its way to small.. If your looking for a gift for your wife keep looking your not going to want this..! Made very cheep and very poorly.. we all know the saying you get for what you pay for and for this item that is so very true its a rather low cost item there for its very poorly made..

While I may be a teenage guy in high school, it doesn't mean I don't have a heart :). As I myself had a small budget for a Mother's Day gift, I stumbled upon this on my phone during passing period, and it was the PERFECT gift. The heart is much smaller than it appears on here, but when I gave it to her and told her 'Happy Mother's Day,' she looked speechless. Highly recommended for moms!'

First of all, let me tell you a little about myself and how I came to need such mystical tools of survival.



In the beginning, I was born from the ashes of Lincoln and Roosevelt then raised by Hemingway, a troop of firefighters, and werewolves. I was taught to fight evil of all forms from politics to the undead. I can tell you from experience, there has never been a tool half as useful as the Wenger - The Giant Knife. Let me give you a brief example from yesterday:



I woke up after my amazing night's rest in the Wenger's king size murphy bed (with satin sheets). Once the women were dressed and out the door, I made coffee from the Wenger's cappuccino machine. Then I headed out the door, Wenger in hand.



I came across a two old women selling crochet crosses. I pulled my Wenger out of my pants to get to my wallet. The ladies saw this and died in ecstasy just at the size of my Wenger. Now Armed with two crochet crosses, I went to the cave.



This cave was the home of a 58 mouthed snake that looked more like a chainsaw blade than a snake. After traveling 5 miles on the Wenger's hoverboard, I reached the treasure surrounded by the serrated beast. I unfolded my 3 Spartan army and easy bake oven from the Wenger and went into battle. After 15 minutes, the 3 Spartan's had dismantled the toothy monster's 58 mouths just as my cupcakes were ready. The four of us enjoyed my marbled chocolate-vanilla cupcakes (with sprinkles) while counting the treasure and mocking the mouthless snake that lay before us.



After counting the treasure, I pulled out the Wenger's Millennium Falcon and obliterated the Spartans. Seriously, I obliterated Spartans with the Wenger. I think that alone is enough reason to get one! Anyway, Spartans suck at sharing.



I flew out of the cave in the Wenger's Millennium Falcon and crossed the River of Desolation just east of The Mountain of Despair. I was hungry, so I pulled out the Wenger's giant spider legion and they shot down 4 flying dragons with their dark matter tusk lasers. It was pretty cool. Lunch was alright.



I remembered the crocheted crosses the old ladies left me. Their memory should be honored. So, I went to my local vampire castle. If you know anything about Twilight, then you know that everything you once knew about vampires is completely wrong. Inside the castle, there were dozens of tragically fake "glistening" vampires pining over this wimpy goth chick. The tension and virginity was so thick and everlasting that the only thing I could do was slay them all. I pulled out the Wenger's entertainment system and played the first Twilight movie. Mission... accomplished. I put the two crocheted crosses over the Vampire King's eyes. "You're welcome, old broads."



Now that I'm exceedingly bored, I pulled out the Wenger's hot air balloon and went to the moon. Moon men are pretty cool dudes.



I got to the moon just in time to catch the double sunset. I pulled out New York City from the Wenger and sat in the crown of the Statue of Liberty watching the Moon's double sunset with some chicks I found and a couple moon men drinking burnt martinis. Again, moon men are pretty cool dudes.



We partied all night inside this sweet party tent in the Wenger. Chicks love party tents. You wouldn't think a full wet bar would be something you'd ever use in a pocket knife, but it really comes in handy. And it makes the Wenger - The Giant Knife worth it, even if you don't drink.



That's all I can remember from yesterday. The pictures afterward were hilarious. I almost lost it when the penguins arrived. I must of gotten the Extreme Wenger because I didn't know the Arctic Circle was one of the tools. But even if you don't get a Wenger with the Arctic Circle... still worth getting. I tried to file my nails and I ended up putting a corkscrew through my hand. I put it in my pocket and it circumcised me. I tried to open a can of beans and it chiseled through the can. I tried tweezing my stubble and it clamped on my tongue. I use the allen wrench and it cheats on my wife! I hammer a nail and it marries my cat! It refuses to do anything it's supposed to.

Ripped through the front pocket of my dockers and broke two of my toes in the process. Not recommended for daily carry. I still haven't figured out how to use the fork and knife at the same time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

..... I discovered, after going through all the motions to unfold and extract the little 2-seat car, that this knife only comes with a starter (1 gallon) amount of gasoline! They didn't even fill the tank for a $1,000 knife!



Good thing I was still in town, and near a gas station, before heading up the mountain on my Wengermobile. I look ridiculous enough sitting on a knife, but an out-of-gas knife on the side of the road would have been mortifying.



And it requires premium gasoline, too; that chaps my hide.

So after weeks of waiting for the Wenger to arrive, I finally received notice from the Custom's office. I ordered directly from Switzerland, nothing beats getting it from the source. Turns out that the built in flux capacitor threw them off and because of some stupid rule in the Patriot Act they had to open the box and check it out...who knew.



Once I had made it over there and everyone was satisfied that this was indeed just for my personal use, I got to bring the beauty home. And how thrilled I was! After three weeks of using it there are however a few flaws that I feel should be mentioned and people who are considering buying it need to know about.



It is a complete mystery to me how a Swiss company can include such a useless universal translator (Tool #139)! I am not sure what they were thinking, but I may as well schlepp my Klingon dictionary with me, because the built in translator produces nothing but gibberish (nuqDaq 'oH puchpa''e' actually came out as 'your mother is bald and has gonads' (should be `where is the bathroom')), I mean this can actually be dangerous! I smell lawsuits coming on...



I think that putting the built in Espresso machine (Tool #321, and by the way, try the 'Latte Macchiato', absolutely delish, but watch out for the temperature setting, don't go over 353 degrees Kelvin!) this close to the neutron accelerator (Tool #323) is just asking for trouble! If I hadn't caught it in time, my wife would have probably blown up the whole metro area by accident. Maybe in Europe they can get away with something like that, but not in the US with our litigiousness.



Who in their right mind includes a light sabre (pretty much useless), and the latest version nonetheless, but does not include an optomitron laser cannon? I mean, come on, how often does one find himself in close combat these days?



I thought that the storage chamber was a nice touch, I think they listened to customer suggestions on this, it can easily fit four kegs, but there is no mud room (don't the Wenger people hunt?) and only one fold out couch! What is anyone to do with that?



The online PDF handbook is a good idea, but at 6.6 gigs a tad big maybe. Plus, I found no reference in the manual to the flame thrower (which is actually kind of hidden, it is a sub function of Tool #212, the cold fusion device), oversight or intentional?? I only say one word: Barbecue!



I am getting a strange buzzing sound when I use the plasma scanner device (Tool #462) while running the anti-matter chamber (Tool #479, let me just say: bring some shaving cream and your girlfriend/wife in there with you and have some fun!), anyone else experience this?



The refrigerator (it's actually an accessory) is well worth shelling out the extra money for, they added a freezer compartment, something we had all been waiting for, right??



Regardless of all these flaws I have to say that it's worth its money overall. The handling is beautiful, the built in anti-gravity function works great and putting the handy on/off button on the outside is a great improvement over the last version, bravo Wenger on that one. I like the color scheme, though the OLED exterior with the color changing function is as moody as an Italian car, it has surprised me with some occasional neon colors popping up out of nowhere (I smell a firmware update coming soon).



I'd say if you have been thinking about it, get one, overall you will not regret it.

I loved the dress and material. The only problem is I bought the dress for my 12 year old twins and the dress is too short on them. I am also disappointed with the return policy for this product, I had the girls try on the dresses knowing that I was going to send them back. I've had this for over 2 months and use it 3-4 times a week. It's the prettiest baby pink, just like it's pictured. I don't think it looks cheap at all like some of the other reviewers. That being said, it's still a pink spoon rest... I love that it comes clean so easily. Even spaghetti sauce hasn't stained it. Sometimes when using my heavier wooden utensils they raise up off the spoon rest so it doesn't exactly hold them like you'd imagine, but it still holds them and catches (almost) all the drips. It is a nice size, large enough for a ladle, or two smaller utensils together. It is some sort of plastic, but I use it on my gas stove with the oven and 3 burners going and it's never messed with it.

When I got it...I def didn't think it was going to be plastic-like. I have a pink kitchen so it matches very well, and I feel lucky to have been able to find a pink spoon rest in the first place. So all in all, I am happy with my purchase.

I have to say that this spoon rest stands up well to heavy use. I've used it for spoons from spaghetti sauce (acidic), forks used for turning chicken cutlets (hot oil), and just about everything else that might mar it. The finish is still as shiny as when it was new. I've never put it in the dishwasher, so I can't vouch for the finish under those conditions. But, the soft pink color and size large enough to handle a ladle make me very satisfied with this purchase.

I make a mess when I cook so this spoon rest is nice. The lip is a little high but that keeps the mess in which is good. Love the pink color and it's easy to clean. I don't put melamine in the dishwasher since I have heard stories that it can crack so I hand wash it - only takes a minute and it's not a big deal to me.

Like many others, I'm a longtime Quicken for Mac user who was greatly disappointed with the release earlier this year of Quicken Essentials for Mac. (For a long list of its deficiencies, see the reviews - and one star rating - of Quicken Essentials for Mac here on Amazon - basically it's Accounting Lite and not a real program for adults with complicated finances.)



I had looked into prior versions of IBank but had been put off by its lack of comprehensive reporting features. This past weekend I was delighted to learn IBank 4 now has customize-able reporting. You can report on only one payee or category, or virtually any combination of accounts.



Although, in a sense I won't need reports as often - you can search by Payee, Category, or virtually any keyword in the main Document window for each account, and then see all your transactions. EDIT: I had said in the first draft of this review that you can't search for keywords across accounts but just now I stumbled upon the solution: If you put your active accounts into a Group (mine is called '2011 Credit Cards'), then enter a keyword in that Group window view - all of the transactions in any of that Group's accounts containing the keyword will pop right up in a list. I had also thought you couldn't search using numbers but that is also incorrect - I had just been going about it the wrong way. You absolutely can search for numbers in your accounts, either individually or by group, which is incredibly helpful if you reconcile by hand as I do...mystery transactions containing amounts like "12.87" or "5.34" are instantly available once entered in one of the search windows.) These search windows also make finding Payees and whatever you've written in the blissfully-not-truncated Notes field very easy. The search is instant, as opposed to the slow, clunky, single-transaction view offered by Quicken 2007.



There are a couple of features in IBank 4 that make me nearly weep with relief after my struggles with Quicken 2007. Firstly, you can CUT AND PASTE TRANSACTIONS!!!! It's so wonderful!! How many times have I spent hours trying to remove mistakenly-downloaded transactions from one of my accounts in Quicken. (If you accidentally import or your bank accidentally downloads transactions into the wrong account or re-downloads transactions, you could have hundreds of bad transactions that will take you literally hours to remove in Quicken 2007. Quicken 2007 won't allow you to select more than one transaction for deletion - ever; contains "are you sure" type prompts you can't turn off any time you try to delete a transaction; and contains no deletion-related keyboard shortcuts. It makes a tedious task, hitting an "are you sure you want to delete this: OK" button dozens, or hundreds, of times to remove error-filled transactions.) Of course, you could always restore your Quicken file from a backup you made before the bad data was entered, but then you'd also lose any other (good) changes you had made since that backup was created.



Quicken also will only allow the user to move transactions one-at-a-time between accounts...again, with no multiple transaction selection or keyboard shortcuts allowed. In IBank 4 deleting and moving multiple transactions takes literally seconds. Actually, it's so easy one worries about mistakenly altering something. Fortunately, the inclusion of an "UNDO [last action]" (coupled with "REDO") option in the Edit menu prevents disaster. You can also export your transactions to QIF or TXF format, or back them up whenever you like. Additionally, you can set up IBank 4 to back up your transactions whenever you quit the program. This means restoring from backup is an option here too.



Another vastly improved area over Quicken is the use of Categories in IBank 4. It's basically the same methodology - you use different Categories (Grocery, Restaurants, Books), but again you have a lot more flexibility. When I migrated over to IBank 4 I was able to reassign transactions with ease - IBank 4 will let you reassign current transactions to a new category if you decide to delete one of the old ones. Also, it's easier not to mistakenly re-create similarly named categories (mine are always 'Grocery' and 'Groceries') with IBank's easy pull-down window which autopopulates when you start typing. IBank's IPhone client (IBank Mobile) also helps create uniform Payees and Categories - no more variations on a business name and street address for the same location, since you use the same Categories and Payees for both versions of IBank. My better, more accurate reports are going to come in handy at tax time.



IBank Mobile is a piece of cake as well. Your data syncs with one click - in seconds and error free, creating a mirror copy of your desktop software. (This feature alone, which allowed me to ditch the various other IPhone apps I had cobbled together to use with Quicken, is worth the cost of admission.) It's the end of the year, I have three thousand or so transactions that I exported out of Quicken and imported to IBank 4 (which was a smooth, near-totally bug-free process, I might add). IBank Mobile imported them all in literally seconds, after the simple syncing setup between my IPhone and MacBookPro. It's going to be SO NICE not to have to use the IPhone Checkbook app to export each account manually to an email (which is not secure), then re-import by hand to Quicken 2007.



My jury's still mildly out - this product runs so quickly and is so easy to use that it's making me paranoid whether all my transaction data is still there - but as of now I have to say, I'm completely, utterly thrilled with IBank 4.



I'd give it five stars but it still has a little bit of functionality left to add. I'd like to see the developers add Class functionality (which is basically a way to sort Categories by subcategory). To some extent there's a workaround for this - you can simply add another Category as a subcategory of the one you're working with - but you can't then sort those subcategories independently. I had been using the Class capability in Quicken to track the different sales taxes I pay on various products, but I think for now I'm going to have to manually split transactions to track the sales tax. I'd like an easier, automatic way to do this, but for now I don't think that's available in either IBank 4 or Quicken 2007. This is a big deal for me, because I live in a state with VERY high sales tax and I need to track it for deduction on my Federal returns. (I buy things occasionally from outlets that don't charge sales tax, so I can't just apply x.xx% to every transaction to get my total; also, my state has a different sales tax rate for groceries and other incidentals.)



Note: I don't use my software to print checks or to download transactions from my bank (I'd really rather reconcile my accounts by hand, which means I can review each transaction more thoroughly). However, I tried importing some transactions just to see how it worked, and again - smooth, easy, crash-free.



[UPDATE, 11/30/10]: Apparently there's a way to integrate IBank 4 with Turbotax, through exporting your transactions into a specific format. To use this I assume you need to assign Categories to various portions of the tax code, and use that to generate your export.



Overall I'm very happy with this product, and I'm even more happy that it's currently being actively supported. Intuit has sent clear signals that it isn't taking Mac users' needs seriously, while IGG Software is actively soliciting input from users for further added features for IBank. So far, it's been well worth the money not have to spend so much hands-on time managing my finances, and correcting the errors Quicken 2007 kept baking into my accounts. Thanks IGG!!



[UPDATE, 12/3/10]: After having completely migrated my finances and used the product for a few days, I have more details. First, this program is staggering in what it does well - the reporting features are fast and comprehensive; I can see the 'big picture' of my finances at a glance, which is quite an unusual feeling for me. ;) I'm really happy with features like the automatic 'Scheduled Transactions' and the ability to add them to ICal.



On the downside, to some extent you can tell this is a program being developed by independent software programmers and not a gigantic corporate conglomerate like Intuit. It's got a couple of glitches - I had some trouble creating a Category in the IPhone client and so far I've had a couple of 'hangs' requiring me to hard-reset the program.



However - and this is a big however - nothing I've found so far has resulted in any data loss what-so-ever. I've now experimented with exporting and importing data from my backups, and I'm convinced this is not something I'm going to have to keep in the forefront of my mind.



So yes, it's not quite 100% in terms of stability, but in terms of functionality it's so far ahead of Quicken 2007 it's not even funny.



One other feature I'd like to see added is the ability to see one's Budget in the IPhone client (but you can see your account totals in real time if you've synced your phone; you can even see your running totals by Category). Obviously this is a minor quibble - Quicken doesn't even have an IPhone client.



IGG is running a software forum where you can report issues with the program and put in feature requests. So far I've found the developers responsive and quite reasonable.



I'm more than prepared to recommend this software package to all comers. I have seen some issues with folks who'd like to be able to reconcile statements with downloads on the fly, which is a feature I assume is available in Quicken for Windows (I can tell you it's not in Quicken 07 for Mac).



Again, this is a program being developed by programmers and not a giant faceless corporation, so I'm personally more than willing to wait for some of the issues to be ironed out as new features are developed.



[UPDATE, 2/17/11] I'm upgrading to five stars. This program is so easy to use, has not lost any of my data whatsoever, and is so fast that it's like a horrible nightmare to remember my experiences with Quicken 2007. Yes, I do still have to enter my sales tax by hand, and there are a few other features I'd like to see, but my expense tracking and account reconciliation is taking about 10% of the time I used to have to spend, thanks to the easy, fast search functions of IBank.



I realize other people's opinions may vary - I don't use this program to track stocks, for example - but for what I was looking for (a simple program to track my spending, reconcile my accounts and help me budget) this program has changed my life. As in, I've gotten a lot of it back, rather than struggling for hours trying to perform simple functions in Quicken 2007. Fios Replacement Battery - ry, ups battery replacement

Like many people in our neighborhood, our Verizon Fios back-up power unit battery went dead after about 3 years. This battery works as a replacement, and we've had solid results so far after about 3 months of continuous use. 12 Volt, 7 Ah Sealed Lead Acid Battery with F2 Terminals

Update 1 year later: My FIOS BBU is beeping again, indicating that the backup battery is not holding a charge. This battery lasted less than a year but only has a 90-day warranty, so I'll be looking elsewhere for a replacement.

This is an exact replacement for the original FIOS BBU battery, but at about 2/3 the price of others I've seen. Switching the batteries takes 5 minutes or less and can be done without turning off the power or the FIOS router. If your FIOS BBU is beeping, this is the cure!

This battery was dead on arrival. Seriously. Dead as a doornail. Would not buy this again and would not order from the merchant again. I should have spent the time to get a return, but I just never got around to it. You can get *charged* units like this from your local Radio Shack, I've discovered... AND, if you are using this to replace your Verizon FIOS unit, try calling Verizon first. They came out and replaced mine for FREE.

I queried AMAZON for a PX12072 this was one of the products shown and I ordered this battery for a FIOS replacement battery. It's NOT a PX12702. It was my fault, nothing in the add says it's a PX12072. I suggest that this battery not be part of the shown results from this query. I thought I was a better shopper. Darn it. Now I'm out $45 with the shipping. While the battery meets the volt and load specifications, the terminal lugs are not exactly compatible with the jumper harness that fits between the battery terminals and the FIOS device I have.

The battery was shipped in a prompt manner via US Postal Service. It was a cinch to install and it fit perfectly in place of the original battery that was there. It has worked flawlessly since being installed. The battery is being used in an Alarm system as a backup power supply. The original battery in the alarm lasted for a little over 5 years. Thus, it is too early to tell the lifespan of this one. However, it appears to be functioning normally as expected.

I was able to easily replace the original 3.2 aH (I think) battery in my APC ES 350 by snapping the spacers out in the battery compartment - a perfect fit and more than triple run time! Ordering another for my alarm system. - Ry - 12 Volt Battery - Ups Battery Replacement - Ups Battery'

Hard Drive Enclosure - sata, drive enclosures

Bought this enclosure to use an 80GB Sata HDD that I replaced. The port works fine, and as far as I can tell, temperature is not terrible. The product did not include, however, the small screws that are supposed to go into the top of the mount. Without these, the HDD can just slide out of the aluminum casing. It is not a show stopper, since a piece of electrical tape works just fine, it is just that the product should come with everything needed to use it properly. You get what you pay for... 2.5" USB 2.0 SATA Hard Drive HDD Case Enclosure

I bought this enclosure to recover data from a laptop. Installation is easy. The interface adapter from the old laptop hard drive has to be removed before connecting to the circuit board. I was able to copy the data from the hard drive once the enclosure was plugged in. There was no attempt to mount the hard drive on the enclosure with the two small screws. Will this enclosure last? I have no idea and it doesn't matter. All I know is that I paid $7.80 for this enclosure and it worked well enough to recover data from a dead laptop. The product gets a five star rating for a data recovery job accomplished.

I bought two of these to upgrade two different laptops to SSD and use their original drive as an external.

Both Enclosures failed miserably. I tried the onboard usb 2.0 ports on 6 different laptops and 2 different (core 2 and core i5) desktops and although it recognizes the drive you can't format or use the drive in the enclosure. Even a quick format fails. This is on 3 different 2.5" drives tested. Also tried using a Vantec USB 3.0 Powered Hub and Asus NEC USB 3.0 card, didn't make any difference.



Looking at the cable system I decided to flip the usb cable around, using the 2 sided end on the drive, and it works! Drive is recognized, formats, and can write to the drive. So if you are having troubles, connect the end with the two cables to the drive, then connect the short cable to a usb port and reach the long cable length around back to another usb port.

Made with an all metal construction that could easily short out the hard drive. In addition to that it has a terrible non-mini usb slot on the enclosure and the usb cable doesn't even fit in it because it's made so poorly. All this and when I finally force the cable in and plug it into my computer it dosn't recognize that there is even a drive plugged in. I have never had this problem with any of the other enclosures i've bought. Save yourself the trouble and invest an extra $5 to get a working one.

I bought this item after my laptop bit the dust. My wife and I had several hundred pictures, songs, etc. that we had not backed up. I didn't want to pay for a professional recovery service, so I did a bit of research and decided to give this product a try. I was able to connect it to my old HDD (which was only readable after a trip to the freezer) and recover most of the data we had lost (not all of it, but most). For the price, I don't think I could've done better. Oh yeah, I will be backing up frequently from now on.

Works as advertised. Used a Toshiba 110gb laptop drive from a "dead" machine. No problem getting the drive installed but there were NO instructions included at all. One must remove any drive carriage from the drive itself or it won't fit. 4 screws took off the Toshiba drive carriage and then the drive fit right in. No noise or vibration and the speed is good. It works on our ASUS laptop with Win7 and a desktop with WinXP. Haven't even needed the 2nd USB power plug on the included Y connector.

This is a seriously cheap piece of hardware. For a one-time recovery of a hard-drive from a fried laptop this unit is an excellent choice. The hard-drive in question had both an xp (ntfs) and linux (ext3) partitions.
