Product shipped quickly. Is protective carrier for my Garmin 5 inch GPS unit. Is made of soft neoprene and has 2 zipper compartments: one for the GPS unit and one for accessories. However, the latter is not big enough to hold the power cord. It is big enough for memory chips from a camera, etc.

i was lead to believe I could fit my power cord/traffic receiver in the case. It simply does not fit! :( This is one of the main reasons I bought this case.
My Garmin Nuvi fits perfectly! I kept the foam pad inside for protection and there is still plenty of room. I keep lens wipes in the outside pocket. Very convenient with the strap to carry it with when I leave the car.
Product is OK but expected the padding to be thicker and firmer, offering better protection to screen and the electronics. The fit is perfect for the Garmin Nuvi 1490 LMT. Some have been critical that item does not accomodate accessories; that wasn't fair because it is not designed for that. Do not carry the vehicle charging cords tightly bundled because bending will damage internal wires, causing them to break and short-circuit, especially where the flexible cord is attached to all the hard plastic parts! Amazon product reviews have been an excellent research feature beneficial to prospective buyers.
The "Roo" neoprene case arrived with the Garmin 1490T. The case is well constructed of good quality nylon- skinned neoprene similar to a light dive or water sports suit. All seams are well sewn and the zippers are self repairing and non rusting. The 5" Garmin fits snugly with no excessive movement. The smaller side compartment will easily hold the "quick start" directions and the computer interface cord. I'm not sure how water resistant the case might be, but I can say that it will protect its contents from random damage at the hands of those who would move things around in a car or truck by tossing them into the most convenient location available. In all, this case is a good value and does it's job well.
Good product at a great price with outstanding delivery. Seems like I received a day or 2 after ordering. Case fits Garmin 1490LMT 5 inch screen just right.
