The item description claims this vest is "Made from lightweight mesh for comfort and ease of motion". It is simply not made from mesh. It is made from lightweight, but decidedly wind-proof, non-perforated, bright orange solid fabric. It is in fact rather stiff and not easy to move in -- in addition to being much hotter than an actual mesh vest would be.
The item description also says "Generous fit". That's one thing, but a vest in size L which is larger than a size XL motorcycle jacket (which are *already* quite generously cut, to be worn over street clothes) is simply wrongly sized.
Bottom line: this is functional, so I won't return it, but the features listed in the item description are basically made up from the whole cloth. I certainly wouldn't buy it again and recommend that others not do so. Amazon should police this kind of inaccurate claim by manufacturers -- one wonders if Amazon actually ever sees physical samples of many of the things they sell (even Wal-Mart does -- come to think of it, maybe I should have gone shopping for a reflective vest there!).
