Battery Tester
Had charger for a few months now. Have a few others also. Batteries are hard to place in unit and hold. Have never found a good tester with a physical meter like this; they just don't give a reliable indication of the charge left.
Recommend this unit instead ZTS Mini Multi-Battery Tester (Mini-MBT). LOT OF 2 PROFESSIONAL BATTERY TESTERS -- $AVE MONEY, don't throw your batteries away GO GrEEN -- test Energizer Duracell AA AAA C D 9V Laser Batteries Alakline Lithium Ion NiCad Ni-MH Single Use or Rechargeable Type
I have several of these testers and they all work great. $10.99 delivered for two is about the going rate. They can be had elsewhere for around $4 each plus shipping. At this price, they're a pretty good value. Yes, they're cheaply made, but I've never had one fail in years of use and they're very simple to use. The tester applies a load to the battery so unlike a voltmeter, you'll get a better idea of the battery condition. I keep one in the drawer with the new batteries and one at work. Tests all types of batteries. The tiny coin cells are a bit tricky to hold in place. You just have to hold the tester upside down and at an angle and you're in business. I recommend this product.'
