Nailer - finish nailers, finish nailer

I've been a trim carpenter for 10 years and have always been a Bostich guy, after going through 2 of their 15 gauge finish guns in years, i decided to give another American made gun a try, I've had it for about 6 months now, and it's only jammed once, due to user error of switching nails and leaving a couple in the track where they tilted.

All in all, i've been happy with the balance and power it's really light weight and switching triggers is a breeze, takes about 2 minutes when talking to the other guys around the work bench. Paslode T250A 16-Gauge Pneumatic Angled Finish Nailer no. 500910

This nailgun is a wonderful tool to use. Plenty of power all the way up to 2 1/2" nails, and it's lightweight enough to keep working with all day long. If it does jam, the front easily swings out to clear the jam.

The gun did not come with a pneumatic fitting, so I added a swiveling fitting, which is a great upgrade over a straight fitting for about $0.50 more.

Very nice. I enjoy using it. Feels like better quality in your hand than other brands. Thinner gauge nails don't seem to split the wood like the 15 gauge. Nails are readily available from the big box stores.

Bought mine new from an on-line retailer (not Amazon). Came missing an 88 cent spring needed for operation. Retailer offered a full refund, which was reasonable but didn't help me drive nails.

I asked Paslode to please mail me a spring under warranty. They refused, referring me to a service center an hour and $4 in gas away, with a 2 week wait time. This company is awful. - Nailer - Finish Nailers - Finish Nailer'
