I have to agree with some of the other reviews. I don't like the taste. This was recommended to me by my Dermotologist. I can't seem to remember to take it. Maybe because of the taste. I don't want to put it on salad and drag it out, and it is just very hard for me to swallow a tapblespoon of oil. I think about the old movies where the kid has to take castor oil.
