Pros:
-Very solid hold on the iPod nano
-Covers the charge port so dust and debris cannot get inside
-Two crossbars that hold the strap to the frame are flexible plastic so it can be washed in water
-Velcro seems sturdy
-Frame and strap are separate pieces
-Volume buttons and lock button are easy to press through the frame
-Frame does not rob screen space
Cons:
-Nano must be forced inside the frame. However, I imagine that if it slid in easily, it would not hold well.
-Strap seems short. I have pretty average wrists and the strap fits me perfectly but I could imagine someone with larger wrists would not like the strap size.
