The entire side of this headset is one big button. This means any time you want to try and put it in your ear or adjust it while in your ear, you wind up hitting the button, hanging up on the person you were talking to. Or if it is sitting on your desk, and you want to move it, you hit the button. While this may not seem like a big deal, double-tapping the button is a shortcut for calling the last person you called. Guess what? Accidentally doing this happens a lot. The first time you accidentally call your boss at midnight will make you hate this thing.
It has an on-off switch, but it extremely tiny and very hard to turn on or off. This winds up forcing you to hit the big button. This winds up making you call people in the middle of the night.
Edit 4/3: I forgot to mention, the ac charger this comes with has a cord that is about 6 inches long. Seriously Jabra?? Jabra EASYGO Bluetooth Headset [Retail Packaging]
I bought this several months ago and had no problem until two weeks ago when it just died mid-phone call. It won't even turn on when it's plugged in. I have since found online many troubleshooting forums where people discuss having the same problem with this particular bluetooth device.
