Acer Aspire One Case - carry-all, netbook case

This case is great... lots of room for everything. Eee PC 10.1-inch fits perfectly. There is about an inch more space on each side, so it hugs it pretty snug. There is an adjustable divider in the case which attaches with velcro, so you can make the sections as big as you want, or just take it out completely. There room for the adapter and battery and theres a few different compartments inside for random stuff... I just put my headphones and portable speakers in it with my power adapter. the construction is really solid for the price. I was expecting thin fabric but this thing has some pretty strong material... seems like it would keep the netbook safe in the rain even...but I'm not going to try that hahaha... I guess the way this case could be better is if it had special compartments for everything like the adapter and dvd's and stuff, otherwise the case does what its supposed to and is made of thick material.. seems like it will last for a while High Density Nylon Padded FlexWall Design Case for Samsung Galaxy Tablet / Apple iPad and Many More!

I bought a netbook (Acer Aspire One) to take with me on the road so I didn't have to keep handling my full-sized company laptop. I needed a carrying case for the Acer that would keep the power supply, accessories and the computer in one place and secure. I bought this case, and I'm satisfied with it. It's padded well, the Acer, even with the BIG long-life battery, fits snugly in it, along with the external optical drive, the wireless mouse and the power supply. All loaded up, it's a small handy package, doing what I needed to have done with my little netbook.

After acquiring an MSI Wind netbook, I decided I needed some other way to transport it around than the padded sleeve that came with it. I was always having to juggle cords, mouse, car charger and other things when I'd take it anywhere. I found plenty of bags that I could have jammed everything into,...with room to spare. But they were bigger and bulkier than I desired. (Remember, netbooks are neat because they are small and portable.# Or, they were not much more than another padded sleeve. I wanted something that would carry the cords and mouse, some USB sticks, and maybe even a digital camera of moderate size. I wanted to be able to grab and go with all these items, and be able to conveniently set up a mobile work station at a WiFi hotspot without spilling stuff everywhere. But I didn't want something that was gonna be as big as my huge briefcase-like bag I used to use for my 15inch laptop.

I spent some time looking at all kinds of products,...even ones that were not meant for netbooks. I almost went with a surplus U.S. Army night vision devise padded canvas bag. #It was the perfect fit for the netbook itself, but didn't have any storage. And it was Army green, which was cool.) But I took my time and held onto my money. I just took it on faith that SOMEONE out there had designed the right bag, and I just needed to find it. Occasionally I would find something promising, but the price as if I had commissioned a custom production item!

This bag is perfect. Not too big, not too small. Enough pockets and storage to hold the essentials, but too much to make it bulky. The padding is sufficient, the outer material is the quad-stitch "rip-stop" pattern of nylon, to prevent small tears from growing larger. And the price is right!

My only wish is that they made it in other color options. Basic black will do,...but I really would have grooved on any military-themed colors, such as O.D. green, desert tan, coyote brown or nearly any camouflage pattern. But function is the most important thing here for me, and this bag satisfies my needs.

I am so disappointed... The potential is there but the bag won't hold my Acer. I can't zip the top closed with the netbook in there.... And there is only one big pocket, a velcro divider and the front zip that is only big enough for my checkbook. I'm going to keep it and use it for my camera, but I'll have to keep shopping for a good bag for my netbook. Rats....

I bought this to fit my iPad and it's just a tad too small. The iPad is just about 3/8" too wide to fit comfortably. I can still close the top but it deforms the bag slightly making the stretch. I bought this to fit an iPad plus a paperback, pens, notepad, sunglasses, etc. If this were half an inch deeper it would work but it was clearly designed before the iPad was developed. The bag is nicely made and, at Amazon's price of $10, it's a steal if your mini notebook will fit. I bought it for the iPad which the manufacturer promotes as being compatible. They're wrong. The three stars are for the misleading product description, not the bag.

I bought this case a month ago strictly for price without any specific use in mind. Since then it has become my favorite carry bag. It goes everywhere with me. I now use it for my Kendall, Ipod touch, several sets of ear buds, bluetooth, etc.! It is the best for an inexpensive utility bag. I read the few neg. remarks and the only complaint it did not fit their specific use. So if you make sure it fits, order it--GREAT BUY! In fact, I am going to order a second one as soon as I finish here. You can't beat the quality for the price! - Ebook Reader - I Love It - Netbook Case - Carry-all'
