We have ordered these locks, beautiful but everyone of them was missing parts. Returned and replaced 3X. The last time the Co. we ordered from had us deal directly w/Lockstate and when they shipped a replacement the key didn't even fit the lock! and it was missing parts once again.
Out of 4 we have ordered/replaced we had one that worked for approx. 3 mos. before the handle broke off one day when opening the door.

We love being able to get into the house by typing in a code. As soon as you hit the first number, the keys light up.
Our first one didn't work, but Amazon had a new one out in two days with a return label and directions. We have been amazed with the customer service! Thank you.'
