Fourth Of July - glow bracelets

These appear to be better packaged than other brands I've purchased in the past and the colors are very vivid. A word of caution though...one of first bracelets I activated leaked all over my hand. I haven't gone through very many of them yet so I'm not sure if this is an isolated occurrence. I'm told that the chemical inside is considered non-toxic but I would still be cautious when you first put these together and not give them to younger children. What did leak out cleaned up easily with soap and water. 100 8 inch Glowstick Glow Stick Light Bracelets Assorted Colors

I came back to this page to re-order and seeing that there was a very average 3-star review, thought I'd offer my own experiences. Our GROWN kids LOVED these. They combined them to make necklaces, "armor", & light sabers. They played a tossing game with them, late at night. In fact, this box of glow-sticks was one of the highlights of a recent summer party. (Hence, I'm back for more.)

Bottom line:

... they only last one night, so they are not a long-term toy.

... none of ours leaked anything but if yours did, DO NOT DRINK THE CONTENTS and you should contact the seller. I would.

... they look beautiful when they're paraded around in the dark.

... Kids of all ages love 'em.

Another viewer mentioned this but I thought I'd mention it again. These are not Wizards Wand and you will get a package that is not the yellow one pictured. You will get the blue package. I don't know much about the different brands. However, the one that I tried out after receiving the package didn't stay bright very long ~5 minutes very bright then started to dull quickly.

I'm sure they will be fine for handing out during Halloween but I'll definitely not be able to snap them all and hand them out during the night. They will have to be snapped right before I give them away. Definitely not like the store-bought "thick" sticks.

UPDATE: After purchasing various glow bracelets from various stores (Target, Dollar Tree, etc) I've found that these sticks are just about the same as any.

This may not matter to those of you who don't care what kind of glowsticks you get, but I wanted to order Wizard's Wand brand because I've heard they are the most durable. The product description says: "You will receive ONE tube of 100 Wizard's Wand Glow magic glowing bracelets." Instead I received a package of glowsticks with Chinese characters on the front (presumably the brand name) above the words "Glow Stick". Please be careful when ordering glowsticks to make sure that you get the brand you asked for and not some cheap knock-off.

The product came in a couple days early and was neatly packaged. These glowsticks were worth every penny. They were very bright, staryed lit for about 10 hours and made my party much more fun, and for only 5 dollars- there's no comparison. I would definitely consider buying again!

These are pretty cool. Just don't bend them until you are ready to use. These are just like the glow sticks that kids carry around at Halloween. Once you bend it, it glows. Don't know how long the glow lasts because we haven't used it yet for the purpose it was bought, but at least for a couple hours, Which should be plenty for whatever activity it is being used for.

Ordered these for our guests to use as we left the wedding reception. They came packaged in a big tube, which made them easy to store, transport, and distribute quickly to guests. They had a blast with them and the different colors were really pretty! - Glow Bracelets'
