Picture Frame Pliers
In my opinion, it pays to be sceptical of tools at a great value, but this risk paid off. In comparison to Rockler's($62.00), Logan's($25.00), and Big Horn's($12.00), this tool is not a bad grab at $8.00. I can't tell any difference between Peachtree's and Big Horn's products aside from the price. Rockler has always been one of my go to tool sources, but the price difference is dramatic and Peachtree's product works. In my opinion this is a good purchase, and if you have an issue Peachtree's customer service has been excellent. PICTURE FRAME PLIERS BY PEACHTREE WOODWORKING PW609
The picture frame pliers are in use for repair of small and larger clocks that have glass doors and side lights. The pliers are very helpful in installing small nails and the glazing wood strips. The damage to glass is minimized in lieu of using other techniques such as a small hammer and setting punch. The device is a time saver and a very good tool for the use of clock case repair. Since I have the device I have used it for installation of pins in larger clock parts. The tool is fantastic.
One day I may use the tool for picture frames, but am finding lots of other uses.'
