I read all sorts of bad reviews for this product and other toner cartridges made by companies other than the maker of the printer. One said "It spilled all over the place!" No, but it does have a layer of toner on the roller. Careful not to touch it to anything when you put it in. Some say it stopped working too soon. Maybe, but there are three things to do to prolong the life, and use every drop of toner out of it.
When the toner light (or on-screen message) says the toner is low, take the cartridge out, and shake it side to side. There are two little lenses, one on each end, that the printer "reads" to find out if it's low. A tiny square of electrical tape over those lenses takes care of that. Third, there's a little gear on one end that can be removed -- find a Youtube video for details. Taking off that gear and keeping the lenses taped will completely disable the printer's sensors, and it'll print until it completely runs dry. At most, you'll have about 20 faded pages at the end before it doesn't print anything anymore. Twin Pack. Compatible Cartridges for Brother TN 360 . I got 6 of these toner, first two worked great but wasnt enough for 2600 pages so i bought 4 more, it drove me crazy for one night as it refused to work and the printer kept showing toner life end error then i figured out the problem , i reset the gear on the side of the toner, it worked great , after the same error pop up ( after 1500 pages ) , i reset the gear again an it worked again, i did the same three times until it actually was out of ink
This review is for the 2-pk toner that I purchased from the seller "SuperDeal" (Miriam Holdings LLC) fulfilled by Amazon Prime. Since multiple sellers list their compatible toners under this product, I do not know and do not think all are the same.
I just installed the toner cartridge to a Brother MFC-7340 multi-function printer/copier/fax machine. So far there is no problem. Print quality seems to be the same as using the original Brother toner. Considering the cost of this compatible cartridge 2-pk and the fact that it works as promised, I give it 5-star. I will revise the review if necessary based on if any problem develops later on and how many pages I can get from this cartridge.
The 2-pk comes in a plain box and each toner cartridge is well protected. 5-star for packaging too.
Just got this toner cartridges. They work great no problems here.
Removed OLD cartridge from CRADLE THAT COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL toner cartridge( underneath ).
placed the new toner cartridge in the cradle that is slide it in place from the top.
and walla... printed over 60 pages in minutes..there are 3 screws two on
the right side and one on the left side. make sure you got the right product before you go unscrewing tn-360..

I would consider myself a "moderate" user of toner. On a day-to-day basis I only print a few pages, but then about once a month or so I have to print several hundred pages at a time. These cartridges have worked perfectly in both applications.
