I have a difficult time finding dress pants that fit without needing tailoring. These do the trick. The 32x32 fit much more like 31x31. I'm guessing because they have an elastic support in the waist. This isn't your grandpa's elastic though, it is actually very comfortable. This pants do tend to fit a little snug in the hips, but that shouldn't be an issue as long as you get the right size.
