Recently I contacted Amazon customer support about the Lucky Brand bracelet that I purchased. A turquoise stone was missing from the bracelet. I wanted to exchange it for another, but I was told that the bracelet isn't in stock. So I'm unhappy about the purchase. The bracelet should have arrived intact and remained so for more than a couple of days. The bracelet also arrived with a black smudge on the center stone that doesn't come off. I bought this bracelet for my aunt's 50th birthday. she and I both loved it until she wore it for 5 minutes and then found it on her kitchen floor. It is meant to stay on with a army belt type loop, but the lather is so slippery that it just undoes itself and falls off. I felt horrible that she couldnt wear it. My mother's a seamstress so she took it home to put a new clasp/ button on it since my aunt said she did not want me to ship it back because she really liked the style of bracelet. So, if you are willing to alter it to stay on it is a great item, if not,this is not the bracelet for you.
I absolutely love metal and leather jewelry. It has always been something that suits me and looks good on. This bracelet is no exception. The leather band is very supple and the cuff has just the right amount of detail on it that it will match many items of clothing I own. I anticipate wearing it a lot especially in the summer and fall.'
