Purchased this toshiba had sound issues right out the box, Thankfully I was able to return it for a new one and this one has worked ok to this point. If it wasnt for the hasseles with toshiba and getting a new one issued I would have rated it higher Toshiba 40E210 40-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV, Black - 120hz - 1080p'
