I purchased this for our office 5 months ago. We have at least 8 different people using it and all have been pleased with the ease of use. We've experienced no problems - binding 5 to 6 proposals (25 to 100 pages) weekly. Learning curve was nil. I think it's the only thing the entire office has been happy with! Just be careful that the guide for A4 paper vs letter-sized paper is set right so that the holes will be centered on the document.
It's larger than I'd envisioned... still deciding where to locate it permanently in the office. The paper fits vertically (width-wise) in the puncher on top, as shown, then the comb-spreader is used with the paper horizontally (width-wise), with the edges barely overlapping the front. There's a little more of the machine in the back, too.
Bought this for use at my company and it works great! We used to outsource small run publications for pricing, inventory, etc but with this we are able to do it all in house and save us a lot of $$$. Would be great for school projects also!!'
