I expected the item to come with the support bracket shown in the picture, but it did not. I just made something out of a 2x4. The straps are nice. It has a hook on each strap that you can hang each strap from. I have two kayak's hanging from it. A third kayak would be really high to lift by yourself. Quality looking product, no real complaints.
