The product here is GLOSSY and not Matt. I accidentally bought the Matt one and was very happy to find this. The switch is well built and the styles matches other lutron dimmers and Claro plate cover. These are not the same as the typical leviton rocker as the build quality is better and the rocker isn't as wide so it matches the distance of Lutron maestro dimmers and all other switches.
