Core Strength - core strength, exercise ball
This product is great and so far I had no problem with it all but I got a letter through the mail that said something about this product being recalled because if you inflate it too much it can explode and cause some injuries.
Maybe they have fixed this problem now cause I got it awhile back.
So other than that problem, this product is good.
It is smaller than I'd imagine. (A little bigger than a baseball and smaller than a basketball.) Valeo WFB6 6 lb. Weighted Fitness Ball (6 lb)
I shouldn't be that disappointed since I probably didn't read the description closely enough, but it was much smaller than I expected. Other wise it is as advertised. Anyway, my wife seems to like it fine!
This ball is a smaller cousin of the medicine ball. It's softball-sized, rather than basketball-sized. Its size and weight are great. Its texture leaves a lot to be desired. The shell is *very* smooth. If your hands sweat at all, holding the ball for medium-speed and high-speed motions is going to be dicey. As long as its use is restricted to slow motions, it's O.K. Ideally, the ball would have more of an orange-peel surface like basketballs and Valeo's medicine balls have. Having a rough surface would make this O.K. product into a great product.
Very good product. Just the right size for our use during exercises. HS baseball team using these during our core exercise routine. Very affordable and recommend this as an inexpensive alternative to the larger med balls.
I purchased this ball as an inexpensive (and more easily packable) alternative to a medicine ball. It works great for my exercise program.
Because it is slightly soft, it's easy to grip one handed, or you can inflate it if you like more of a medicine ball-like feel. No regrets! - Exercise Ball - Medicine Ball - Fitness Ball - Core Strength'
