This is literally the CHEAPEST (quality, not price) item I've ever bought on Amazon. I just got a lovely iPod Touch after many months of agonizing. So, of course, I wanted to doll it up a bit. I bought this case because it looks pretty in the picture, and seemed like a good choice in terms of price.
I received it yesterday, and it had CLEARLY been sold before and returned. The back of the case had scratches on it. The package wasn't sealed. It didn't snap together properly. Basically, it was a piece of junk.
I know the old adage "you get what you paid for." In this case, that's completely true. I'm going to buy a leather case for about $40. I bought several covers for my iPod to protect it while not in my armband during exercise. This cover is fairly easy to take off and super simple to put on. It looks just like it does in the pictures and super cute. All parts of my iPod are still easily accessible with cover on. A trendy way to keep the iPod scratch free :) though like with other covers I did purchase several of the clear screen protectors in addition to the hard covers to make sure the screen is protected too. I searched around for the best prices and ended up getting several covers for cheaper than what many retail stores charge for one!
Just put mine on right now. snapped on nicely and looks very pretty. Only problem is you can tell it is cheaply made and the paint will probably scratch off easily...but it's pretty for now :)
I'll say overall, It's okay. Not awesome, but not complete crap either!
I am careful with my ipod; however I have dropped it on hard surfaces a time or two. The case cover feels good in my hand, was simple as anything to install and acts as it should...it protects the ipod. On one occasion it flipped out of my hand and the impact on landing caused the case to come partially apart but I was able to simply snap it together again. I put this case on when I received my ipod and have kept it on since then...can't imagine not having a case on this expensive and well used product. Additionally, I visit family members with identical ipods and my individualized case helps keep me sane.
The material was very cheaply made and it didn't snap together perfectly, leaving some access on the sides. It just didn't seem sturdy enough to protect the ipod although it did provide a cute cover. So, if you're just looking for something to look cute and minor flaws don't bother you, it's okay; anything more--you might as well spend a little extra cash to get a more sturdy one.
I ordered this case and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I received my order much quicker than expected and the case looks great on my phone. No complaints about this product, and I give it five stars!
It is attractive but does peel easily I've only had it on for 1 day and it arrived with a flaw on the back cover. I won't send it back because for the most part it does what it is suppose to and you get what you pay for.
Love this product. It is as pretty as it looks online. I have had no issues getting the case on and off. It is a little catchy, but if you take your time it comes off without breaking. I would definitely purchase more cases like this one. - Complete Crap - Case'
